Russia's Sakhalin 1 to build LNG plant - energy minister

VLADIVOSTOK, Russia (Reuters) - Russia’s Sakhalin-1 consortium, led by ExxonMobil (XOM.N), has decided to build a liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant, Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said on Thursday.

Novak, who was speaking to reporters at an economic forum in the Russian far eastern city of Vladivostok, did not provide any further detail.
