Presidents of Belarus, Russia discussed poor Russian oil quality - report

MINSK (Reuters) - Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko discussed the poor quality of Russian oil which had been supplied to Belarusian refineries with President Vladimir Putin on Friday, Belarusian news agency Belta reported.

Lukashenko’s administration said that Putin had promised to investigate the issue, Belta added.
