U.S. diplomat Nuland meets Kremlin aide - report

MOSCOW (Reuters) - U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland is meeting Russian presidential aide Vladislav Surkov in the Russian Baltic territory of Kaliningrad on Friday, the RIA news agency quoted Russia’s foreign ministry as saying.

Nuland has been heavily involved in U.S. diplomacy over Ukraine.
