HOUSTON (Reuters) - Royal Dutch Shell Plc RDSa.L said non-essential workers are being evacuated from all nine of its assets in the U.S.-regulated northern Gulf of Mexico because of the threat from Hurricane Delta, the company said on Tuesday.
