Thyssenkrupp supervisory board gives go ahead for steel JV - source

DUESSELDORF (Reuters) - Thyssenkrupp supervisory board has given the green light for a steel joint venture with Tata Steel, a person familiar with the matter told Reuters.

The board met on Friday to discuss the venture, which will create Europe’s second-biggest steelmaker after ArcelorMittal.
