LONDON, Nov 2 (Reuters) - Unilever on Monday said the United Kingdom High Court has approved the cross-border merger between its Dutch and British corporate entities, marking the effective point of no return for the company’s plan to become a single London-based entity.
The transaction is due to complete on Nov. 29.
