Germany doesn't need economic stimulus, but tax cuts: minister

BERLIN (Reuters) - Germany does not need an economic stimulus package but needs to cut red tape and taxes, the country’s Economy Minister Peter Altmaier told public broadcaster ZDF on Tuesday.
