Nisshinbo Holdings Inc <3105.T>: Says Nisshinbo entered into agreement with Daio Paper<3880.T> to sell its paper business, including production and sales of household paper(tissue, toilet paper, etc.), printing and writing paper(fine paper, synthetic paper, etc.) and paper processed products . Says Nisshinbo Paper Products Inc., a Tokyo-based paper subsidiary of the co, will take over the entire paper business from the co, as preparation for the selling .Says the co is planning to sell the subsidiary to Daio Paper on April 3, with a transaction price at 25 billion yen.  Full Article

Daio Paper Corp <3880.T>: Says the co will invest about 21 billion yen in construction of new biomass boiler in Ehime, which will produce power via recycling of black liquor . Sees the installed power generating capacity will reach about 61,000kW and the new biomass boiler will cut 25,000 ton of CO2 per year .Sees the new biomass boiler will start working since 2019 and the power will be sold to electricity company based on The feed-in tariffs (FIT).  Full Article

Daio Paper Corp:Says the company increased the consolidated full-year outlook for revenue to 474,000 mln yen from 470,000 mln yen, for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2016.Operating profit forecast increased to 24,000 mln yen from 23,000 mln yen.Ordinary profit forecast increased to 21,000 mln yen from 20,000 mln yen.Net profit forecast increased to 14,000 mln yen from 10,000 mln yen.Earnings per share increased to 96.07 yen from 68.62 yen.FY 2016 revenues of 470.00 billion yen, net income of 10.00 billion yen – Thomson Reuters I/B/E/S.Says steady growth in core business and gain on sale of investment stocks as main reasons for the forecast.Says it raised the year-end dividend forecast to 6.50 yen per share from 4.50 yen per share for the fiscal year ended March 2016.  Full Article
