Nippon Denko Co Ltd:Says the company lowered the consolidated full-year outlook for the FY ended Dec. 2015.Revenue forecast decreased to 83,000 million yen from 84,000 million yen.Operating profit forecast decreased to 2,000 million yen from 2,200 million yen.Ordinary profit forecast decreased to 200 million yen from 1,900 million yen.Net profit forecast decreased to a loss of 14,000 million yen from 600 million yen.Earnings per share decreased to a loss of 95.60 yen from 4.10 yen.Comments that non-operating expense and extraordinary loss are the main reasons for the forecast.  Full Article
