EVN says dispute between EVN Bulgaria and NEK settled out of court

EVN AG : With agreement dated 13 February 2017, dispute between EVN Bulgaria EC EAD and state-owned Bulgarian electricity company NEK regarding disputed compensation payments was settled out of court . EVN AG: FY group net result up 5.6 pct to EUR 156.4 mln

EVN AG : Revenue recorded by EVN Group declined by 89.3 million euros, or 4.2 percent, to 2,046.6 million euros ($2.18 billion) in 2015/16 . FY EBITDA rose by 21.2 million euros, or 3.6 percent, to 604.4 million euros . FY group net result increased by 8.4 million euros, or 5.6 percent, and amounted to 156.4 million euros .
