AB Fagerhult buys LED Linear for EUR 40 mln

AB Fagerhult:Acquires LED Linear GmbH.Says in year ending Dec. 2015, company had 110 employees, sales of about 21 million euros and a profitability rate significantly above that of Fagerhult group.Says pays 40 million euros, on a cash and debt free basis, as an initial payment for 100 pct of shares.Says an additional earnout of 21 million euros can be paid until 2018 tied to company performance​.Says acquisition is expected to have a positive effect on earnings per share during 2016 and forward​.  Full Article
