Oct 26 (Reuters) - JM AB :Jan-Sept ‍number of residential units sold was 2,416 vs yr-ago 2,918 and housing starts were 2,690 vs yr-ago 2,830​.Q3 residential units sold 681‍ vs yr-ago 960​.Q3 housing starts 971 units vs yr-ago 1,058.Q3 operating profit (segment) SEK 543‍​ mln vs yr-ago 521 mln.Q3 revenues (segment) SEK 3,813 ‍mln vs yr-ago 3,729 mln.Says ‍cautious market in Stockholm - stable market in rest of Sweden​.Reuters poll: JM Q3 housing starts seen at 1,016 units, residential units sold at 934, operating profit at SEK 544 million.Says demand for JM's residential units in Stockholm was lower during the summer and lower level of demand continued after the vacation period‍​.Says however, demand improved towards the end of the quarter.  Full Article
