Nov 21 (Reuters) - Norway Royal Salmon Asa :‍farming operations in region north has suspicion of fish disease ISA at pollen site and at lille kvalfjord site in finnmark, which are neighboring sites to and have joint operations with store kvalfjord site​.‍in total in operating area, including store kvalfjord, there are 1.4 million fish with an average weight of about 3 kilograms​.‍has received confirmation of ISA at store kvalfjord site. Is awaiting confirmation of analyzes from analysis company for a final ascertainment of isa at pollen and lille kvalfjord sites​.has begun extraction of fish from operating area. Norway Royal Salmon Q4 earnings miss forecast, dividend ahead

Norway Royal Salmon Asa : Q4 operational ebit nok 101 million (Reuters poll nok 112 million) . q4 revenues nok 1.18 billion (nok Reuters poll 1.19 billion) . proposes nok 9.50 per share in dividend for 2016 (reuters poll mok 6.51) . expects 2017 harvest volume of 34,000 tonnes (versus previous guidance 34,000 tonnes) . The farming operations has hedged prices for 8 112 tonnes for 2017 to a nasdaq-equivalent price of above nok 69.00 per kg . Norway royal salmon expects global decline in volume to continue through q1 of 2017. In the first quarter a reduction between 7 and 11 per cent is expected globally. In the next 3 quarters a global growth between 4 and 8 percent is expected . For 2017 we expect an increase in supply to global market of 1 to 3 per cent. This provides basis for a positive market outlook for 2017 .Harvested volume for the quarter was 4 692 tonnes, because of better than expected production, this was 192 tonnes more than estimated at the end of the last quarter.  Full Article

Norway Royal Salmon buys 50 pct of Iceland's Arctic Fish for EUR 29 mln

: Norway Royal salmon has entered into an agreement to acquire 50.00 per cent of Arctic Fish ehf through a directed private placement in amount of eur 29 million, , thus forming a joint venture with the existing owners . Norway Royal Salmon asa says remaining 50.00 per cent in Arctic Fish is controlled by Bremesco Holding Ltd and Novo EHF, with 47.50 per cent and 2.50 per cent respectively . Norway Royal Salmon says will finance transaction through existing cash and loan facilities . Norway Royal Salmon asa says through transaction, it is entering salmon farming industry in Iceland . Norway royal salmon asa says arctic fish currently has licenses in three fjords with a total allowed annual production of 9 000 tonnes farmed fish . Arctic Fish is currently building its own highly modern hatchery for smolt in Iceland, with close proximity to the farm sites. Following completion, the hatchery will have an annual capacity of around 7 million smolt . There will be no changes to the management of Arctic Fish as a direct result of the Transaction . Sigurður Pétursson serves as CEO of Arctic Fish after having founded the company in 2011. Arnþór Gustavsson is the Farm Manager and Neil Shiran Thorisson is the company's CFO . Norway Royal Salmon ASA:Says acquires remaining outstanding shares in Nord Senja Laks AS for a cash consideration of 70 million Norwegian crowns.Acquires 135 shares in Nord Senja Laks AS, corresponding to 33.3 pct of the outstanding shares.Following the Transaction, NRS will own 100 pct of the shares in Nord Senja Laks AS.Nord Senja Laks owns five farming licenses and is part of NRS Region North located on Senja in Troms.The total harvest volume for Nord Senja Laks in 2015 was 4,415 tonnes.Transaction indirectly corresponds to an acquisition of 1.67 farming licenses including biomass and fixed assets.This yields an enterprise value per license of about 51 million crowns.  Full Article
