Equinor's Brazil chief sees room to boost profitability of fields

LONDON, Feb 6 (Reuters) - Equinor's chief for operations in Brazil, Margareth Oevrum, told a capital markets day on Wednesday::EQUINOR'S BRAZIL CHIEF: BREAK-EVEN PRICE OF NON-SANCTIONED BRAZILIAN PROJECTS IS BELOW $40/BARREL, "WE HAVE AMBITIONS TO LOWER IT FURTHER".EQUINOR'S BRAZIL CHIEF: AT BRAZIL'S RONCADOR FIELD, WE ARE CONFIDENT WE CAN BOOST RECOVERY AT FIELD.EQUINOR BRAZIL CHIEF: RONCADOR'S RECOVERY RATE IS 29 PERCENT, LONG-TERM AMBITION IS 40 PERCENT.EQUINOR'S BRAZIL CHIEF: AT CARCARA FIELD, THERE IS POTENTIAL TO LOWER BREAK EVEN FURTHER FROM CURRENT LEVEL OF BELOW $35/BARREL.
