April 4 (Reuters) - Russia's largest gold producer Polyus said::The controlling shareholder sold a 3.84 percent stake in the company via an accelerated bookbuilding (ABB)..The controlling shareholder is Polyus Gold International Ltd (PGIL), owned by Said Kerimov, son of Russian tycoon Suleiman Kerimov. Russia's Polyus Q4 gold sales down 7 pct q/q

Jan 24 (Reuters) - Russia's largest gold producer Polyus says::Q4 gold sales amounted to $764 million, down 7 percent compared to the previous quarter;.Polyus's net debt stood at $3.1 billion as of the end of 2018, compared to $3.0 billion as of the end of the previous quarter;.Q4 gold output down 8 percent quarter on quarter (q/q) to 636,500 troy ounces. Compared with a year ago, Q4 gold output rose by 10 percent;.Q4 volumes of antimony contained in flotation concentrate declined by 45 percent q/q to 3,500 tonnes;.Polyus has completed the ramp-up of Natalka gold deposit to annualised name-plate throughput capacity of 10 million tonnes. Jan 17 (Reuters) - Russia's largest gold producer Polyus says::Its Board of Directors has approved an amendment to the company's dividend policy setting the minimum dividend payout in respect of each of the years 2017 and 2018 in the amount of $550 million;.As a result, the dividend payment will comprise either 30 percent of the earnings before interest, taxation, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) of Polyus as stipulated by the policy or $550 million for the respective reporting period, depending on which is higher;.The provision about minimum dividends will apply exclusively for dividends in 2017 and 2018;.Starting from the 2019 dividends onwards the company will adhere to the initial payout basis of 30 percent of EBITDA;.All other provisions of the Company's dividend policy remain unchanged..  Full Article
