Biographies

Name Description

Jacques Petry

Mr. Jacques Petry has served as Chairman of the Board at Albioma (formerly Sechilienne-Sidec SA) as of October 29, 2011. Previously he was also CEO and Member of the Company's Management Committee. He has spent over 25 years in the water and environmental sectors. In 1996, he was appointed the Chairman and CEO of Sita, one of the European waste-management companies and, in 2001, became the Chairman and CEO of SUEZ Environnement. In 2005, he became CEO of Sodexo Continental Europe and Latin America. From 2007, he worked as the Managing Director of Royal Bank of Scotland then as an Independent Consultant, and has advised various investors in the environmental and energy sectors. He was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Idex, a service company linked to the energy sector. Mr. Petry is a former student of the Ecole Polytechnique and a civil engineer.

Frederic Moyne

Mr. Frederic Moyne has been Member of the Management Committee and Chief Executive Officer of Albioma (formerly Sechilienne-Sidec SA) since June 1, 2016. He previously served as Member of the Management Committee and the Head of the Metropolitan France and Southern Europe Area of the Company from 2010. From 2008 until 2010, he served as Head of Southern Europe of the Company. He is a graduate of Hautes Etudes Commerciales and started his career at Air Liquide in 1998 as a Researcher reporting to the Managing Director before moving on in 2000 to the energy and services division, specialized in the development of cogeneration projects and new services in the energy field. In 2001, he joined Sechilienne-Sidec SA as an Assistant to the General Management, in charge of the financing of projects and purchasing.

Julien Gauthier

Mr. Julien Gauthier is Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Member of the Management Board of Albioma (formerly Sechilienne-Sidec SA). He is a graduate of Hautes Etudes Commerciales and started his career at Lehman Brothers in London, where he worked on mergers and acquisitions in Europe. He then joined the structured financing division of Barclays and was in charge of financing of small and medium businesses in France. In 2007, he joined Apax Partners as Director of shareholdings in the business service sector while being also in charge of financing operations for acquisitions of portfolio companies.

Louis Decrop

Mr. Louis Decrop serves has been Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Development and New Trades and Member of the Management Committee since 2017. He previously served as Member of the Management Committee and Head of International Thermal Development of Sechilienne-Sidec SA from 2010. From 2008 until 2010, he served as Head of the Mainland France division of the Company. In 2013, he was involved in group's development in Brazil. Mr. Decrop is a graduate of the Ecole des Mines de Nancy and holds an MBA from Columbia University in New York City. He started his career in 1986 as Director of Financial Studies and then Financial Analyst at Eastman Kodak Company before joining Albioma in 1991. He worked notably on several projects for thermal power plants in Mauritius and wind farms and solar plants in mainland France.

Pascal Langeron

Mr. Pascal Langeron is a Member of the Management Committee and Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge Industrial Direction at Albioma SA as of 2017. He previously served as Member of the Management Committee and Head of the Indian Ocean Area of the Company. He is a graduate of Universite de Technologie de Nimes, part of Universite de Montpellier, and started his career as a Technician at APAVE Marseille in 1986. From 1991 to 1994, he worked for Compagnie Thermique de Bois-Rouge, a subsidiary of Sechilienne-Sidec SA. He then joined the Company, where he was the Manager of Compagnie Thermique de Bois-Rouge, Manager of Compagnie Thermique du Moule and Appointed Managing Director of Compagnie Thermique de Bois-Rouge before moving on to his current role.

Patrice Vivant

Mr. Patrice Vivant has been Director of Human Resources of Albioma SA since December 2013. He holds MBA from Universite Paris-Dauphine. He began his professional career at Thomson-CSF, in the electronic components sector, where he held the positions of Chief of Staff and Human Resources for nine years, before joining the Framatome group in 1996. He held the position of Director of Human Resources for multi-site companies, in various industrial sectors such as household appliances (Brandt), automotive equipment (Delphi) and electricity production (E.ON).

Mickael Renaudeau

Mr. Mickael Renaudeau has been Member of the Management Board and Secretary of Albioma SA since 2013. He is a graduate of the Magistere Juriste d’Affaires at Universite Pantheon-Assas – Paris II and holds a post-graduate degree in Business Law as well as the Diplome de Juriste Conseil en Entreprise (DJCE). After a number of years dedicated to academic research and teaching, he joined the Anovo group in 2007 as Corporate Legal Counsel and Secretary to the Board of Directors, then moving in 2011 to Paris Orleans, the listed parent company of the Rothschild group, as Legal Counsel in charge of Corporate Law within the Group Company Secretariat.

Eric de Bollivier

Mr. Eric de Bollivier has been Member of the Management Board responsible for Zone of Reunion Mayotte at Albioma SA. He graduated from Ecole Centrale Marseille. He began his career as an Operations and Start-up Engineer at the Compagnie Thermique de Bois-Rouge. From 2009 to 2013, he was successively Deputy Chief Executive Officer and then Chief Executive Officer of the Compagnie Thermique de Bois-Rouge. In 2014 he joined Paris as Deputy Director of Thermal Operations.

Nicolas de Fontenay

Mr. Nicolas de Fontenay has been Member of the Management Board, Zone Antilles-Guyana since 2017. He is a graduate of the Ecole Nationale Superieure Maritime. He began his career at Compagnie Generale Maritime as an officer in 1991. From 1996 to 1998, he was in charge of the conduct of France Telecom's ships in the Submarine Operations Unit. From 1998 to 2000, he was Director of the Transport and Logistics Department of the Trouvay & Cauvin Group, a company specializing in oil, gas and water projects in the Middle East. In 2000, he joined Sechilienne-Sidec, which became Albioma in 2013, as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Compagnie Thermique du Moule, which became Albioma Le Moule. In 2010, he served as General Manager of Compagnie Thermique de Bellevue, now Terragen, in Mauritius. He joined Antilles in 2012 as Director of Thermal Operations.

Christiano Forman

Mr. Christiano Forman is Member of the Management Board, responsible for Brazil Region, He holds a degree in economics from Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) and MBA degree from IESE Business School. He began his career at Intelig Telecom and Royal Dutch Shell where he held various finance and marketing positions. He then held project development positions at GE in the United States and Italy, where he served in Renewable Energy sector and participated in the Renewable Energy Leadership Program created by GE. From 2012 to 2015, he led the Brazilian activities of Acciona Windpower, a wind turbine manufacturer. He led the launch of this group's wind power business in Brazil and supervised the construction of several facilities.

Emilie Brunet

Ms. Emilie Brunet has been Non-Executive Director representing Bpifrance at Albioma SA sine May 31, 2017. She is also Member of Commitments Committee as well as Audit, Accounts and Risk Committe and CRS Committee at the Company. A graduate of ESCP Europe, she worked for the last 11 years in the finance and private equity sector. She spent five years as a financial analyst at Oddo & Cie, where she developed investment recommendations on European listed companies in the food and beverage sector. In 2010, she joined Fonds Strategique d’Investissement (FSI) then Bpifrance, where she is currently Director of Investment in the division Mid & Large Caps. She has a knowledge in energy sector, with the realization investments and the monitoring of participations in the field of oil services, as well as in renewable energies. In particular, she sat on behalf of Bpifrance on the Vergnet Group Supervisory Board from 2012 to 2016 and held until 2017 the position of Non-Voting Director of Eren Renewable Energy.

Maurice Tchenio

Mr. Maurice Tchenio has been Non-Execuitve Director representing Financiere Helios at Albioma (formerly Sechilienne-Sidec SA) since October 2015. He is a graduate of Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) and Harvard Business School. He started his career as Assistant Professor of Finance at HEC. He then joined the Institute of Industrial Development as Project Manager. In 1972, he was one of the three co-founders of Apax Partners and served as Chairman and CEO of the French branch from 1972 until 2010. He is one of the founders and former Vice Chairman of the French Private Equity Association (AFIC) and also a former Director of the European Venture Capital Association. In 2010, he founded Alphaomega, a foundation with public charity status. Mr. Tchenio currently holds various mandates, including Chairman and CEO of Altamir Amboise Gerance SA and Apax Partners SA, among others.

Jean-Carlos Angulo

Mr. Jean-Carlos Angulo is Non-Executive Director of Albioma (formerly Sechilienne-Sidec SA) as of May 30, 2013. He is Chairman of the Commitments Committee and Member of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee. Graduate of Ecole des Mines de Nancy and of l’Institut Europeen d’Administration des Affaires. He was Project Engineer at the European Propulsion Society (SEP) from 1971 to 1974, then joined the Lafarge Group in 1975. He was Project Director, then held management positions in several subsidiaries and in Brazil (Director of Lafarge Consultia e Estudos from 1981 to 1984, Chief Executive Officer of Cimento Maua and Lafarge General Manager for the Southern Cone of Latin America from 1990 to 1996). He was Managing Director of Lafarge Ciments France from 1996 to 1999, then appointed in 2000 Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the group Lafarge and in 2007 member of the Executive Committee of this group. Deputy General Manager Operations from 2012 to 2013, he became Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Adviser to the President in September 2013, positions he ceased to practice in January 2015 following his retirement.

Marie-Claire Daveu

Ms. Marie-Claire Daveu has been Non-Executive Independent Director of Albioma since May 28, 2015. Since the same date she is Chairwoman of CRS Committee at the Company but she is also Member of Remuneration and Nominating Committe since May 31, 2017. She is graduate of l’Institut National Agronomique Paris-Grignon (INA P-G), de l’Ecole Nationale du Genie Rural, des Eaux et des Forets (ENGREF) and holds a DESS degree in Public Management from Universite Paris-Dauphine. Ms. Marie-Claire Daveu started a career as a senior official in the field of agriculture and the environment. She has been Technical Advisor to Prime Ministerm, in Jean-Pierre Raffarin's Cabinet, before becoming, in 2004, Director of Cabinet of Serge Lepeltier, Minister of Ecology and Sustainable Development. In 2005, she joined the Sanofi-Aventis Group as Director of Sustainable Development. From 2007 to 2012, she held the position of Director of Cabinet of Nathalie Kosciusko-Morizet, first in the State Secretariat for Ecology, then as responsible for the Prospective and the Digital Economy and, finally, within the Ministry of Ecology, a responsible for Sustainable Development, Transport and Housing. In September 2012, she has been appointed Director of Sustainable Development and Institutional International Business within Kering Group. She is also a member of Executive Committee of Kering Group.

Valerie Landon

Mrs. Valerie Landon has been Non-Executive Independent Director of Albioma SA since April 13, 2016. She is also Member of Commitments Committe as well as of Audit, Accounts and Risks Committee. A graduate of Ecole Centrale de Paris, Mrs. Valerie Landon began her career in 1985 as an engineer at Air France. She has joined Credit Suisse in 1990 as a banker. In 2000, after having served mainly in Paris and Tokyo, she became Managing Director and, in 2003, Co-Head then Head of Investment Banking France, Belgium and Luxembourg. Since 2015, she has been Vice-Chairman Investment Banking & Capital Markets for Credit Suisse Group. Currently, she serves also on the Board of Director of Faurecia.

Ulrike Steinhorst

Ms. Ulrike Steinhorst has been Non-Executive Independent Director of Albioma SA since September 19, 2017. She began her career in France being in charge of mission of the Minister of European Foreign Affairs. She joined the EDF group in 1990. From 1996 to 1999, she was responsible for international production subsidiaries. In 1999, she joined the group Degussa, third industrial of the chemistry sector in Germany. She takes responsibility for the group's subsidiaries in France from 2003 and at the same time directs the representative office in Brussels. She joined EADS in 2007 to lead the Office of the Director General until the end of the mandate of this one in 2012. She then joins the Technical Department group as Director of Strategy and Finance, which she continues until 2015 before joining Airbus Group. Currently she is Independent Director at Valeo and Mersen. She holds a state law degree in Germany and is former student of the International Cycle of the National School of Administration. She also holds a postgraduate degree in public law from Universite Paris II Pantheon and is CPA / HEC graduate.
