Name Description

Michael Singer

Mr. Michael Singer is Executive Chairman of the Board of the Company. He has extensive financial management, capital markets and corporate governance experience in the pharmaceutical and medical cannabis industries. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA) and formerly the Chief Financial Officer of NASDAQ listed Clementia Pharmaceuticals Inc., a Montreal based clinical stage biopharmaceutical company. From May 2014 until June 2015, he was Chief Financial Officer of Bedrocan Cannabis Corp. Mr. Singer has held numerous independent director roles in Canadian public health care companies, and also previously served as CFO and Corporate Secretary for TSX-V listed Thallion Pharmaceuticals Inc., until the company’s successful cash sale to BELLUS Health Inc. in July 2013. Mr. Singer holds a Graduate Diploma in Public Accounting from McGill University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University.

Steve Dobler

Mr. Steve Dobler is President, Director of the Company. Mr. Dobler has worked closely with Mr. Booth in the permitting space for over 20 years and was co-founder of the Company. Mr. Dobler holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Alberta and is a Professional Engineer with previous public company experience. He has held numerous executive positions in successful private and public Canadian companies over the past 25 years where he was responsible for the implementation of project management, strategies, and overseeing all facets of various operations. He has been involved in numerous private company acquisitions, integrations, operations and successful exits.

Terry Booth

Mr. Terry Booth is Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company. Mr. Booth co-founded the Company in 2013 when the Canadian federal government created a new regulatory regime for the national medical cannabis system. Investing $2.5 million of his own capital in start-up funding, he secured a 160-acre parcel of land in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, and designed and built the Company’s first advanced cannabis production facility. Mr. Booth has assembled a diverse and highly skilled team of experts from a broad range of disciplines to execute on the Company’s business strategy and vision to build the world’s foremost cannabis company. Prior to founding Aurora, Mr. Booth has been in the industrial permitting and governmental regulatory sector for over 20 years. An entrepreneur and Alberta business leader, Mr. Booth has served as President/CEO of six other highly successful businesses, one of which, Superior Safety Codes Inc., has received many awards including one of Canada’s top 50 fastest-growing companies. Mr. Booth is a strong supporter of many charitable organizations dedicated to ending family violence and violence against women, including the “Walk a Mile in Her Shoes” campaign, Kids Up Front, WINGS and WIN House.

Glen Ibbott

Mr. Glen Ibbott is a Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He is a seasoned senior health care executive with over 20 years of experience providing financial leadership to various public entities, including management of Canadian and international capital market strategies, mergers and acquisitions, and tax and finance, predominantly within the life sciences sector. An innovative, decisive and insightful professional, he has excelled in delivering revenue and profitability growth, both domestically and internationally, strategy execution and shareholder value creation, including key contributions to numerous corporate transactions. Most recently, Mr. Ibbott was CFO at QLT Inc, a Nasdaq Stock Market- and Toronto Stock Exchange-listed biopharmaceutical company, and played a key role in QLT's $500-million merger with Aegerion Pharmaceuticals to form Novelion Therapeutics. Prior to his time at QLT, Mr. Ibbott held various senior finance positions, including with globally operating companies such as Nordion, International Forest Products, Angiotech Pharmaceuticals, Aspreva Pharmaceuticals and Inex Pharmaceuticals. Earlier in his career, he worked within the technology practice of KPMG. Mr. Ibbott completed MBAs at Cornell University and at Queen's University, is a Canadian chartered professional accountant (CPA, CA), as well as a U.S. CPA, and holds a bachelor of business administration from Simon Fraser University.

Thomas Larssen

Mr. Thomas Larssen serves as President of Aurora Larssen Projects Ltd of the Company. He has been President of Larssen Ltd.

Allan Cleiren

Mr. Allan Cleiren serves as Chief Operational Officer of the Company. He has nearly three decades of leadership experience in finance and operations management with both privately and publicly held companies in the life sciences, insurance, rail, construction, oil and gas service, and other sectors. Through various senior positions, he has held responsibility for all aspects of operations, including manufacturing, logistics, human resources, IT, and marketing. As a senior financial executive, Mr. Cleiren also has considerable experience in M&A and restructuring. Throughout his career, Mr. Cleiren's focus has been on achieving operational excellence and efficiency, contributing to significant revenue and profitability growth. Most recently, Mr. Cleiren was COO with Jardine Lloyd Thompson Canada Inc. (JLT), one of the world's leading providers of insurance, reinsurance and employee benefits related advice, brokerage and associated services. Prior to joining JLT, he served as Executive Vice President and formerly CFO for Universal Rail Systems Inc, and as Senior Vice President of Operations and CFO for Afexa Life Sciences. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Universal Rail Services Inc., Metalogic Inspection Services Inc., and is Chair of the Board for the Alberta Automobile Insurance Rate Board. Mr. Cleiren is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta, and has a Diploma in Management Sciences from the Grant MacEwan College in Alberta. Mr. Cleiren also holds a ICD.D designation through the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Debra Wilson

Dr. Debra Wilson serves as Chief Human Resource Officer of the Company. Dr. Wilson joined the Company in June, 2017 and previously served as Vice President and Senior Vice President of Human Resources. She is a seasoned leader with more than 25 years' experience in human resources, developing and practicing leading edge methods. Debra earned her PhD in industrial and organizational psychology from Capella University, and her MBA from Royal Roads University, with a concentration in Human Resource Management. Believing strongly in professional development, Debra is also an adjunct instructor for courses in Human Resource at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT). Prior to joining Aurora, Debra was a leader in the areas of Human Resources and Organizational Development for various organizations across several industries. Debra was Director of Human Resources for Universal Rail Systems, a specialized rail construction and maintenance company with offices across Canada. Prior to that, Debra was Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development at Alberta Pensions Services Corporation, Senior Director of HR and Administration for Afexa Life Sciences, Vice President of Human Resources for Maclab Enterprises Inc. and Vice President of Human Resources for Bentall Kennedy.

Carey Squires

Mr. Carey Squires is Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy of the company. Mr. Squires comes to Aurora with global investment banking experience, having most recently served as Managing Director and Co-Head of Equity-Linked Capital Markets for BMO Capital Markets. In this role, he successfully led the financing for a number of issuers, including Aurora's recent convertible notes offering. Mr. Squires received a B.Sc from the University of British Columbia as well as an MBA from the Rotm an School of Management at the University of Toronto.

Savior Joseph

Mr. Savior Joseph serves as Senior Vice President - Global Marketing of the Company. He has been President at Colour from January 2017 to January 2018; Managing Partner at Colour from November 2011 to January 2017.

Andre Jerome

Mr. Andre Jerome is a Senior Vice President - Business Integration of the Company. Mr. Jerome is a member of the Bar of Quebec for the last 23 years, joins Aurora from H2 Biopharma Inc ("H2"), where he was CEO and co-founder. H2 is a Quebec-based, late-stage applicant for Licensed Producer status, which was acquired by Aurora in November 2017. Prior to his activities in the cannabis industry, Mr. Jerome spent over two decades in the telecoms industry. He held various senior executive positions in corporate affairs, playing an important role in acquisition integration with, among others, international telecom giant Vodafone.

Shane Morris

Mr. Shane Morris is Senior Vice President - Product Development and Regulatory Affairs of the company. He had been the Vice-President in this role previously. Dr. Morris and his team are responsible for numerous product innovations at Aurora, including the recent launch ofAurora Cloud, the industry's only vape-ready CBD oil cartridge available on the Canadian medical cannabis market.

Darryl Vleeming

Mr. Darryl Andrew Vleeming serves as Chief Information Officer of the Company. Mr. Vleeming comes to Aurora with over 20 years of experience in senior IT leadership, project delivery, and IT strategic planning at publicly traded international corporations, with a specific focus on driving business value. Prior to joining Aurora, Mr. Vleeming spent eight years, lastly as Vice President, IS and Chief Information Officer, at Capital Power Corporation, a $2.5 billion, TSX listed independent power producer. Among other responsibilities, Mr. Vleeming was in charge of the division running the corporation's mission critical IT systems, general IT asset management, as well as development of the corporation's strategic technology vision to drive competitive differentiation. Prior to Capital Power, Mr. Vleeming was Manager of Systems Development at EPCOR, one of Canada's top providers of energy and energy-related services and products in Alberta, Ontario, and the United States.

Dieter MacPherson

Mr. Dieter MacPherson is Vice President - Production of the Company. He has been Manager of Production at Aurora from February 2017 to July 31, 2017; General Manager at Trees Dispensary from February 2015 to January 2017; Executive Director at Victoria Cannabis Buyers Club from March 2013 to February 2015; Shift Manager at Victoria Cannabis Buyers Club from January 2012 to March 2013.

Nick Whitehead

Mr. Nick Whitehead is Vice President - Market Development of the Company. He has been Manager of Public Affairs at Aurora from January 2016 to July 2017; Director of Organizing for Sensible BC Campaign January 2013 to January 2016; Junior Transportation Planner at McCormick-Rankin Corporation May 2012 to September 2012.

Cameron Battley

Mr. Cameron Battley serves as Chief Corporate Officer of the Company. Mr. Battley was appointed Executive Vice President on November 7, 2016 and promoted to Chief Corporate Officer on January 8, 2018. Mr. Battley is President of Health Strategy Group Inc. from January 1998 to March 2016.

Neil Belot

Mr. Neil Belot is Chief Global Business Development Officer of the Company. He was Chief Brand Officer at Aurora from September 8, 2015 to March 20, 2017; Executive Director of Canadian Medical Cannabis Industry Association from November 2014 to September 2015; Gas Portfolio & Energy Services Manager of Housing Services Corp.

Darren Karasiuk

Mr. Darren Anthony Karasiuk is Chief Commercial Officer of the company. he was Executive Vice President - Adult Usage of the Company. Mr. Karasiuk joins Aurora through the acquisition of MedReleaf where he was Senior Vice-President and GM, recreational where he was responsible for MedReleaf's adult use cannabis business which included the development and introduction of the AltaVie and San Rafael '71 brands into the marketplace, as well as the stewardship of the partnership with the Woodstock Cannabis Company. Mr. Karasiuk has deep experience in highly regulated industries, including private and public healthcare, pharma, tobacco, consumer packaged goods, and energy. Prior to joining MedReleaf, Mr. Karasiuk was Vice-President, Insights and Advisory at Deloitte where he was a leader in the firm's cannabis practice, co-authoring the firm's seminal study, "Recreational Marijuana: Insights and Opportunities." Previously, Mr. Karasiuk was Vice-President, Strategy, Corporate and Public Affairs at Environics Research, where he conducted many of Canada's earliest engagements on the cannabis sector. He has also been the Canadian associate for the Marijuana Policy Group, a leading Denver-based economic and policy consulting firm which helped shape the regulated medical and recreational cannabis markets. Mr. Karasiuk holds an MA from Western University and an MBA from Kellogg-Schulich.

Jonathan Page

Dr. Jonathan Page Ph.D., is Chief Science Officer of the company. He is a globally renowned cannabis scientist, with 37 peer-reviewed publications, who was the co-lead of the Canadian team of scientists who first sequenced the cannabis genome. His work also helped discover the biochemical pathways leading to the major cannabinoids. Prior to his appointment, Dr. Page served as CEO of recently acquired Anandia Labs, the world-leading cannabis-focused science company he co-founded.

Jillian Swainson

Ms. Jillian L. Swainson is Chief Legal Officer, Corporate Secretary of the Company. She was Senior Vice President, General Counsel of the Company. Ms. Swainson joins Aurora from Brownlee LLP, where she was a Partner in the law firm's business practice and where she handled a variety of business law matters, including corporate, commercial, intellectual property, and securities work. In addition to her general practice of business law, over the past several years she has developed an expertise in providing general counsel and advisory services to clients within the heavily regulated and increasingly complex cannabis industry. She graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 2004, and a law degree (LL.B.) in 2007. She joined Brownlee as an articling student in 2007, and was called to the bar in 2008. Ms. Swainson is also a Registered Trade-mark Agent.

Ronald Funk

Mr. Ronald Funk is Lead Independent Director of the Company. He was appointed a director of the Company on July 25, 2018. Mr. Funk brings over 30 years of experience in business and consulting to his role with the Company. Since 2009, he has managed his own consulting practice, working with clients on acquisitions, restructurings, strategy development and government relations. Mr. Funk has worked on projects in various locations around the world, with clients engaged in a range of industries, including heavily regulated consumer products such as tobacco, alcohol, and food products. Other industries in which he has consulted include retail, advanced data analytics, gaming, and real estate development. Before opening his consulting practice, Mr. Funk was employed for approximately 30 years by Rothmans, Benson & Hedges Inc., serving in various roles and capacities, including Vice President of Sales, Human Resources, Corporate Affairs and Competitive Improvement. In these senior roles, he developed and executed a number of strategies that resulted in material growth in both market share and profitability. Mr. Funk currently serves as an independent director of Carey Management Inc., a privately held business that owns Canada’s largest independent wholesale distributor. Mr. Funk has also served as the Chairman of the Ontario Convenience Stores Association and Treasurer of the Canadian Convenience Stores Association. Mr. Funk holds a Kellogg-Schulich MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and the Schulich School of Business.

Norma Beauchamp

Ms. Norma Beauchamp is Director of the Company. She is also a director of Acerus Pharmaceuticals Corporation, Chair of their Corporate Governance and Nominating committee and a member of their Audit committee. Formerly, Ms. Beauchamp was a director, Chair of the Corporate Governance and Compensation committees and a member of the Audit Committee of MedReleaf, and Chief Executive Officer of Cystic Fibrosis Canada. Ms. Beauchamp brings over three decades of experience in the corporate and non-profit sectors to her role having held senior leadership positions in Canada and Germany, including executive positions at Bayer and Sanofi. Ms. Beauchamp has served on the Boards of St. Joseph’s Health Centre Foundation, Providence Healthcare Foundation and the Breast Cancer Society of Canada. Throughout her career, she has been a patient advocate, working with patient and healthcare organizations to enhance access to care. Ms. Beauchamp has completed the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management Directors Education Program (ICD.D), and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Bishop’s University.

Margaret Atkins

Ms. Margaret Atkins, CPA is Independent Director of the company. The Company also appointed Shan Atkins as a new independent director and Chair of the Audit Committee. Ms. Atkins brings deep experience in public company governance and leadership in global retail and healthcare companies, such as Shoppers Drug Mart, Tim Hortons and Sears, Roebuck & Company. Her expertise in overseeing public company reporting for both large Canadian and U.S. listed companies will prove an important asset for Aurora, which is dual listed on the TSX and NYSE. Ms. Atkins brings over 20 years of corporate leadership of experience to Aurora. A Certified Public Accountant, she spent fourteen years at Bain & Company, where she became a partner and leader in the firm's global consumer and retail practice. She also maintained a secondary practice in healthcare, working in Rx and OTC pharmaceuticals and in the hospital industry. Ms. Atkins also served as Executive VP of Sears, Roebuck & Company (USA) and since 1999, she has served as an independent director on ten public and private corporate boards in the U.S. and Canada. She is currently on the boards of Darden (NYSE: DRI), SpartanNash (NASD: SPTN), SunOpta (NASD: STKL; TSX: SOY) and LSC Communications (NYSE: LKSD). Previously, Ms. Atkins served on the boards of Shoppers Drug Mart, Tim Hortons and The Pep Boys. She is a graduate of Queen's University and the Harvard Business School.

Jason Dyck

Dr. Jason R.B. Dyck, Ph.D., is Independent Director of Aurora Cannabis Inc. Dr. Dyck obtained his PhD and Bachelor of Science from the University of Alberta and is a distinguished research scientist in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Alberta. Dr. Dyck currently directs the University of Alberta Cardiovascular Research Centre and co-directs the pan-Alberta program known as Alberta HEART. Not only is Dr. Dyck an outstanding research scientist and a leader in his field but he also has extensive experience in drug discovery and commercialization. He co-founded a successful University of Alberta spin-off company, currently holds more than 100 patents and has numerous collaborations with large pharmaceutical companies. His accomplishments in academic research, drug discovery and product/technology commercialization have contributed to Dr. Dyck being recognized as one of Canada’s Top 40 under 40 (awarded by the Caldwell Partners in 2007), which is “presented to exceptional Canadians under the age of 40 who are outstanding leaders in their chosen fields and who are shaping our country’s future”.

Adam Szweras

Mr. Adam K. Szweras is Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Szweras is a securities law partner with Fogler, Rubinoff LLP in Toronto and Chairman of the Foundation Markets Group, a Toronto based Merchant Bank and brokerage firm. His law practice focuses on financings and going public transactions, and in his banking practice, he works closely to build, invest in, and develop emerging business. Adam represents and sits on the boards of several mid-market public companies and assists companies in listing on the TSE, the TSXV, and the Canadian Securities Exchange. He has a particular expertise with cross border mid-market transactions and often acts as a strategic advisor to his clients. Mr. Szweras works with public and private companies active in marijuana markets in Canada and the US as well as companies with businesses in energy transmission, oil and gas and alternative energy, technology, and food producers. Mr. Szweras has experience in representing clients in Canada and the US as well as South America, China and South Asia. Mr. Szweras both joined Fogler, Rubinoff LLP and founded the Foundation Markets Group in 2006. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1996 and has authored numerous papers and articles relating to Canadian and foreign securities and corporate law.

Ananth Krishnan
