Name Description

Sebastien Bazin

Mr. Sebastien Bazin has served as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, Member of the Executive Committee of ACCOR S.A. since August 27, 2013. He also acts as Chairman of the Company's Commitments Committee. He additionally holds the post of Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Fondation Gustave Roussy. He was previously Vice Chairman of the Board of the Company as from April 23, 2013, after having served as Director of the Company from January 9, 2006. He became Member of the Supervisory Board of Accor SA on May 3, 2005, the function he held until January 9, 2006. Until his nomination to Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Colony Capital Europe. Prior to joining Colony Capital SAS in 1997, he served as Vice President of the mergers and acquisitions group of PaineWebber in London and New York, Director of Hottinguer Rivaud Finances, and Group Director and General Manager of Immobiliere Hoteliere. During his professional career, he was also appointed to several other mandates, including Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Societe d'Exploitation Sports & Evenements and Holding Sports & Evenements, Member of the Supervisory Board of ANF (Les Ateliers du Nord de la France), President of Colfilm SAS and Bazeo Europe SAS; Chief Executive Officer of Toulouse Canceropole SAS and ColSpa SAS, and Director of Edenred and Carrefour, among others. He holds a Masters degree in Management from La Sorbonne University.

Jean-Jacques Morin

Mr. Jean-Jacques Morin has been appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of Finance, Communication and Strategy at ACCOR S.A. as of September 2018. He holds an engineering degree from Ecole Nationale Superieure de l'Aéronautique et de l'Espace, a postgraduate degree in Accounting and Management (DSCG) and an MBA from Thunderbird. He began his career at Deloitte, where he spent 5 years conducting audits and consulting in Paris then Montreal. He then spent 13 years in the international high-tech sector, first with Motorola and then with ON Semiconductor, where he worked on the company’s NASDAQ listing. He went on to work as Chief Financial Officer for Communicant AG, a German startup. He joined Alstom in 2005 and notably served as Chief Financial Officer for the Transport sector in Paris, Power Service sector in Zurich and Group Chief Financial Officer.

Sven Boinet

Mr. Sven Boinet has been Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Member of the Executive Committee of ACCOR S.A. since December 2, 2013. Prior to that, he was Member of the Management Board from January 7, 1997. He is Chairman of the Ethics and CSR Committee at the Company. A graduate of Ecole Centrale de Paris and Stanford University, Mr. Boinet started his career in the oil industry at Schlumberger and Coflexip before becoming a consultant for SRI International and then working with Accor between 1988 and 2003. He subsequently became Chairman of the Management Board of the Lucien Barriere Group, a position he held from 2004 to 2009, and went on to serve as Chief Executive Officer of the Pierre & Vacances Group from 2009 to 2012. Chris Cahill

Mr. Chris J. Cahill has been appointed Chief Executive Officer in charge of Hotel Operations at ACCOR S.A. as of September 2018. He joined AccorHotels’ Executive Committee in July 2016, when the Group finalized the acquisition of FRHI. He also serves on the Board of Directors of two Canadian real estate companies, as Chairman at Temple Hotels Inc. and Board Director at Morguard Corporation. He holds two Bachelor’s Degrees in Education and Political Science from the University of Ottawa, and an MBA from the University of Toronto. Prior to his appointment, he worked as Executive Vice President Global Operations for Las Vegas Sands Corp, a publicly traded gaming company with operations in the United States, China and Singapore. Before joining Las Vegas Sands Corp, he served for 19 years (1993-2012) in various capacities at Fairmont Raffles Hotels International (FRHI) and its predecessor companies, including President and Chief Operating Officer responsible for the operating performance of all brands worldwide. Earlier in his career, he developed a strong track record in all facets of the hotel business (operations, sales and marketing) in cities across Canada during an 18-year period.

Iris Knobloch

Ms. Iris Knobloch has been Vice Chairman of the Board and Senior Independent Director at ACCOR S.A. since July 27, 2016. She was Independent Director of ACCOR S.A. from April 25, 2013. She is Member of the Appointments & Compensation Committee, the International Strategy Committee at the Company. She has a J.D. degree from Ludwig-Maximilians Universitaet Munich and an L. L.M. degree from New York University. She has spent more than 18 years with Warner Bros. and the Time Warner Group, holding various different positions, and is currently President of Warner Bros. Maud Bailly

Ms. Maud Bailly has been Chief Digital Officer, responsible for Digital Media, Distribution, Sales and IT Systems, Member of the Executive Committee at ACCOR S.A. since April 3, 2017. She began her higher education at Ecole Normale Superieure, where she studied Modern Literature. She then obtained a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po) and is also a graduate of the Ecole Nationale d’Administration (ENA). She started her career in 2007 at the Inspection Generale des Finances. After several audit assignments in France and abroad, she joined the SNCF where she received training in rail traffic safety certification before being appointed Director of Paris Montparnasse station and Deputy Director of TGV product coordination for the Paris Rive Gauche area. In 2014, she became Director of Trains. In this capacity, she was responsible for coordinating the network and transforming the professions of the SNCF’s 10,000 ticket collectors and 3,000 station agents. In May 2015, she joined French Prime Minister Manuel Vall’s office as Head of the economic department responsible for budget, fiscal, industrial and digital affairs. She left in December 2016, returning to the Inspection Generale des Finances to lead an assignment on the issues of the connected vehicle.

Stephanie Fougou

Ms. Stephanie Fougou has been General Counsel, Member of the Executive Committee at ACCOR S.A. since May 2018. She oversees the following functions, including Board secretary, Group Legal Affairs, Risks & Insurance and Compliance. She holds degrees in European Law (DEA from Universite Paris II Assas, 1997) and Media Law and Management (DESS from Universite Paris-Sorbonne, 1998). She passed the Bar Exam (Certificat d’Aptitude a la Profession d’Avocat or CAPA) in Paris in 2002. She spent 13 years with the France Telecom/Orange group, notably as Deputy Group Legal Counsel in charge of international affairs. In 2011, she joined Club Mediterranee, where she held the positions of General Counsel, Legal Director and was responsible for the Health and Safety Department as well as public affairs and real estate contracts. In 2014, she joined Vallourec as Group General Counsel and member of Vallourec’s Executive Committee. She has also been Chairwoman of the French professional organization of in-house lawyers (AFJE) since 2014.

Arantxa Balson

Ms. Arantxa Balson has been Chief Talent & Culture Officer, Member of the Executive Committee of ACCOR S.A. since May 4, 2015. She has a degree in Educational Psychology from the Universidad de Comillas and an MBA from ICADE’s School of Management and Economic Sciences in Madrid. She also has a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management and Social Relations from Universite Paris IX Dauphine. She started her career in 1994 at France Telecom, where she was in charge of international training. In 1998, she joined Lucent Technologies (now Alcatel-Lucent) where she held various positions including HR Director in Western Europe then in Spain and Portugal, and HR Director for Lucent Worldwide Services EMEA, a position she combined with another role supporting the transformation of the supply chain and corporate centers in the region. In 2004, she moved to Endesa, the leading electricity utility in Spain and Latin America, as Director of Development and HR Innovation. Adeo appointed her Director of Human Resources in 2010, inter alia to support the group’s digital transformation and equip the group’s companies with learning and open-innovation platforms.

Gaurav Bhushan

Mr. Gaurav Bhushan has been Chief Development Officer and Member of the Executive Committee at ACCOR S.A. since January 2017. He holds an MBA from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT University) and a postgraduate degree in finance. He began his career at Accor in Australia in 1995, holding various posts in operations and finance before moving into development, as Business Development Manager for Australia and New Zealand, in 2000. He was subsequently appointed Chief Development Officer for Australia, New Zealand and Japan, and then Vice President Development for North Asia and the Pacific in 2004. He has been heading the Asia-Pacific development teams, and coordinating development through joint ventures and partnerships in the region, since 2006. It was in this capacity that he led the acquisition of Mirvac Hotels & Resorts in Australia and New Zealand and, more recently, the alliance with Huazhu in China.

Franck Gervais

Mr. Franck Gervais has been Chief Executive Officer HotelServices, Europe, Member of the Executive Committee at ACCOR S.A. since November 2017. He is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and a civil engineer from Ecole des Ponts et Chaussees (France’s national school of bridges and highways). He started his career in 2001 at the Direction Departementale de l’Equipement des Alpes Maritimes (the Alpes Maritimes regional equipment department) where he was in charge of air bases. In 2004, he was appointed Advisor to the French Minister of Equipment, Transport and Tourism. He joined the SNCF in 2006 as Director of the Chairman’s Cabinet, before heading up Line 8 of the Transilien Greater Paris regional railway service. From 2011 to 2014, he led the transformation of Thalys into a full-function railway company, and was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Voyages-SNCF.com from 2014 to 2017 where, in particular, he carried out the key projects of customer experience and internationalization of the Group.

Michael Issenberg

Mr. Michael Issenberg has been Chief Executive Officer HotelServices, Asia-Pacific, Member of the Executive Committee at ACCOR S.A. since 2008. He is a graduate of Cornell University, and began his full-time hospitality career in 1981 with the Westin St Francis Hotel in San Francisco. In 1986 he moved to Sydney, Australia, where he was Director of Leisure Services for Horwath & Horwath, managing a consultancy practice focused on hotel feasibility, operations and tourism strategy. In a career spanning more than three decades, he has held senior positions across hotel management and property investment including Director of Development for Merlin Properties and Chief Executive Officer of Mirvac Hotels. He moved to Accor in 1994 as Director of Operations Pacific.

Patrick Mendes

Mr. Patrick Mendes has been Chief Executive Officer HotelServices, Latin America, Member of the Executive Committee of ACCOR S.A. since January 2017. He holds an MBA in Management and Marketing from IAE Aix-en-Provence (Aix-Marseille University) after studying at the Ecole d’Hotellerie et de Management in Bordeaux. He started working for Accor Service (now Edenred), supporting business development, in 1994. He moved from Paris to Lisbon in 2000 to run Accor Service in Spain and Portugal, and joined the Accor Group, to lead an international team as Senior VP Global Sales & Distribution, in 2004. In 2011, he took over operations in Latin America (80 hotels) – one of the Group’s key markets. In 2013, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer Luxury and Midscale brands in South America in 2013. In July 2015, he became Chief Executive Officer Latin America.

Amir Nahai

Mr. Amir Nahai has been Chief Executive Officer Food & Beverage, Member of the Executive Committee of ACCOR S.A. since September 2015. He holds a BA in Government from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. He was previously a partner at Bain and Company’s New York office. He has more than 15 years of experience with the strategy and management consulting firm in the hospitality, gaming, media/entertainment and technology sectors. Throughout his career, he has supported clients across the globe and has worked out of multiple offices in the United States (Boston, New York, Los Angeles), Asia (Singapore, Thailand, India, China) and Europe (Paris, London).

Laurent Picheral

Mr. Laurent Francois Picheral has been Deputy Chief Executive Officer Europe & Chief Executive Officer Central Europe, Member of the Executive Committee at ACCOR S.A. since November 2017. He graduated from EDHEC Business School, and started his career in 1989 with KPMG in France and Poland holding various positions and dealing with key industrial and corporate government projects. Then he moved to Salustro Reydel Paris in 1995 to become a Senior Operating Director. He joined Accor’s Financial Department in 1997 to be Director of Internal Group Audit from 2000. Between 2003 and 2010 he held a position as Managing Director and Chief Finance Officer of Accor Hotellerie Deutschland GmbH. In 2010 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer & President of Management Board of Orbis SA, a subsidiary of AccorHotels. He joined the AccorHotels Executive Committee as Chief Executive Officer Central and Eastern Europe in 2014. Since January 2016 he additionally took over the formal position as Head of AccorHotels Germany. Since 2014, he is both a Member of the Supervisory Board of Orbis SA and a Member of the Supervisory Board of Solidarity AccorHotels. From January 2017 to November 2017, he was Chief Operating Officer AccorInvest.

Thibault Viort

Mr. Thibault Viort has been Chief Executive Officer New Businesses & Chief Disruption and Growth Officer, Member of the Executive Committee at ACCOR S.A. since March 2018. In 1996 he graduated from the EPITA engineering school of computer science. He is a serial entrepreneur who created his first business at the age of 22. He created Ysance in 2005, developed the first online games for Facebook (Is cool Entertainment) in 2008 and then specialized in tourism from 2009 with the creation of Wipolo followed by the transformation of Cityvox. He has been sharing his experience for more than 20 years, in particular by lecturing at the Ecole Polytechnique and by acting as a mentor to several start-ups (Openclassrooms, Des bras en plus, etc.). Alongside his various business activities, he became Member of the Board of Directors of Studapart in January 2016, of Lunchr in January 2017 and of Guerbet in May 2017. In April 2016, Mr. Viort became AccorHotels Chief Disruption and Growth Officer and in January 2018 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer New Businesses, taking the helm of onefinestay, John Paul, Fastbooking, Availpro, Verychic and Gekko.

Nawaf Al-Thani

Sheikh Nawaf Bin Jassim Bin Jabor Al-Thani has been Director of ACCOR S.A. since March 21, 2017. He is Member of the International Strategy Committee at the Company. A graduate of Qatar University, he began his career at Qatar Airways before joining Katara Hospitality as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Alongside his role with Katara Hospitality, he is also Chairman of Al Hosn Investment Company S.A.O.C, based in Oman, and Deputy Chairman of the Sheikh Jassim Bin Jabor Charitable Foundation, which implements and oversees humanitarian and development projects.

Iliane Dumas

Ms. Iliane Dumas has been Director - Representing Employees at ACCOR S.A. since May 2, 2014. Ms. Dumas joined Accor in 1991, where she was initially part of the sales team in the Distribution Department. She has held several employee representative positions, notably Representative of the Central Works Council on Accor’s Board of Directors. She is currently project manager within the Group’s Talent & Culture Department. She is also Member of the Appointments & Compensation Committee and a judge at the Paris Employment Tribunal.

Aziz Fakhroo

Mr. Aziz Aluthman Fakhroo has been Director of ACCOR S.A. since July 12, 2016. He is Member of the Audit and Risks Committee, the Commitments Committee and the Appointments & Compensation Committee at the Company. He is a graduate of Paris ESLSCA Business School. He founded and managed Idealys SARL, a 3D industrial simulation company before joining Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) in 2007. He was appointed Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at QIA, where he executed a number of acquisitions between 2007 and 2013. He was appointed Director of the Public Investment Management Department in Qatar’s Ministry of Finance in January 2014 and then Director of the Public Budget Department in March 2015. In December 2016, he was appointed Undersecretary of State at this same Ministry.

Chantale Hoogstoel

Ms. Chantale Hoogstoel has been Director - Representing Employees of ACCOR S.A. since January 11, 2018. After studying translation and interpreting at the Marie Haps Faculty (Brussels, Belgium) and then Chinese religions and philosophies at the China Institute (New-York, USA), she began her career with Accor in 1983 where she was employed in a number of different jobs in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and France. She also held office as an employee representative in various capacities, including the Works Council, the Prevention and Work Protection Committee in Belgium and the European Works Council. Ms. Hoogstoel is currently the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and Hygiene Coordinator for AccorHotels Benelux. She is also Member of the United Nations World Tourism Organization World Tourism Network on Child Protection.

Patrick Sayer

Mr. Patrick G. Sayer has been Director of ACCOR S.A. since August 27, 2008. He is also Member of the Company's Appointments & Compensation Committee, Chairman of the Commitments Committee at the Company. A graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole des Mines de Paris, he has been Chairman of Eurazeo’s Executive Board since May 2002. He previously held the positions of Managing Partner at Lazard Freres et Cie in Paris and Managing Director of Lazard Freres & Co. in New York. Sarmad Zok

Mr. Sarmad Nabil Zok has been Director of ACCOR S.A. since July 12, 2016. He is Member of the Appointments & Compensation Committee, the International Strategy Committee and the Commitments Committee at the Company. He is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Kingdom Hotel Investments (KHI) headquartered in Dubai, and Non-Executive Director on the Boards of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, AccorHotels, Movenpick Hotels & Resorts Management, BlackRock Frontiers Investment Trust plc and Kingdom Holding Company. Mr. Zok is an active Member of the Boards of the hotel management companies he sits on, being directly engaged on strategy, product, operations/guest experience, growth and value creation. In 2006, Mr. Zok led KHI on its Initial Public Offering on the Dubai International Financial Exchange (the predecessor to NASDAQ Dubai) and the London Stock Exchange. Since a take-private in 2010 he has headed KHI’s accomplished hotel investment management team in Dubai in managing an integrated luxury hospitality investment portfolio across the United States, Europe and growth/developing markets in the Middle East, Africa and Asia. In 2016, he led the KHI team on the sale and merger of Fairmont Raffles with AccorHotels. In his early career, Mr. Zok worked at HVS International and Hilton International. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management from the University of Surrey and a Masters of Arts in Property Valuation and Law from City University Business School in London.

Sophie Gasperment

Ms. Sophie A. Gasperment has been Independent Director of ACCOR S.A. since June 29, 2010. She is also Member of the Company's Audit and Risks Committee, the Corporate Governance, Compliance & CSR Committee and Chairman of the Appointments & Compensation Committee. She is a graduate of ESSEC business school and Insead. She joined L’Oreal in 1886. After 14 years in operational and strategic marketing positions, she was appointed General Manager for L’Oreal in the United Kingdom (UK). She remained UK-based for the following 14 years, notably as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Body Shop International. Since 2014, Ms. Gasperment is the L’Oreal Group General Manager leading Financial Communication and Strategic Prospective. She was appointed French Foreign Trade Advisor in 2005, elected to the UK executive board, and has contributed to the Business Advisory Council of Said Business School, Oxford University. Qionger Jiang

Ms. Qionger Jiang has been Independent Director of ACCOR S.A. since July 12, 2016. She is Member of the Appointments & Compensation Committee and the International Strategy Committee at the Committee. She is a graduate of the design school at Tongji University (China) and has also studied interior design and furniture design at Ecole Nationale Superieure des Arts Decoratifs de Paris. She founded a number of design companies before setting up the Chinese subsidiary of ArtCurial. In 2008, she teamed up with Hermes to set up Shang Xia, China’s first luxury brand, of which she is Chief Executive Officer and Artistic Director. In 2013 and 2016, respectively, she was awarded the titles of Chevalier des Arts et Lettres and Chevalier de l’Ordre National du merite by the French President.

Nicolas Sarkozy

Mr. Nicolas Sarkozy has been Independent Director of ACCOR S.A. since February 21, 2017. He is Chairman of the International Strategy Committee at the Company. He was the President of the French Republic from 2007 to 2012. His previous positions include Mayor of Neuillysur- Seine (1983-2002), National Assembly Representative for Hauts-de-Seine (1988-2002), President of the General Council for Hauts-de-Seine (2004-2007), Minister for the Budget (1993- 1995), Minister for Communications (1994-1995), Government spokesman (1993-1995), Minister of the Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms (2002-2004), Minister of State, Minister for the Economy, Finance and Industry (2004), Minister of State, Minister of the Interior and Town and Country Planning (2005-2007). He was also the elected leader of French political parties UMP (2004-2007) and Les Republicains (2014-2016). A trained lawyer, he is the author of several books, including Libre, Temoignage, La France pour la Vie and Tout pour la France.

Isabelle Simon

Ms. Isabelle Simon has been Independent Director of ACCOR S.A. since July 12, 2016. She is Member of the Audit and Risks Committee and the Corporate Governance, Compliance & CSR Committee at the Company. She is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris (Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris), HEC and Harvard Law School. She also holds a DEA postgraduate diploma in English and North American business law from Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne and a DESS postgraduate diploma in international taxation from Universite Jean Monnet. She is a qualified lawyer, and has been admitted to the Paris Bar and the New York Bar. Ms. Simon began her career in 1995 at law firm Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, where she practiced as a lawyer in Paris and New York. In 2003, she joined the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs as Executive Director. In 2009, she joined the Publicis Group as Senior Vice-President, heading the M&A and Legal departments and managing the Group’s external development strategy and minority holdings. In 2011, she became Senior Vice-President of Societe des Bains de Mer de Monaco, where she headed the Real Estate, Marketing and Sales, Artistic, Communications and Legal departments and was responsible for internal and external development operations. In 2015, she was appointed Group Secretary & General Counsel, and a member of the Executive Committee, of the Thales Group. She is also Group Secretary & General Counsel and a Board member of the Thales Foundation.
