Name Description

Anders Narvinger

Mr. Anders Narvinger has served as Independent Chairman of the Board of Directors of AF Poyry AB (previously AF AB) since May 5, 2014. He has been Independent Member of the Board of Directors of the Company since May 2, 2011. He is Chairman of the Company's Remuneration Committee and Member of the Nomination Committee. He is former President and Chief Executive Officer of ABB Sweden, and former Chief Executive Officer of Teknikforetagen (the Association of Swedish Engineering Industries). He is Chairman of the Board of Alfa Laval AB. Mr. Narvinger holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering from Lunds Universitet and Economics degree from Uppsala Universitet.

Jonas Gustavsson

Mr. Jonas Gustavsson has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer at AF Poyry AB (previously AF AB), effective as of April 1, 2017. Mr. Gustavsson was Business Area Manager of Sandvik Machining Solutions from 2013 till 2017 and, prior to that, has held a series of management positions within Sandvik since 2008. He was President of the Sandvik Materials Technology 2011-2013. He served as Vice President Operations BRP-Rotax from 2002-07 and in various management roles at Bombadier from 1997-2002 and at ABB from 1995-1997. Juuso Pajunen

Ms. Nyamko Sabuni has been Executive Vice President, Head of Sustainability at AF Poyry AB (previously AF AB) since January 1, 2018. She has previously been Sustainability Manager at the Company since October 1, 2013. She has previously served as a Minister in Swedish government, Member of Swedish Parliament and its Committee on Industry and Trade, Communications Advisor of Geelmyuden Kiese, Project Manager at Folksam Social Council. She studied Law at Uppsala and Communications at Berghs School of Communication as well as Migration Policy at Malardalens University.

Ms. Cathrine Sandegren has served as Executive Vice President, Head of Communications and Brand at AF Poyry AB since February 22, 2019. She has been employed since 2016.
