Name Description

Paul Murphy

Mr. Paul J. Murphy serves as Non-Executive Independent Chairman of the Board of Alamos Gold Inc. Mr. Murphy was a Partner and National Mining Leader of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 2004 to April 2010 and Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP since 1981. Throughout his career, Mr. Murphy has worked primarily in the resource sector, with a client list that included major international oil and gas and mining companies. His professional experience includes financial reporting controls, operational effectiveness, International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”), SEC reporting issues, financing, valuation, and taxation as they pertain to the mining sector. Mr. Murphy is currently the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice-President, Finance, Guyana Goldfields Inc. since April 2010 and Chief Financial Officer of GPM Metals Inc. since May 2012. In addition, Mr. Murphy is a Director of Continental Gold Inc. Mr. Murphy obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University, and obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 1975 and has been recognized as a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

John McCluskey

Mr. John A. McCluskey serves as President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Alamos Gold Inc. Mr. McCluskey began his career with Glamis Gold Ltd. in 1983. He went on to hold senior executive positions in a number of public companies in the resource sector. In 1996 he founded Grayd Resource Corporation, where he was CEO. In 1996 he also co-founded Alamos Minerals with mining hall of famer Chester Millar. Mr. McCluskey has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Alamos since 2003, when the company merged with National Gold Corp. Mr. McCluskey was named Ontario’s 2012 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year, based on a judging panel’s assessment of financial performance, vision, leadership, innovation, personal integrity and influence, social responsibility and entrepreneurial spirit. Mr. McCluskey is currently a Director of the World Gold Council and AuRico Metals Inc.

James Porter

Mr. James R. Porter, CPA, serves as Chief Financial Officer of Alamos Gold Inc., since June 3, 2011. Mr. Porter was Vice-President of Finance of the Company from July 2008 to June 2011; Controller of the Company from October 2005 to July 2008. He holds a Bachelor of Administrative and Commercial Studies Degree from the University of Western Ontario, and is a Chartered Accountant in Ontario and a U.S. Certified Public Accountant.

Peter MacPhail

Mr. Peter K. MacPhail serves as Chief Operating Officer of the company. Peter MacPhail has more than 25 years of solid operational experience in Canada, Mexico and Australia. Mr. MacPhail was most recently Chief Operating Officer of AuRico Gold having joined AuRico in 2011 through the Northgate Minerals transaction. He served in the same capacity for eight years at Northgate with overall operations management responsibility for the Kemess, Fosterville and Stawell mines, as well as the Young-Davidson mine project. Prior to Northgate, Mr. MacPhail held increasingly senior roles at Noranda, Teck Resources, Homestake Mining, and Barrick Gold. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Mineral Engineering from the University of Toronto, and is a licensed professional engineer in Ontario.

Gregory Fisher

Mr. Gregory Fisher serves as Vice President - Finance of the company. Greg Fisher is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 15 years of progressive experience in the mining sector, including treasury and financial reporting management, M&A and business integration, financial analysis, and tax planning. Mr. Fisher joined Alamos in 2010 in the role of Controller and was promoted to Vice President of Finance in 2011. He is responsible for regulatory financial reporting, treasury management, budgeting and forecasting, tax planning and compliance, and maintenance of the Company's internal control environment. Prior to joining Alamos, Mr. Fisher was an audit senior manager with KPMG, serving mining clients in the firm’s audit practice.

Nils Engelstad

Mr. Nils F. Engelstad, BA, LL.B, LL.M serves as Vice President, General Counsel of the company. Nils Engelstad joined Alamos Gold in 2015 where he leads the global legal function. Prior to joining Alamos, Nils served as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary to McEwen Mining Inc. He also acted as the General Counsel to that entity's founder and the group known as the McEwen Capital Group of Companies. Prior to joining McEwen Mining, Nils completed his articles and practiced with the leading Canadian law firm, Stikeman Elliott LLP. Mr. Engelstad holds an undergraduate degree in International Relations from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor, a Master of Laws from the University of Toronto, and completed a certificate program in Aboriginal Law at Osgoode Hall Law School. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada. Nils is proud to be a director of the boards of the registered charities War Child Canada and The Rumie Initiative.

Christine Barwell

Ms. Christine Barwell serves as Vice President - Human Resources of the company. Christine Barwell has more than 10 years of experience in human resources, obtaining her CHRP designation in 2002. Prior to joining Alamos in April 2010, she managed the global expatriate program at Kinross Gold Corporation and held a variety of progressive human resources positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Christopher Bostwick

Mr. Christopher Bostwick serves as Vice President - Technical Services of the company. Chris Bostwick holds over 25 years of experience in the global mining industry, 19 of which were spent with Barrick Gold in various roles. Mr. Bostwick was most recently with AuRico Gold where he served as Senior Vice President, Technical Services. He has mining experience in operations, engineering, maintenance, strategic planning, and project evaluation and development gained in North and South America, Africa, and Russia. Prior to AuRico, he had been seconded from Barrick to Highland Gold Mining, where he led the Capital Projects and Technical Services groups for their development projects and one operating mine in Russia. Prior to that, Mr. Bostwick served as Barrick's Director of Evaluations and Capital Projects, working in the corporate development and technical services groups on M&A and feasibility studies. He also spent nine years at Barrick's flagship Goldstrike operation in Nevada. Chris has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering from Queen’s University.

Luis Chavez

Dr. Luis M. Chavez serves as Vice President - Mexico of the company. Luis Chavez was most recently Senior Vice President, Mexico with AuRico Gold. Luis has considerable experience in all mining related areas. He served as General Director of the Mexican Geological Survey (1994-2000), where he designed and implemented the National Mapping Program, and initiated the largest geology and mining databank currently in use by mining companies doing business in Mexico. In 2001, he was invited by the Governor of Coahuila State to become Director of Energy and Mines to design sustainable development policies and strategies to maximize energy and mineral resources value. In 2006, Dr. Chavez was named President of the Mexican Institute for Environmental Management, a private consulting firm. He is a former President of the Mexican Mining Association, and currently he is a member of the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Mines. A Geological Engineer from the University of San Luis Potosi (1976), he also holds a Master of Science degree in Mineral Economics (1978) from Penn State University, a PhD degree in Energy and Mineral Economics (1982) from the University of Arizona, and a Business Administration degree (1989) from the Pan-American Business Institute in Monterrey, Mexico.

Andrew Cormier

Mr. Andrew Cormier serves as Vice President - Development and Construction of Alamos Gold Inc. Andrew Cormier has 20 years of experience in the mining industry, beginning his career as Mill Metallurgist for Cambior Limited at Omai Gold Mines. He also worked for Noranda Incorporated at the Hemlo Gold Mine and Brunswick Mine, for Barrick Gold Corporation at the Holt-McDermott Mine, and at SNC-Lavalin, where he was involved in preparing scoping, pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, as well as EPCM projects. Immediately prior to joining Alamos in 2013, Mr. Cormier held the position of Project Manager at Aurico Gold, where he advanced the Young-Davidson mine from the pre-feasibility stage to commercial production and was responsible for all project execution deliverables. Mr. Cormier graduated with a B.Eng. degree in Extractive Metallurgical Engineering from Laurentian University and received a Diploma in Technology, Management & Entrepreneurship from the University of New Brunswick.

Aoife McGrath

Ms. Aoife McGrath serves as Vice President - Exploration of the Company. Ms. McGrath joined Alamos in February, 2013, as director of exploration and corporate development. Ms. McGrath has over 15 years of experience in the mining industry, predominantly focused on gold exploration. Prior to joining Alamos, Ms. McGrath was executive director of exploration at Carbine Resources where she directed the initial exploration programs in Burkina Faso. She also worked for Red Back Mining as exploration manager at the Chirano mine in Ghana, where she led the team to the discovery of the Akwaaba underground deposit, and for AngloGold Ashanti as senior exploration geologist at the Geita gold mine in Tanzania. Ms. McGrath holds a bachelor of science in geology from University College Dublin, a master of science in mineral exploration from the University of Leicester, and a master of science in engineering geology from Imperial College London.

Mark Daniel

Mr. Mark Daniel, Ph.D serves as Independent Director of the company. Mr. Daniel has more than 35 years of international experience. Most recently, Mr. Daniel was Vice President, Human Resources for Vale Canada (formerly Inco Limited). Prior to that, he worked with the Bank of Canada and a number of other federal agencies before joining the Conference Board of Canada. Mr. Daniel holds a PhD in Economics. He is also a Director of Klondex Mines Ltd. where he chairs the Human Resources Committee.

Patrick Downey

Mr. Patrick D. Downey serves as Independent Director of the company. Mr. Downey is a corporate director who has been involved in the copper and gold mining industry throughout most of his 35 year career. Mr. Downey was an executive and director for several public resource companies and the Chief Financial Officer of Northgate Minerals Corporation for four years, retiring as President and CEO in 1994. He is certified by the Institute of Corporate Directors and a member of the Ontario Chapter of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. He is a Director of Minco Plc. Mr. Downey holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from Laurentian University.

David Fleck

Mr. David A. Fleck serves as Independent Director of Alamos Gold Inc. Mr. Fleck has more than 30 years of capital markets experience. Beginning his career in corporate finance, Mr. Fleck ultimately rose to the positions of Co-Head Equity Products and Executive Managing Director of the BMO Financial Group. In addition, Mr. Fleck was subsequently appointed President of Mapleridge Capital Corp., and then President and Chief Executive Officer of Macquarie Capital Markets Canada. Currently, Mr. Fleck is Senior Vice President, Partner of Delaney Capital Management, Director of Yappn Corp. and Director of Kew Media Group Inc. Mr. Fleck holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Western Ontario, an MBA from INSEAD School of Business and has completed the Directors Education Program at Rotman School of Business, University of Toronto and has received the ICD.D certification from the Institute of Corporate Directors.

David Gower

Mr. David Patrick Gower serves as Independent Director of Alamos Gold Inc. Mr. Gower has been involved in the mineral industry for over 25 years, including positions with Falconbridge Limited and Noranda Inc. (now Glencore Canada Corporation). While at Falconbridge he was General Manager of Global Nickel and PGM Exploration and a member of the senior operating team that approved capital budgets for new mining projects. Mr. Gower has been involved in numerous discoveries and mine development projects, including brown field discoveries at Raglan, Matagami, and Sudbury, Canada and green field discoveries in Brazil and at Kabanga in Tanzania. Since 2006, Mr. Gower has also been an executive of two junior mineral exploration companies of the Forbes and Manhattan Group – both focused in South America with advanced projects in Brazil and Bolivia. Mr. Gower has been the President of Brazil Potash Corp. since 2009 which is developing the largest and highest grade potash deposit in Brazil. He also serves as a Director of Apogee Opportunities Inc., Emerita Resources Corp. and Aguia Resources Ltd. Mr. Gower has a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Saint Francis Xavier University and a Master of Science degree in Earth Sciences from Memorial University.

Claire Kennedy

Ms. Claire Marie Catherine Kennedy serves as Independent Director of the company. Ms. Kennedy is a lawyer and partner in the Toronto office of Bennett Jones LLP. In addition, Ms. Kennedy is a Director of the Bank of Canada, a government appointee to the University of Toronto's Governing Council and member of the Dean's Advisory Committee at Rotman School of Management. Ms. Kennedy is a past member of the Dean's Council at Queen’s University School of Law and formerly a Director of Neo Material Technologies Inc. Ms. Kennedy holds a degree in chemical engineering from the University of Toronto, a law degree from Queen’s University, and is enrolled in the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business Advanced Management Program. She also holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario.

Ronald Smith

Mr. Ronald E. Smith serves as Independent Director of the company. Ron Smith is an independent director with more than 40 years of experience in the financial, telecom and energy sectors. He retired in 2004 as Senior Vice President and CFO of Emera Inc. and Nova Scotia Power Inc. Prior to that, he served as CFO of Maritime Tel and Tel Limited, now Bell Aliant Inc., from 1987 to 1999. Mr. Smith began his career with Clarkson Gordon, now Ernst & Young, where he became a partner in 1981 and specialized in insolvency and corporate restructuring assignments for most of his 16 years with the firm. He has served on many business and not-for-profit boards over the past 25 years, including 10 years on the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board from 2002 to 2012 and serving as Chair of the Acadia University Board of Governors from 2004 to 2009. Currently he is Chair of the Public Service Superannuation Plan Trustee Inc., and a Director of Pro Real Estate Investment Trust and Nova Scotia Business Inc. Mr. Smith has been recognized as a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and has received the ICD.D certification from the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Kenneth Stowe

Mr. Kenneth G. Stowe serves as Independent Director of Alamos Gold Inc. Mr. Stowe began his career with Noranda Inc. and spent 21 years in progressive operational, research and development, and corporate roles. In 1999, he was appointed President of Northgate Minerals Corporation and served as Chief Executive Officer from 2001 to 2011. Mr. Stowe received the prestigious Canadian Mineral Processor of the Year Award in 2006, recognizing his superior accomplishments and contributions in the field of mineral processing. Currently, Mr. Stowe is a Director of Hudbay Minerals Inc. and Zenyatta Ventures Ltd. Previously, Mr. Stowe was a Director of Klondex Minerals Ltd. and Director of Fire River Gold Corp. Mr. Stowe obtained a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Mining Engineering from Queen’s University.

Scott Parsons

Mr. Scott Kyle Parsons serves as Vice-President of Investor Relations of the Company. Parsons joined Alamos in March, 2013, as manager of investor relations and was promoted to director of investor relations in January, 2014. He has more than 15 years of capital markets, finance and investor relations experience, primarily within the mining industry. Prior to joining Alamos, he worked as an equity research associate and analyst in the mining group at TD Securities. Mr. Parsons graduated with an honours bachelor of business administration from Brock University and is a CFA charterholder.
