Name Description

Philippe Heim

Michael Masterson

Mr. Michael Masterson serves as Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company. He has served as CEO of the Company since 2011. He was Chief Financial Officer from 2003 until 2011 and has been active at the Group since 1995, the year he joined Hertz Lease (which was acquired by the Group in 2003). In addition, he was Group Financial and IT Director at Hertz Lease from 1999 to 2003, Finance Controller for Hertz Lease International from 1997 to 1999 and for Hertz Lease France from 1995 to 1997. Previously to the Group, he was Senior Auditor, Business Analyst, Finance and Administration Manager for Hertz Europe from 1988 to 1995. Mr. Masterson holds an Upper Second Class Degree in Economics from Nottingham University and has been a Chartered Accountant since 1988.

Tim Albertsen

Mr. Tim Albertsen serves as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of ALD SA, since 2011. He has been active within the Group since 1997, the year he joined Hertz Lease (which was acquired by the Group in 2003). He was Chief Operating Officer from 2008 until 2011 and Senior Vice President for the Group from 2005 until 2008. Prior to that, he was Regional Director for the Group in the Nordic & Baltic Countries and General Manager at Hertz Lease Denmark from 1997 until 2003. Previously to the Group, he was General Manager at Avis Leasing from 1995 until 1997 and Operations Manager at Avis Rent a Car from 1992 until 1995. Mr. Albertsen holds an Economics Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the Syddansk Universitet. He also holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Copenhagen Business School.

Gilles Bellemere

Mr. Gilles Bellemere is re-designated as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Chief Executive Officer of ALD Automotive France of the Company effective 1 June 2019. He is currently Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company, since 2017. He was also active within the Group, in ALD Automotive France, between 2001 and 2013, first as Operations Director (until 2006) and subsequently as Deputy General Manager. Between 2014 and 2017, he was Regional Director in Societe Generale’s Retail Banking Division, in which he had previously held various positions between 1987 and 2001. Gilles Bellemère holds a Master degree in Management from Paris Dauphine University and a Postgraduate degree in Foreign Trade from Paris Panthéon Sorbonne University.

John Saffrett

Mr. John Saffrett serves as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of ALD SA. He has served as Chief Operating Officer of ALD since 2017 and is responsible for operational management of the company, including client solutions and sales & business development, as well as managing the company’s IT and digitalization development strategy. He has held various roles within ALD from 1997 to 2006, starting out in Sales Account Management for the Group’s subsidiary in the UK before being appointed IT Director UK from 2002. In 2006, he joined Fimat/Newedge UK, now Societe Generale Prime Services, as Europe CIO and Global Head of Corporate IT Services and went on in 2011 to become Program Director of Fimat/Newedge UK. He returned to ALD in 2015 and was appointed Chief Administrative Officer for ALD. He holds a Bachelor degree in IT from Hertfordshire University and an MBA from Nottingham Trent University.

Gilles Momper

Mr. Gilles Momper has served as Chief Financial Officer of ALD SA, since 2012. He has been active at the Group since 2007. He was Group Financial Controller from 2010 until 2012 and Holding Financial Controller of ALD from 2007 until 2009. In addition, he was Financial Controller for Europe at Renault Retail Group from 2001 to 2004 and then Financial Controller for the Commercial Network at Renault Group from 2004 until 2007. He was also at the Finance Department (Internal Auditor, Business Planning Manager and Deputy Accounting Director) of Hertz France and Hertz Germany from 1995 until 2001. Mr. Momper holds a degree from Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Dijon.

Hans van Beeck

Mr. Hans van Beeck has been appointed as Chief Administrative Officer of the Company effective 1 June 2019. He will be responsible for supervising ALD’s corporate functions, including Risk, Compliance, Legal, Corporate Social Responsibility and Communications, in addition to his current role as Head of Investor Relations. He joined ALD in April 2017 to take part in the preparations for the company’s successful IPO and to set up the Investor Relations function. Prior to that, Hans had a variety of roles at Societe Generale, the most recent of which were: Head of Financial Institutions Coverage for Societe Generale in London (until 2017), Head of Investor Relations and Financial Communications (2010-2014), Chief Country Officer for Japan (2007-2010) and Country Head for Belgium (2005-2007). Hans van Beeck holds a Ph.D. in Economics and Finance from the University of Pennsylvania and a M.A. in Mathematics and Management Studies from the University of Cambridge.

Guillaume de Leobardy

Mr. Guillaume de Leobardy has been appointed as Group Regional Director of the Company effective 1 June 2019. He began his career in Parsys in 1998, where he held several managerial positions in consulting and projects. He joined ALD Automotive in 2004 in order to start up and lead the company in Russia. He moved to Portugal in 2009, as the CEO of the subsidiary, and to Denmark in 2014, as both the country CEO and the Director of the Nordic region. Guillaume de Léobardy holds a diploma of engineering in Industrial management from AgroParisTech, as well as a postgraduate diploma of applied studies (DEA) in logistics and transportation from the Ecole Centrale Paris.

Karine Destre-Bohn

Ms. Karine Destre-Bohn has been Director of ALD SA since November 15, 2011. She has been also Head of Clients Relationship Transformation in SG Insurance Business Unit (ASSU) since January 1, 2018. She was Corporate Secretary of the International Banking and Financial Services Division of Societe Generale from 2010 to 2017. Previously, she was Corporate Secretary of ALD International (2008- 2010), the holding supervising the development of ALD (Full Leasing Services and Car Fleet Management) in about 40 countries. Still before, she had been the CFO of ALD France (2003 – 2008) and CFO of Hertz Lease France (1996-2003). She had started her career as Auditor for Deloitte & Touche (1993-1996). Ms. Destre-Bohn holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting and Finance.

Didier Hauguel

Mr. Didier Hauguel has served as Director at ALD SA since May 22, 2019. He previously served as Chairman of the Board of the company as of March 2, 2017. He served as Chairman of ALD before from 2009 to 2011. He was member of the Board of Directors since his first appointment June 30, 2009. He has been Country Officer for Russia since 2012 at Societe Generales' Management Committee of which he is member since 2000. As Member of Societe Generale Group's Executive Committee from 2007 to 2017 he was Co-Head of International Banking from 2013 to 2017 and held several positions in Societe Generale Group as Head of Specialized Financial Services and Insurance from 2009 to 2013 and Chief Risk Officer from 2000 until 2009. When appointed in New York, he was Chief Operating Officer of SG Americas from 1998 to 2000 and Assistant General Manager of SG USA from 1995 to 1998. Before moving to the US, he served as Head of Central Risk Management Unit within the Office of the Group CEO from 1991 to 1995. He joined the General Inspection Department of Societe Generale in 1984. Mr. Hauguel graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques (IEP) de Paris and holds a Bachelors degree in Public Law.

Xavier Durand

Mr. Xavier Durand has been Independent Director of ALD SA since June 16, 2017. He has been Chief Executive Officer of the Insurance Group Coface since February 2016. Previously, he had an international career within the financial activities of the General Electric Company where, prior of being Head of Strategy & Growth for GE Capital International based in London (2013-2015), he had been CEO of GE Capital Asia Pacific (2011- 2013) based in Tokyo, CEO of the Europe and Russia banking activities of GE Capital (2005-2011), President and CEO of GE Money France (2000- 2005) and Head of Strategy and New Partnerships of GEC Auto Financial Services based in Chicago (1996- 2000). Earlier, he had been Deputy General Manager of the Sovac Real Estate Bank in France from 1994 to 1996. Mr. Durand has graduated from l’Ecole Polytechnique and from l’Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees, and he started his career in 1987 in Consulting (Gemini Group) and Strategy Project Management (GMF Insurer 1991-1993).

Patricia Lacoste

Ms. Patricia Lacoste has been Independent Director of ALD SA since June 16, 2017. She has been also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Insurance Group Prevoir since 2012. Previously, she spent over 20 years in SNCF (French Railways National Company), where she held several executive positions, notably Director in charge of managing Top Executives within the HR Division (2008-2010), Director of the Eastern Paris Region, in charge of preparing the launch of the East Europe high speed train TGV (2005- 2008), and Director of Sales to individuals (1995-2004). She graduated from l’Ecole Nationale de la Statistique et de l’Administration Economique (ENSAE) with master's degree in Econometrics. She started her career as study engineer in the Consulting firm Coref (1985–1992).

Nathalie Leboucher

Ms. Nathalie Leboucher has been Independent Director of ALD SA since June 16, 2017. She started her career in 1990 in Consulting before joining the World Bank in the USA in 1991 as junior economist. She has been General Manager of Kapsch TrafficCom France since May 2017. From 2015, she was in charge of Strategy and Innovation for the RATP Group (Paris Public Transportation Company). From 2011 to 2015, she run the Orange Western Paris Office in charge of Communication Solutions for Businesses. From 2007 to 2011, she had a first experience leading the Kapsch TrafficCom Group, following a position of Development Director for the Paris Rhin Rhone Highway Company from 2002 to 2007. From 1993 to 2002, she had worked for the French Development Agency in charge of Water & Power area for Central Africa, then as Head of infrastructure projects for POPARCO. Ms. Leboucher graduated from l’Ecole Polytechnique and from l’Ecole Nationale de la Statistique et de l’Administration Economique (ENSAE).

Christophe Perillat

Mr. Christophe Perillat has been Independent Director of ALD SA since June 16, 2017. He has been also Chief Operating Officer of the Valeo Group since 2011. Previously, he occupied several managerial positions in the Valeo Group, notably Head of the Business Group "Comfort and Driving Assistance Systems" from 2009 to 2011, Head of the Branch "Switches and Detection Systems" from 2003 to 2009, and Head of a Division of the "Electronics and Connective Systems" Branch from 2001 to 2002. Still before, he had worked in the aerospace industry for the Labinal Group, as Head of Labinal Aero & Defense North America from 1996 to 2000 and Head of a production site in Toulouse from 1993 to 1995. He graduated from l’Ecole Polytechnique and L'Ecole des Mines.
