Name Description

Bruno Saelzer

Mr. Bruno E. Saelzer has been Independent Chairman of the Board of Directors of Amer Sports Oyj since March 9, 2017. He has been Independent Director of the Company since June 4, 2008. He also serves as Chairman of the Company's Nomination Committee and Member of the Audit Committee. Mr. Saelzer is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bench Ltd. He was Chief Executive Officer of Escada SE from 2008 until 2014. Previously, he worked for Hugo Boss AG in Germany, where he held such roles as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (2002-2008), Executive Vice Chairman (1998-2002) and Member of the Managing Board (1995-1998). Prior to that, he was Managing Director of Hairdressing International of Hans Schwarzkopf GmbH in Germany (1991-1995). He also served as Director of International Sales Coordination at Beiresdorf AG in Germany (1986-1991). Mr. Saelzer is Supervisory Board Member of Deichmann SE and Lacoste Holding NG. He holds Bachelor of Arts degree and Doctorate in Philosophy in Logistics.

Heikki Takala

Mr. Heikki Takala has been President, Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Executive Board at Amer Sports Oyj since April 1, 2010. He was also Head of Apparel business unit and the Arc'teryx brand at the Company from January 19, 2016 till 2017. Prior to this, he worked for Procter & Gamble (1992-2010), where he held several leadership positions in Brand Management, Marketing, Sales, and Commercial Strategy at country, region and global level. Ilkka Brotherus

Mr. Ilkka Brotherus has been Independent Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Amer Sports Oyj since 2002. He is also Member of the Company's Nomination Committee and Member of the Compensation and Human Resources Committee. He joined Amer’s Board of Directors as Independent Member in 2000. Mr. Brotherus is Owner and Managing Director of Sinituote Oy. Formerly, he was Member of the Board of Directors of Veho Group Oy Ab (2003-2013), and YIT Corporation (2000-2006), Deputy Managing Director of Hackman Group (1988-1989), and Managing Director of Hackman Housewares Oy (1987-1988) and Havi Oy (1981-1986). He also hels various marketing and management positions at Mestarikustannus Oy (1977-1980). His most recent board assignments include Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Elo Mutual Pension Insurance Company. Mr. Brotherus holds Master of Science degree in Economics.

Jussi Siitonen

Mr. Jussi Siitonen has been Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Executive Board at Amer Sports Oyj since January 1, 2011. He was previously Senior Vice President, Finance at the Company from 2009 to 2010. Prior to Amer Sports, he worked for Stora Enso Group and served as Senior Vice President (SVP) and Group Controller (2008-2009), and SVP and Chief Accounting Officer (2006-2008), and held several finance, controlling and project management positions at Stora Enso Group (1992-2006). Sebastian Lund

Mr. Sebastian Lund has been Chief Human Resources Officer and Member of the Executive Board at Amer Sports Oyj since October 1, 2016. Mr. Lund joined Amer Sports after a 20-year career (1996-2015) at Procter & Gamble in the United States and Europe, most recently as Global Human Resources Leader for Corporate Productivity & Organization Transformation in Cincinnati, Unites States. Before that Mr. Lund worked as Global Human Resources Leader in Procter & Gamble's Global Beauty and Grooming Group. Michael White

Mr. Michael White has been Chief Commercial Officer, Global Go to Market and Member of the Executive Board at Amer Sports Oyj since November 29, 2016. He was Chief Commercial Officer and General Manager, EMEA and Americas and Member of the Executive Board at Amer Sports Oyj from May 17, 2016. He served as Chief Sales Officer and General Manager, EMEA and Americas, as well as Member of the Executive Board of Amer Sports Oyj from November 4, 2013. Before that, he was General Manager of Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) at Amer Sports Oyj and Member of the Company’s Executive Board from 2010. Previously, he held various positions within the Company, including General Manager of Europe (2008-2009) and General Manager of the United Kingdom (UK) and Ireland (2005-2008). His other prior positions include General Manager of Office Depot in France (2000-2004), General Manager of ICI Paints in France (1997-2000), General Manager of French Connection in France (1995-1997) and Commercial Director of French Connection in France (1993-1995). Earlier in his career, he worked for Coats Viyella, first as Management Trainee (1988-1990) and later on as Marketing Executive, Europe (1990-1991) and Sales and Marketing Manager, Ecuador (1992-1993). He holds Master of Arts degree with Honors from the University of Saint Andrews.

Rob Barker

Mr. Rob Barker has been Member of the Executive Board and President of Fitness (Precor) at Amer Sports Oyj since June 1, 2013. Mr. Barker has been managing the Amer Sports Fitness business unit's international sales and operations since 2011. Michael Dowse

Mr. Michael (Mike) Dowse has been Member of the Executive Board and President of Ball Sports (Wilson sporting Goods, DeMarini, ATEC, Louisville Slugger, EvoShield) at Amer Sports Oyj since November 4, 2013. Before that, he was General Manager of Americas at the Company and Member of the Company’s Executive Board from 2010. He joined the Company in 2004 and served as President and General Manager of Winter and Outdoor Americas (2006-2010) and Vice President of North America at Suunto (2004-2006). Formerly, he worked for Nike Inc as Director of Tennis Footwear (2002-2004) and held various positions at Wilson Sporting Goods in Chicago, Atlanta and Germany (1989-2002). Mr. Dowse holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Portland, United States.

Before that, he was Member of the Executive Board and Chief Digital Officer of Amer Sports Oyj from October 22, 2015. Jean-Marc Pambet

Mr. Jean-Marc Pambet has been Member of the Executive Board and President of Footwear and President of Salomon at Amer Sports Oyj since 2010. He has been Member of the Company’s Executive Board since 2009. Prior to this, he was President of Apparel and Footwear at the Company (2007-2009). Formerly, he held various positions at Salomon (1985-2007), including General Manager of Apparel & Footwear (2002-2007), General Manager EMEA (1996-2001) and Country Manager France (1990-1995), among others. Earlier in his career, he worked within Consulting at Eurequip Paris (1983-1985). Hannu Ryopponen

Mr. Hannu Ryopponen has been Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Amer Sports Oyj since March 5, 2009.
