Lorenzo Pozza

Mr. Lorenzo Pozza serves as Chairman - Supervisory, Non-Executive Lead Independent Director of AMPLIFON S.P.A. since April 18, 2016. He holds graduate degree in Business Administration from Universita Bocconi in 1990.

Anna Formiggini Holland

Ms. Anna Maria Formiggini Holland serves as Honorary Chairperson of Amplifon S.p.A. since April 29, 2011. Prior to her appointment she served as Non-Executive Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Amplifon SpA. Her professional career began in 1945 when she was Marketing Director in Elizabeth Arden SpA, where she stayed until 1957. In 1950 she married Algernon Charles Holland, a former Major in the British Special Forces, who moved to Italy and set up a business to import modern hearing aids, founding Amplifon Srl in the same year. In 1959 she joined Amplifon in Marketing and promoted and supported direct marketing, which was crucial to the growth of the company in the following years. In 1980 she was appointed to the Board of Directors of Amplifon SpA. In 1990 she was appointed Chairperson of the Board of Directors, the office she still holds, together with that of Chairperson of Ampliter N.V., Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Amplifin SpA and Chairperson of the A. Charles Holland Foundation. In the past she was also Vice Chairperson of the Managing Council of the Alzheimer Federation Italy and Deputy Chairperson of the Board of Ager, an Association for geriatric research and the study of longevity.

Susan Holland

Ms. Susan Carol Holland serves as Non-Executive Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Amplifon S.p.A. since April 29, 2011. Prior to her appointment she served as Non-Executive Vice Chairperson of the Board of Amplifon SpA as from 1993. She also serves as Member of the Audit and Remuneration and Nominating Committees of the Company. She graduated in Psychology and Sociology at Keele University in the United Kingdom. She then took a diploma in Logopaedia at the Universita degli Studi di Milano. In 1982 began her professional career as Speech Therapist in Milan's Polytechnics. In 1988 she was appointed to the Board of Directors of Amplifon SpA and in 1993 she became Non-Executive Vice Chairperson of the Board of Directors, an office held with that of Vice Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Amplifin SpA and since 2006 Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Ampliare Srl, the Amplifin Group’s real estate company.

Mr. Enrico Vita serves as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, General Manager and Director of the Board of Amplifon S.p.A. since April 18, 2016. He is Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, General Manager, Member of the Board of Director at Amplifon S.p.A. since October 20, 2015. Mr. Gabriele Galli serves as Chief Financial Officer of AMPLIFON S.P.A. since March 1, 2017. He started his career in BTcino of Venezuela as Financial Controller. In 1996 he moved back to Italy and joined the Boston Consulting Group. During his 8 years in BCG, where he got to be appointed Manager, he dealt with numerous strategic and organizational projects for several companies in different industries. In 2004 he joined Piaggio as Group Controller, to become CFO in 2008 and General Manager Finance in 2012, contributing to the turnaround and the significant transformation of the company. He holds degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universita degli Studi di Pisa, MBA from JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Francesca Morichini

Ms. Francesca Morichini serves as Chief Human Resource Officer of AMPLIFON S.P.A. since December 31, 2017. She started her career in HR in Barilla in 2001. In 2004, she joined L’Oréal as HR Manager - Consumer Goods for Italy and, after 2 years, she relocated to the HQ in Paris to be appointed Human Resources Coordinator Central & Eastern Europe - Consumer Goods. In 2007, she moved back to Italy to serve as Global Human Resources Director at Bialetti Industrie. Finally, in 2010, she joined Whirlpool EMEA where she covered different roles with increasing responsibilities up to be appointed, in 2015, Vice President Human Resources EMEA. She holds Master Degree in Political Science from the Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome.

Marc Christian Lundeberg

Mr. Marc Christian Lundeberg serves as Executive Vice President Americas of AMPLIFON S.P.A. since May 2017. He Develops his career in British American Tobacco (BAT) over 21 years and in 3 different continents. In 1994 he joined BAT Germany as a Marketing Manager and subsequently held roles of growing responsibility in marketing and sales in Europe. In 2006 he was appointed CEO of Central America and Caribbean and after 4 years he became Director of Marketing and Sales Asia Pacific. In 2012 he returned to Europe as CEO and President of BAT Italia. In 2015 he leaves BAT to move to the United States where he starts his own business. He graduated in International Business Administration from Lund University.

Iacopo Pazzi

Mr. Iacopo Lorenzo Pazzi serves as Executive Vice President, EMEA at Amplifon S.p.A. in April 2016. He holds degree in Chemical Engineering from Universita degli Studi di Roma La Sapienza. After a short experience with Fichet SA, in 1998 Iacopo joined Procter & Gamble where he developed his career covering different roles in Marketing and Sales. He started out in Italy as Product Research Manager and then as Assistant Brand Manager Home Care. In 2002, he moved to Switzerland as Brand Manager Laundry Southern Europe. He came back to Italy in 2005, to later be appointed Commercial Associate Director Health, Beauty and Grooming. In 2013, he moved to Kenya, to take on the role of Managing Director East Africa & West Africa Market Expansions.

Craig Stevens

Mr. Craig Stevens serves as Executive Vice President APAC of AMPLIFON S.P.A. since January 2017. He was General Manager of the Adelaide Radiotherapy Center and served as Operations and Business Development Manager at I-Med Queensland, in 2006 Craig entered National Hearing Care where he became Sales and Operations Director, a position he also occupied after the acquisition and the Integration by Amplifon of the Australian business. In January 2013 he moved to Europe as Sales Director of Amplifon Germany, to become Market Director two years later. From July 2015 to December 2016 also covers the position of Market Director of Amplifon UK & EIRE. He graduated in Health Service Management and MBA, both from University of Adelaide.

Gabriele Chiesa

Mr. Gabriele Chiesa serves as Chief Information Officer of AMPLIFON S.P.A. since March 2018. He started his career in Siemens Information and Communication Mobile Network in Munich as Researcher. In 2004, he joined the Information & Communication Technology division of Eni S.p.A. as Project Manager. During his 11-year tenure in Eni, he covered different roles with increasing responsibilities, with the last one being IT Head of Marketing, Sales and Front Office Consumer. In 2015, he moved to Vodafone Italy as Head of IT Design & Delivery and Digital Business Transformation. He holds Master of Science in Telecommunication Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, Executive MBA from MIP School of Management, Polytechnic University of Milan.

Alessandro Bonacina

Mr. Alessandro Bonacina serves as Chief Marketing Officer of AMPLIFON S.P.A. since February 2017. He began his career in Vodafone Italia in 2002 as Direct Marketing Responsible before moving to Sky Italia in 2006 with the role of Head of Sales and Marketing at the new VAS division. After this experience, in 2008 he joined McKinsey & Company where EMEA Junior Engagement Manager was appointed. In 2010 he returned to Vodafone as a Mobile Broadband Manager and then held positions of growing responsibility until he was promoted to Head of Marketing Mass. He joined the Amplifon Group in February 2015 as Marketing and Product Director Amplifon Italia. He graduated in Business Administration from Universita Bocconi.

Giulio Pizzini

Mr. Giulio Pizzini serves as Chief Strategic Development Officer at Amplifon S.p.A. since September 2015. He started his career in McKinsey & Company in 2001 in Milan and moved in 2005 to the San Francisco office where he was appointed Engagement Manager. He returned to Europe in 2009 to join Georgia-Pacific Corporation in Brussels as Director of Business Development and Strategy. He then led various European functional areas, first as Pricing Director and then as Customer Operations Director. In 2013 he became part of SCA following its acquisition of Georgia-Pacific Europe, as Business Development Director, based in Germany. He holds degree in Computer Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Maria Grieco

Mrs. Maria Patrizia Grieco serves as Non-Executive Independent Director of AMPLIFON S.P.A. since April 18, 2016. She has been the Chairman of the board of directors of Enel since May 2014. After graduating in law at the Universita degli Studi di Milano, she started her career in 1977 at Italtel, where in 1994 she became chief of the Legal and General Affairs directorate. In 1999, she was appointed General Manager to re-organize and reposition the company, and in 2002 she became Chief Executive Officer. Subsequently, she held the positions of Chief Executive Officer of Siemens Informatica, Partner of Value Partners and Chief Executive Officer of the Group Value Team (today NTT Data). From 2008 to 2013, she was Chief Executive Officer of Olivetti, where she also held the role of Chairman from 2011. She has been a director of Fiat Industrial and she is currently on the boards of Anima Holding, Ferrari and Amplifon, Bocconi University and the Italian Foundation MAXXI - National Museum of XXI Century Arts. Mrs. Grieco is also a member of the steering committee of Assonime.
