Name Description

Frederic Chesnais

Mr. Frederic Chesnais has been Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer at Atari SA since February 1, 2013. He is also Member of Remunerations Committee. He participated in the creation and launch of a number of games. He is graduate of Sciences-Po. He began his career as a financial advisor and practiced as a lawyer specializing in mergers and acquisitions. He then worked for Lazard Bank from 1995 to 2000. From 2001 to 2007, he was a member of the Atari Group management team, first as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer, and then as Chief Executive Officer of Atari Interactive. In 2007, he left Atari to create his own video game production company. In 2013, he became the largest shareholder of Atari Group by purchasing Atari shares held by BlueBay

Alexandre Zyngier

Mr. Alexandre Zyngier has been Non-Executive Director of Atari SA since September 30, 2014. He is also Member of Audit Committee of the company. He graduated from the University of Campinas, Brazil in Chemical Engineering and also holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago. He began his career as a Technical Director at Procter & Gamble and then as a consultant for McKinsey & Co. He joined CRT Capital Group LLC, then Goldman Sachs & Co, and then Deutsche Bank. From 2009 to 2013, he held the position of Portfolio Manager for Alden Global Capital. Mr. Zyngier is a founding partner of Batuta Capital Advisors LLC, where he works with a select group of companies and credit / equity investors specializing in specific financings. He is also a director of GT Advanced Technologies Inc., a technology materials company, AudioEye Inc., a provider of Internet access solutions for people with disabilities. In 2013, he became a major shareholder in the Atari Group through the purchase of Atari shares then held by BlueBay.

Isabelle Andres

Ms. Isabelle Andres has been Non-Executive Independent Director of Atari SA since September 29, 2017. She is also Member of Remunerations Committee of the company. A graduate of HEC and the University of Paris X-Nanterre (Bachelor in Psychology), she has been evolving for over 20 years in the digital, media and entertainment sectors. She began her career in radio (Lagardere Group then Radio-France), then in the audiovisual production sector (TeleImages - ZodiacMedia Group). In 2009, she joined Betclic Everest Group (online gambling) first as Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of Finance, then Group Chief Executive Officer from 2013 to 2017. She is now Chief Executive Officer of the Alchimie Group, distributor of digital content (videos, games) on the web and mobile.

Erick Euvrard

Mr. Erick Euvrard has been Non-Executive Independent Director since February 1, 2013. He is Chairman of Audit Committee of the Company. A graduate of ESSEC, he began his career at Arthur Andersen where he participated in the development of the "Restructuring" practice. He then joined Lucien Deveaux in the takeover of the Bidermann Group before launching an internet start-up that he sold in 2002. Then he took over LBO Gigastore, a non-food discount brand. He has been leading it until it was sold in 2008. Since then, he has been managing a consulting firm specializing in transfer phases and co-leading a training group.

Alyssa Padia Walles

Ms. Alyssa Padia Walles has been Non Executive Independent Director of Atari since April 4, 2013. She is Chairwoman of Remunerations Committee of the Company. She is currently the President of Amplitude Consulting and previously held management positions in companies such as Sony Computer Entertainment Europe where she contributed to the PlayStation launch. She was also Senior Vice President, Corporate Evolution of Infogrames / Atari from 2000 to 2003. She holds a degree in Cinema from University of Southern California and is also a mentor at the USC Marshall School of Business.
