|Mr. David R. Evans is Non-Executive Independent Chairman of the Board of Avon Rubber PLC. David took up the position of Chairman of the Board in February 2012 having served on the Board from the time of his appointment in June 2007. He has been working in the defence sector for over 30 years with extensive knowledge of the US market. David spent 17 years with GECMarconi before joining Chemring Group PLC in 1987 where he was appointed Chief Executive in 1999. He remained on the Chemring Board as a Non-Executive Director following his retirement in 2005 but stood down from this role during 2012 to focus on his role as Chairman of Avon Rubber p.l.c.|
|Mr. Paul McDonald is Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director of the Company. He is responsible for the company's global dairy business and the continued expansion of the Milk-Rite brand and global distribution network. He also oversees the operations, sales and product development functions. He joined Avon in April 2003 as General Manager of UK Operations and was appointed Managing Director of Dairy in March 2008. He previously worked in the Automotive sector and gained his first General Management position at the age of 26 with Teleflex Fluid Systems.|
|Mr. Nick Keveth is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Director of the Company. Prior to this appointment Nick Keveth was Director of Finance, Planning & Reporting at Imperial Brands, the FTSE 20 tobacco group. Nick was with Imperial for 12 years and held a variety of roles during this period including Finance Director Sales & Marketing, Director of Accounting, Forecasting & Tax and Interim Investor Relations Director. He brings to Avon substantial listed company and acquisition experience. Prior to joining Imperial Brands, Nick worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers for 14 years in both audit and advisory roles. Nick is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge.|
|Mr. Miles Ingrey-Counter is General Counsel, Company Secretary of the Company. He is company's in house lawyer, which allows him to interact directly with the businesses on a range of commercial issues. He also has responsibility for the Group’s insurance and risk management programmes. He joined Avon in January 2004 and was appointed to the Executive in 2007 as Company Secretary. He is a qualified solicitor, member of the Law Society and the Institute for Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. Before joining Avon, He was a solicitor with a City firm and specialised in commercial and intellectual property law.|
|Ms. Chloe P. Ponsonby is appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. Chloe joined the Board in March 2016 and chairs the Remuneration Committee. Chloe recently joined institutional stockbroker Panmure Gordon, as Senior Managing Director in the Corporate Advisory division. Prior to this, Chloe was a Partner at McClean Advisory, an independent corporate advisory firm. Before joining McLean Advisory in November 2013, Chloe had spent approximately half her 15 year career managing UK equity funds at Jupiter, and the other half advising companies as a corporate broker, including at Altium, where she set up and managed the Corporate Broking and Investor Relations teams.|
|Dr. Pim R. M. Vervaat has been appointed as Senior Non-Executive Independent Director of Avon Rubber PLC. Pim joined the Board in March 2015, chairs the Audit Committee and is the Senior Independent Director. Pim is Chief Executive of RPC Group Plc, the UK based manufacturer of rigid plastic packaging. Pim was appointed RPC’s CEO in 2013, having previously been its Finance Director since 2007. Prior to this, Pim worked for Dutch metals producer, Hoogovens Groep, before joining Dutch ship propulsion producer Lips Group as Chief Financial Officer in 1996. In 1999 he returned to Hoogovens Groep (acquired by Corus) and in 2004 became divisional Finance Director of the £3bn turnover Corus Distribution and Building Systems Division.|
