Name Description

Charles Beauduin

Mr. Charles Beauduin has been Non-Executive Chairman of Barco N.V. since January 1, 2015. He has been CEO and owner of Michel Van de Wiele NV since 1993. Van de Wiele is an international technology player and leader in solutions for the textile industry. Mr. Beauduin holds several positions in trade associations and employer organizations. He holds a Master in Law from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Mr. Beauduin has a broad international management experience with professional experiences in Asia and the United States. He is Chairman of the Company's Strategic & Technology Committee and Remuneration and Nomination Committee.

Jan De Witte

Mr. Jan De Witte has been Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director at BARCO N.V. since April 27, 2017. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of BARCO N.V. since September 12, 2016. He is Member of the Strategic and Technology Committee at the Company. Prior to joining Barco, he was an Officer of the General Electric Cy. (GE), and Chief Executive Officer for the Software and Solutions business in the Healthcare Division. During his 17 year tenure with GE he worked in global management roles in manufacturing supply chain, Quality/Lean Six Sigma, services and software solutions and lived in Chicago, Milwaukee and Paris. Prior to GE, he held operational management positions in supply chain and manufacturing at Procter & Gamble in Europe. He also served as Senior Consultant with McKinsey & Company serving clients in airline, process and high tech industries across Europe. He holds a Master’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering from the KU Leuven, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Ann Desender

Mrs. Ann Desender has been Senior VP - Chief Financial Officer at BARCO N.V. since 2016. She joined Barco in 2008 and has been leading Barco’s global finance team since 2010. Prior to joining Barco she held management positions as Corporate Director of Finance & Reporting at Unilin and was a Senior Audit Manager at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte. She holds a Master’s degree in Applied Economic Sciences from the University of Ghent and completed an Advanced Management Program at IESE Barcelona.

Wim Buyens

Mr. Wim Buyens has been CEO - New Cinema Joint Venture at BARCO N.V. since January 1, 2018. Prior to that, he served as Senior VP - General Manager Entertainment of Barco N.V. He started at Barco in November 2007 as Vice President Digital Cinema within the Media & Entertainment Division. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Buyens worked at Bruel & Kjaer in Denmark, where he held several management positions as Marketing Director, European Sales Director and Division Director Aerospace and Defense. He hasalso been appointed in 2017 as chairman of the board of governors of the Advanced Imaging Society in Hollywood. Mr. Buyens holds a degree in Engineering and obtained executive management experience at Stanford University and IMD in Lausanne.

Rob Jonckheere

Mr. Rob Jonckheere serves as Senior Vice President Global Operations at Barco NV. He is managing Barco’s worldwide manufacturing sites as well as the worldwide Logistics, Procurement, Quality and Facilities teams. He joined Barco in April 2016 as VP Global Procurement and brings 30 years of experience across R&D, Program- and General Management. Prior to joining Barco he held various positions with increasing responsibility at Philips and TP Vision and was chairman of the Board of Directors of TP Vision Belgium. Mr. Jonckheere holds a Master of Science in Electromechanical Engineering from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.

An Dewaele

Mrs. An Dewaele has been Senior VP - Chief Human Resource Officer at BARCO N.V. since 2017. Prior to joining Barco NV in 2017, she worked for 5 years as an HR consultant with De Witte & Morel, followed by 20 years in the Volvo Group where she held several senior HR positions, both local and global on operational and strategic levels. She holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Ghent. She is also graduate of Vlerick’s Business School Compensation and Benefits Management Program.

Gerwin Damberg

Dr. Gerwin Damberg is Senior VP - Chief Technology Officer of Barco NV, He joined Barco in 2016 via the acquisition of MTT’s Light Steering technology where he was co-founder and served as CTO. Dr. Damberg is an entrepreneur at heart and has advanced image technologies over the last decade both in start-up and established technology companies in R&D, business development and management roles. He holds a mechatronics engineering degree from the Hochschule Karlsruhe - Technik und Wirtschaft, Germany as well as a PhD in Computer Science from the University of British Columbia, Canada.

Xavier Bourgois

Mr. Xavier Bourgois is Senior VP - Information Technologies at BARCO N.V. He joined Barco in 2015 after a career at General Electric and continuing at The Stanley Works, International Paper and bpost. He held positions of increasing leadership in Operations, Supply Chain, IT and Business Transformation. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Master of Mechanical Engineering from KU Leuven.

Kurt Verheggen

Mr. Kurt Verheggen is Senior VP - General Counsel, Secretary of Barco N.V. He started his career with the law firm Linklaters. After that, he worked as Legal Counsel for CMB, GDF Suez and General Electric. Mr. Verheggen holds a law degree from the Katholiek Universiteit Leuven, a Master of Laws from Tulane University Law School in New Orleans, and a Master degree in Real Estate from the Antwerp Management School of Universiteit Antwerpen.

Tet Chang

Mr. Tet Jong Chang has been Senior VP - Managing Director Barco China at BARCO N.V. since April 1, 2017. He is responsible for leading the Greater China organization and Barco’s activities in the China region. This includes the governance of the different joint ventures and other strategic relationships. Mr. Chang brings 30 years of experience to Barco across R&D, sales & marketing and general management. He has a diverse professional background in several Asia Pacific countries, notably in China, South East Asia and India. He has also worked in Western Europe and has lived in Brussels for a few years. Prior to his current role, he was the Vice Chairman and General Manager of Sanbei Seed and Head of Corn and Vegetables business at Syngenta. Mr. Chang holds a Master of Science from Oklahoma State University, USA.

Filip Pintelon

Mr. Filip Pintelon is Senior VP – General Manager Healthcare of Barco N.V. He joined the Company as President of the Avionics & Simulation Division in December 2008. Prior to joining the Company, he was Corporate Vice President of the Testing Systems Division at LMS, Belgium. Before his time with LMS, he held several management positions at Andersen Consulting (Accenture) and The Boston Consulting Group, with assignments across Europe and the United States. He obtained a Masters of Business Administration from Vlerick Management School, following his graduation in 1986 as a Master in Mathematics/Informatics from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium.

George Stromeyer

Mr. George Stromeyer has served as Senior VP - General Manager Enterprise at BARCO N.V. since 2016. He began his career with Raychem Corporation in 1988. Since then, he assumed increasing roles of responsibility for global commercialization with Scientific Atlanta, Inc., Cisco Inc and Harmonic Inc. He joined Barco in February of 2016 to lead the Enterprise Division which integrates seven worldwide Sites. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and a Masters of Business Administration from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College.

Nicolas Vanden Abeele

Mr. Nicolas Vanden Abeele has been Senior VP - General Manager Entertainment at BARCO N.V. since January 1, 2018. He joined Barco in December 2017. Mr. Vanden Abeele has over 20 years of experience in the technology and process industry in global leadership roles across the globe, having been stationed during his career in the Americas, Asia (China/ Singapore) and Europe. Prior to joining Barco, he was a division head and part of the Executive Committee of the Etex Group. From 1997 until 2010, he held several leadership positions in regional and business divisional roles at Alcatel-Lucent. He started his career at Arthur Andersen in management and strategy consulting. Mr. Vanden Abeele holds a degree in business administration from KU Leuven, and a masters’ degree in business from the College of Europe and Solvay School of Management.

Ney Corsino

Mr. Ney Corsino serves as Senior VP – Americas of Barco N.V. Prior to this, he managed the International Sales and Sales Operations of Barco. Before joining Barco, he held several management positions at Philips, through various industry segments, in foreign assignments around the globe. Mr Corsino holds a university degree in Electronic Engineering with post-graduate studies in Economics. He further extended his executive education at Insead and Kellogg School of Management.

Olivier Croly

Mr. Olivier Croly has been Senior VP - APAC at BARCO N.V. since 2017. Prior to joining Barco, he held top positions at GE Healthcare & Philips, leading businesses across EMEA & Asia. After graduating from the National Telecom Institute with a Master of Telecommunications & Informatics in 1988, Mr. Croly earned an MBA from Paris Dauphine University.

Stijn Henderickx

Mr. Stijn Henderickx has been Senior Vice President of EMEA since 2019. He joined Barco in 2013 and held several positions in Barco’s Entertainment Division, including Vice President Cinema and Vice President Pro AV, Events & Simulation. Prior to joining Barco, Mr. Henderickx led Philips Arena Solutions, Philips' global business entity focused on stadiums and arenas. Earlier in his career, he took on multiple strategy assignments, first at The Boston Consulting Group as Consultant, later on with Philips as Director Corporate Strategy. He holds an MSc in Business Engineering from the Universiteit Antwerpen.

Johan Heyman

Mr. Johan Heyman is Senior VP - Organizational Excellence of Barco N.V. In this role he manages Barco’s transformation program “Fit to Lead” aiming at making Barco a leaner, simpler and more productive organization. He joined the Company in 2008. Before joining Barco, he held several management positions in the semiconductor industry at Alcatel Microelectronics, AMI Semiconductor and ON Semiconductor. Mr. Heyman holds a Master of Electronic Engineering from the University of Ghent as well as a post-graduate degree in industrial management from the same university.

Ashok Jain

Mr. Ashok K. Jain serves as Non-Executive Director representing Adisys Corporation on the Board of Barco N.V. He has experience of more than 30 years in the semiconductor, networked visualization and network security industry. In his career Mr. Jain founded several technology start-ups. He was Founder and Chairman of the board of IP Video Systems, which was acquired by Barco N.V. in February 2012. He currently is a General Partner at Co=Creation=Capital LLC. He holds a Master of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi, India. Mr. Jain is Member of company's Strategic and Technology Committee.

Frank Donck

Mr. Frank Donck has been Non-Executive Independent Director of Barco N.V. since April 30, 2015. Mr. Donck has been the managing director of investment holding 3D NV since 1998, investing in a mix of long-term public equity, private equity and real estate. He also serves as chairman of Atenor Group NV and Telecolumbus AG, as non-executive director in KBC Group NV and as independent director of Elia System Operator NV. He holds a Master of Law Degree of the University of Ghent and he obtained a Master degree in Finance of the Vlerick Business School. He started his career as investment manager for Investco NV and was a board member in several listed and privately owned companies. Mr. Donck was Chairman of Telenet Group Holding NV. He is also vice-chairman of the Vlerick Business School and is a member of Belgium’s Corporate Governance Commission.

Hilde Laga

Mrs. Hilde Laga has been Non-Executive Independent Director of Barco N.V. since April 24, 2014. She holds a Ph.D. in Law from the Leuven University (1991) and lectures corporate law at the University of Leuven. She is one of the founding partners of the law firm Laga which she led as managing partner and head of the corporate M&A practice until 2013. She joined the Board of Directors of Barco NV and NV Greenyard Foods in 2014. In 2015 she joined the Board of Directors of Agfa-Gevaert NV and of Gimv NV. In 2016 she became President of Gimv NV. She’s a member of the Belgian Corporate Governance Committee and served as a member of the supervisory board of the F.S.M.A. (former C.B.F.A) until 2014. She is Member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee at the Company.

Luc Missorten

Mr. Luc Missorten has been Non-Executive Independent Director of Barco N.V. since September 1, 2008. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ontex and member of the board of Gimv NV, Recticel, Scandinavian Tobacco Group A/S and Mateco. He served on the boards of LMS, Vandemoortele and Bank Degroof. Throughout his professional career and until the end of 2014, Mr. Missorten exercised executive roles at various companies, such as Corelio (CEO), UCB (CFO) and ABInbev (CFO). He holds a Law Degree from the K.U.Leuven, a Master of Laws from the University of California–Berkeley and a Certificate of Advanced European Studies from the College of Europe in Bruges. He has been Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee since April 29, 2010. He is also Member of the Company's Remuneration & Nomination Committee.

An Steegen

Dr. An Steegen has been Non-Executive Independent Director at BARCO N.V. since April 27, 2017. Dr. Steegen is Member of the Audit Commitee and Strategic and Technology Committee at the Company. She is executive vice president of Semiconductor Technology & Systems at Imec, a nanotech knowledge center in Leuven, Belgium. Dr. Steegen is a world-recognized authority in nanoelectronics that enable system solutions for IoT infrastructure, sensors and actuator-based applications. She began her career as R&D director at IBM in New York. She holds a Ph.D. in material science from KU Leuven and more than 100 publications and patents. Recently, Dr. An Steegen joined Umicore as Chief Technology Officer, responsible for the company’s overall innovation strategy and in charge of Umicore’s central R&D to support the business units technology leadership in the areas of clean mobility materials, recycling and sustainability.
