Name Description

Giancarlo Fancel

Dr. Giancarlo Fancel serves as Chairman of Banca Generali S.p.A. since June 23, 2016. He was Deputy General Manager of the company from February 1, 2007 to August 31, 2013. Prior to this, he was Chief Financial Officer, Deputy General Manager and Financial Reporting Officer of Banca Generali SpA since February 1, 2007. He is Chairman of Genagricola and Chief Financial Officer of Generali Country Italia. He is also responsible of the Planning and Control, Administration, Organization and Risk Management within the Company. After gaining a degree in Economics at the Universita degli Studi di Trieste, he obtained 10 years experience as a company auditor (1988 - 1999). He joined Generali Group in 1999 as responsible of Internal Audit, holding various positions and finally becoming Head of the group Controlling Department.

Gian Maria Mossa

Mr. Gian Maria Mossa serves as Chief Executive Officer, General Manager at Banca Generali S.p.A. since March 20, 2017. He is General Manager at Banca Generali SpA since April 1, 2016. He was Joint General Manager at Banca Generali SpA. After gaining a degree in Economics, he gained a good experience by working in RAS. Domenica Lista

Adv. Domenica Lista serves as General Counsel, Secretary of Banca Generali S.p.A. since July 2016. Andrea Ragaini

Mr. Andrea Ragaini serves as Deputy General Manager of Wealth Management, Markets and Products at Banca Generali - Societa per Azioni since June 23, 2016. He began his career at Credito Artigiano S.p.A. He has rapidly grown to become responsible for the Bank's securities portfolio, the asset management of a significant amount, and the control center (titles, management, treasury and foreign exchange). In 1996 he was hired by Banca Cesare Ponti as head of the Finance becoming, in 1998, Central Director and Member of the General Management Committee. In March 2000 he was appointed General Manager of Banca Cesare Ponti in order to become, in April 2002, also CEO. Alessandra Rizzi

Ms. Alessandra Rizzi serves as Head of Human Resources of Banca Generali S.p.A. since September 2016. She joined the Generali Group in 2014 with the role of Head of Learning & Development with a focus on Generali Italia's redevelopment and integration project. In 2015 she was appointed Human Resources Alliance for Insurances. From 2013 to 2017 she was also a member of the Technical Committee of the Banking and Insurance Fund (FBA). Previously, she gained significant experience in Randstad Group Italia where, after the Human Resources and Organization Department, she took over as Chief Operations Officer for 3 international business divisions. Giuliana Pagliari

Ms. Giuliana Pagliari serves as Head of Investor Relations at Banca Generali SpA since March 2008. With a degree in Business Administration from the Universita Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan, she gained experience as a financial analyst at ABN Amro. From 2004 to 2007, she worked for UniCredit Group, where she was a financial analyst for the insurance and asset-management sectors.

Francesco Barraco

Dr. Francesco Barraco serves as Head of Internal Audit of Banca Generali SpA since October 1, 2003. He also serves as Member of the Supervisory Body of the Company. Mr. Mario Andrea Beccaria is Head of Asset Management Unit at Banca Generali SpA. Mr. Beccaria has been General Manager of BG SGR since 2005, and Chairman of BG Investment Luxembourg SA since 2007. Since 2009, he is Executive Director of Generali Fund Management and responsible for the Asset Management activity. Holder of a university degree in Business Administration, Mr. Beccaria worked for Alleanza Assicurazioni from 1989 to 2002, initially as a manager and then, beginning in 1994, as the Head of the International Financial Markets Department. Mr. Marco Fagiani serves as Head of Private Relationship Manager of Banca Generali S.p.A. since August 2016. He started his career in Italcementi to spend after a few years at Credito Bergamasco, a bank in which from 1992 to 2006 he has held positions of office until he became branch director from 1998 to 2006. Entrusted to Credito Emiliano as District Manager for Bergamo and Brescia in 2006, he has held the position of Retail Manager Lombardia from 2008 to 2013 and Capo Mercato Private Banking Lombardy, Piedmont and Liguria from 2013 to 2016.

Patrizia Gravaghi

Ms. Patrizia Gravaghi serves as Head of Network Development and Training of Banca Generali S.p.A. since July 2015. She began her 1991 career as a Sales Manager in Timberland, focusing on customer segmentation and policy-making. In 1993, she joined Galbani, the Danone Group, continuing her commercial career, first as Head of Promo Marketing and Licensing Direct Marketing Manager, and later became Sales Development Manager in 1998, directly responsible for Commercial Sales Directorate. In January 2001 she joined the Human Resources Department as Head of Organizational Development and Training, dealing with the preparation of the training system and the incentive system. In 2002, following the departure of Galbani from the Danone Group, she became Head of Corporate Training. Since February 2005, she has joined Banca Generali as Head of Development and Training Service within the Human Resources Department, coordinating the selection, management, training and development activities for all Banca Generali's headquarters staff and other Bank Group companies. In May 2013, while maintaining the responsibility of the Development and Training Service, it also assumes responsibility for network development and training with the General Manager of the Commercial Area.

Stefano Insaghi

Mr. Stefano Insaghi serves as Head of Alternative Channels and Support at Banca Generali SpA. He has worked in the financial sector for 25 years and has been at Banca Generali SpA since 2000. Previously, he worked with banking groups such as Monte dei Paschi di Siena and Intesa Sanpaolo; he took part in and helped with the start-up in the Italian market of Banca Woolwich, now known as Barclays Bank.

Dr. Giovanni Brugnoli serves as Non-Executive Independent Director of Banca Generali S.p.A. since April 24, 2012. He also serves as Member of the Audit and Risks Committee of the Company. He has always been involved in entrepreneurial association, within the Union of Industrialists of the Province of Varese has been Vice President of the Young Entrepreneurs Group from 1999 to 2001 and President from 2001 to 2004, a member of the Union's Council since 1999, Board of Directors since 2001, Vice President from 2007 to 2011 and Chairman from 2011 to 2015. Since 2011 he is a member of the Confindustria General Council. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tiba Tricot S.r.l. and Palatino S.r.l as well as sole shareholder of Tiba immobiliare S.r.l businesses all belonging to the Brugnoli Group. He also holds the post of Director of Cofiva S.p.A. and President of Promindustria S.p.A. - both belonging to the Industrial Group of Varese. Since 2009, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Association for the LIUC and since 2010 the Board of Directors of the Carlo Cattaneo LIUC University. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Industry and University of S.r.l. and of the 1991 Entrepreneurship Initiative, an Advisor to Anemotech Company and a member of the Board of Directors of Previmoda Pension Fund and Banca Generali since April 2012.

Anna Gervasoni

Prof. Anna Gervasoni serves as Non-Executive Independent Director of Banca Generali SpA since April 24, 2012. She also serves as Member of the Audit and Risks Committee of the Company. She is an Ordinary Professor of Economics and Business Administration at the Cattaneo - LIUC University, where she heads the Master's degree in Private Equity Specialization: "Master in Merchant Banking: Private Equity, Finance and Enterprise" and the Research Center for Finance growth". Since 1986 she has been General Manager of AIFI, the Italian Association of Private Equity, Venture Capital and Private Debt and since 2007 Chairman of the Board of AIFI Ricerca e Formazione Srl. Massimo Lapucci

Dr. Massimo Lapucci serves as Non-Executive Independent Director of Banca Generali S.p.A. since April 23, 2015. He has worked extensively in international management consulting companies, mainly in the banking and corporate finance sectors, and has been a Business Manager in the company of the Telefonica Group and subsequently from 2002 to 2008 as Head of M & A and Strategic Planning of the State Railways Group. He was also Investment Director at "Sintonia S.A." from 2009 to 2012. He is currently General Secretary of the "CRT Foundation", a bank-based foundation. He holds the same position as the Foundation for Development and Growth - CRT, a foundation focused on philantropy and impact investment ventures and is also General Manager of OGR-CRT Company, whose mission is to transform a large industrial plant in the heart of Turin in a center for contemporary culture, research and enterprise acceleration. He also has a consolidated international experience in advisory board and board of directors in Europe and America, including Atlantia, RFI, Tx Logistik, and non-profit organizations, including the European Foundation Center's Management Committee and the Board of Directors of the European Venture Philantropy Association. He is also vice president of ISI Global Science USA and Agenda Social Impact for Italy. Since 2006 he is a World Fellow and lecturer at Yale University USA. He graduated in Business Economics from Universita degli Studi di Roma La Sapienza in 1995.

Annalisa Pescatori

Ms. Annalisa Pescatori serves as Non-Executive Independent Director of Banca Generali S.p.A. since April 23, 2015. She is Equity Partner of Grimaldi Studio Legale. After graduating in Law, magna cum laude, at the Universita degli Studi di Roma La Sapienza in Rome in 1988, she obtained legal education in Italy in 1991, has been a Cassationist since 2015 and is a member of the Milan Bar Association. In 1985 she obtained the Diploma of Japanese Language and Culture issued by the Institute of Middle East Languages I.S.M.E.O. of Rome. From 1991 to 1996 she worked at I.M.I. - Istituto Mobiliare Italiano S.p.A., as a lawyer for Corporate Finance and Staff at the Deputy General Manager of Finance and Finance and Equity Management.

Vittorio Terzi

Mr. Vittorio Emanuele Terzi serves as Non-Executive Independent Director of Banca Generali S.p.A. since April 23, 2015. After working with the EEC Environment Directorate in Brussels in 1980, he was employed in Citibank for around 5 years in the field of wholesale banking and international project financing. Enters McKinsey & Company in 1985, where he becomes Partner in 1990 and Director in 1996. In 1988 he manages the opening of the new office in Rome. He was from 2004 to 2011 Managing Partner of the Mediterranean Complex of McKinsey & Company. In 2014 he founded the company Terzi & Partners, which carries out consultancy services for companies and financial institutions on industrial strategy, M & A, corporate finance and governance.
