Name Description

Michael Farkas

Mr. Michael D. Farkas is Chairman of the Board, Chief Visionary Officer of Car Charging Group, Inc. . Mr. Farkas has served as our Chief Executive Officer and as a Member of our Board of Directors since 2010 and is currently Executive Chairman. Mr. Farkas is the founder and manager of The Farkas Group, a privately held investment firm. Mr. Farkas also currently holds the position of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Atlas Group, where its subsidiary, Atlas Capital Services, a broker-dealer, has successfully raised capital for a number of public and private clients until it withdrew its FINRA registration in 2007. Over the last 20 years, Mr. Farkas has established a successful track record as a principal investor across a variety of industries, including telecommunications, technology, aerospace and defense, agriculture, and automotive retail.

James Christodoulou

Mr. James C. Christodoulou is President of the Company. He has been the Chief Financial Officer of Galeon Navigation LLC, a privately-owned maritime commercial management and chartering platform, since September 2016. From July 2010 to July 2016, Mr. Christodoulou was President and Principal of Angelmar Corp., a subsidiary of SOCATRA Shipping and Energy Group. From August 2007 to May 2010, Mr. Christodoulou was Chief Executive Officer of Industrial Shipping Enterprises Corp., an operator of chemical product tankers. From November 2006 to August 2007, Mr. Christodoulou was Chief Financial Officer of Oceanfreight Inc., a Nasdaq listed company and operator of a diversified fleet of dry bulk vessels and tankers. Frome June 2005 to October 2006, Mr. Christodoulou was a Managing Director of Dahlman Rose & Co., an investment banking firm. From June 2004 to March 2005, Mr. Christodoulou was Chief Financial Officer of Eastwind Maritime, Inc., a privately held operator of a diversified fleet of tankers, dry bulk and refrigerated vessels. From August 1999 to April 2004, Mr. Christodoulou was Chief Financial Officer of General Maritime Corporation a New York Stock Exchange listed company and an operator of a fleet of crude oil tankers. Mr. Christodoulou attended Rutgers University with a major in Psychology and Columbia University Business School MBA program.

Michael Calise

Mr. Michael J. Calise is Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company. Mr. Calise was previously the Head of North America Electric Vehicle Solutions at Schneider Electric, a world leader in energy management and energy efficiency. While at Schneider, Mr. Calise was responsible for the electric vehicle strategy, product, and services, and took the business from its infancy to one of the top contenders in the electric vehicle solutions industry. Prior to Schneider Electric, Mr. Calise was the founder and principal of EVadvise, an independent advisory firm focused on mass scale electric vehicle infrastructure. While there he helped develop the EV Charging infrastructure technology plan for Marin Transportation Authority’s (MTA) county-wide charger deployment. Prior to EVadvise, Mr. Calise held various executive positions as president, GM and EVP. Mr. Calise received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Buffalo in New York, and is a member of the IEEE, California Clean Cars, Cleantech.org, Plug In America and the Electric Auto Association (EAA), and former board member of the Electric Drive Transportation Association (EDTA) and the BACC EV Strategic Council.

Jonathan New

Mr. Jonathan New is Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective July 9, 2018. He was Chief Financial Officer of Net Element, Inc. from March 2008 through June 2018. During that time, Net Element was continuously listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market from October 2012 through the present. From 2001 to 2003, Mr. New was Chief Operating Officer of Ener1, Inc. From 2004 until it was sold in 2006, Mr. New owned and operated Wholesale Salon Furniture Corp.com, which imported and distributed salon equipment. Thereafter, until joining Net Element, Mr. New provided services to public companies on a variety of corporate accounting, reporting and audit related issues. Prior to joining Ener1, Inc. in 2001, Mr. New held finance manager and chief financial officer positions with companies including Häagen-Dazs, Virtacon (a web development company), RAI Credit Corporation (private label credit card company) and Prudential of Florida. Mr. New obtained his BS in Accounting from Florida State University and began his career with Accenture. He is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Ira Feintuch

Mr. Ira Feintuch is appointed as Chief Operating Officer of Car Charging Group, Inc. . Mr. Feintuch commenced employment with the Company in 2009, and was appointed Chief Operating Officer on March 24, 2015. In his more than five years with the Company, Mr. Feintuch has served as Vice President of Operations. In this capacity, Mr. Feintuch has been responsible for the purchasing, installation, and maintenance of EV charging equipment, the selection and management of third-party electricians and service professionals for the Company and its subsidiaries, as well as developing strategic partnerships and collaborative relationships for the Company.

Robert Birge

Mr. Robert M. Birge is Chief Marketing Officer of the Company. Mr. Birge has advised consumer start-up companies on business strategy for the past two years. He previously served as Chief Marketing Officer at Kayak, where he created the company's global marketing function. During his tenure, the company's growth significantly accelerated and Kayak became a household brand in the US and Europe. Birge's earlier career includes global advertising agency TBWA\Chiat\Day, sports and entertainment company IMG, and The Boston Consulting Group where he also helped create the online travel agency Orbitz.

Jack Zwick

Mr. Jack I. Zwick, CPA, is Director of Car Charging Group, Inc. Mr. Zwick has served as our Chief Financial Officer and as a Member of our Board of Directors since 2012. Mr. Zwick is a certified public accountant, and he is a founding member of Zwick & Banyai, PLLC, certified public accountants, where he has worked since its inception in 1994. He began his career in public accounting in 1958 in Detroit; he worked with local firms in New York and Detroit until 1969 when he joined Laventhol & Horwath. He was promoted to partner at Laventhol & Horwath in 1973 and became the managing partner of the Detroit office in 1982. He was also an executive director with Grant Thornton (an International CPA firm).   Mr. Zwick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accountancy and a Masters of Science in Taxation from Wayne State University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants; and past Chair of the City of Southfield Zoning Board of Appeal. He was a member of Wayne State University’s Accounting Department Advisory Board. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Health-Chem Corporation, (a public company). He has served on the Executive Committee of senior citizens housing projects and their food committees and served on the board of a private school.   Mr. Zwick currently serves as, and has served in the past five years as a Life Member of the Board of Trustees of the senior citizens housing projects, the Senior Vice President of finance of Sunrise Sports & Entertainment, LLC the Florida Panthers of the National Hockey League and was the CFO of American Bio Care, Inc. (a public company). He currently serves as a member of the board of directors and chairman of the audit committee for First China Pharmaceutical Group, Inc., a public company.

Donald Engel

Mr. Donald Engel is Independent Director of Car Charging Group, Inc. Mr. Engel has over 40 years experience in investment banking and corporate finance. His appointment brings the number of CarCharging board members to six. Mr. Engel served as Managing Director and consultant at Drexel Burnham Lambert for 15 years. Mr. Engel managed developed new business relationships and represented clients such as Warner Communications and KKR & Co., L.P. Mr. Engel also served as a consultant to Bear Stearns and as a Director of such companies as Revlon, Uniroyal Chemical, Levitz, Banner Industries, Savannah Pulp & Paper, and APL Corp. In the last decade, Mr. Engel consulted to Moran Joseph TriArtisan.

Grant Fitz

Mr. Grant E. Fitz is Independent Director of the Company. has been the Chief Financial Officer of Valassis, an industry leading digital and print multimedia company, since June 2016. Mr. Fitz oversees the financial operations for Valassis Communications and supports the development of its business strategies and internal controls. Mr. Fitz was also named in June 2017 as the President of NCH Marketing Services, a leading coupon clearing company and Valassis subsidiary. From April 2013 to June 2016, Mr. Fitz served as the Corporate Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Xerox Corporation’s technology business and the President of Xerox Financial Services. While at Xerox, Mr. Fitz led a comprehensive business turnaround which drove efficiency savings and generated higher profit margins for Xerox. From November 2009 to March 2013 and from March 2006 to November 2009, Mr. Fitz was a senior officer at General Motors (GM), holding multiple positions with increasing responsibility. He served as GM’s Global Finance Director of New Product Vehicle Programs from November 2011 to March 2013 and Chief Risk Officer and Executive Director of Risk Management at GM from November 2010 to November 2011. In the latter role, Mr. Fitz established GM’s company-wide risk management program as its first Chief Risk Officer, reporting to the GM Board’s finance and risk committee. Mr. Fitz also served as the Chief Financial Officer of GM Powertrain Europe from June 2007 to November 2009, where he led finance operations covering seven manufacturing plants, three joint ventures and five engineering centers, and General Director of GM Audit Services from July 2005 to May 2007, where he led the internal audit operations for GM’s global automotive operations. He held various other leadership roles at GM in both Europe and the United States, including being the Finance Director for the GM-Fiat Alliance from July 2001 to June 2005.

Robert Schweitzer

Mr. Robert C. Schweitzer serves as Independent Director of the company. Mr. Schweitzer has extensive experience as a corporate director and in executive management, financial services, and real estate. Mr. Schweitzer currently serves on the Board of Directors for two public companies. He serves as Chairman of the Board for 1-800-PetMeds (NASDAQ:PETS) and as Lead Independent Director for OmniComm Systems Inc. (OTCQX:OMCM). Mr. Schweitzer most recently served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Shay Investment Services, a holding company whose subsidiaries include Shay Financial Services Inc., a national association of securities dealers and brokers and Shay Assets Management Inc., an investment advisory firm. Prior to that, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Equinox Bank and Northwest Savings Bank, and also as Regional President for Union Planters Bank (now Regions Bank). Mr. Schweitzer also worked as Executive Vice President and Director Corporate Banking Group for Bank of America/Nationbank/Barnett Bank, Inc., Director and Head of the Real Estate, Construction & Environmental Consulting Group for Coopers & Lybrand, Washington, D.C., Vice President & Manager of Mid-Continent Real Estate Division, The First National Bank of Chicago, and Senior Vice President and Manager of Central North American Banking Group at Wachovia Corporation.

Basic Compensation
