Ennio Doris

Mr. Ennio Doris serves as Chairman, Non-Executive Director at Banca Mediolanum SpA since December 30, 2015. He was Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director of Mediolanum SpA. until December 30, 2015. He started his career as financial advisor first with Fideuram and then with the RAS Group. He was Chief Executive Officer of Programma Italia since its foundation, a financial brokerage organization, together with the Fininvest Group. He and the Fininvest Group own an equal control shareholding in Mediolanum SpA, the company formed from the merger of Fininvest Italia SpA, Fintre SpA and Programma Italia SpA. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Banca Mediolanum SpA, Director of Mediobanca SpA, Banca Esperia SpA, Fondazione S. Raffaele del Monte Tabor and Safilo SpA.

Massimo Doris

Mr. Massimo Antonio Doris serves as Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director at Banca Mediolanum SpA since December 30, 2015. He was Executive Vice Chairman of the Board of Mediolanum SpA from May 13, 2009 to December 30, 2015. Prior to his appointment he served as Director of the Company. After working for some years in London as a sales assistant at UBS, and also at Merril Lynch and Credit Suisse Financial Products, he joined Banca Mediolanum as an agent in 1999 and then became a Financial Advisor. Mr. Edoardo Lombardi serves as Vice Chairman, Non-Executive Director at Banca Mediolanum SpA since December 30, 2015. He was Executive Director of Mediolanum SpA from May 13, 2009 to December 30, 2015. Prior to his appointment he served as Executive Vice Chairman of the Company. Giovanni Pirovano

From 2010 to 2014 he was director of Business Operations Management reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer of Banca Mediolanum. From 2014 he was appointed General Manager of Banca Mediolanum. He currently holds the position of Director of Mediolanum Vita S.p.A.
