Marcelo Moses de Oliveira Lyrio

Mr. Marcelo Moses de Oliveira Lyrio serves as Independent Chairman of the Board of BRASKEM S.A. He has been Chairman of the Board of Directors in April 2018, Mr. Lyrio is a founding partner of Prêncipio Asesororia Empresarial. For 12 years, from 2004 to 2016, he was a businessman, partner and co-founder of Lazaro's Signatura Lazard and Managing Director (MD) in Brazil. During this period, he worked as an advisor to large Brazilian and foreign business groups in their local and international investments. Prior to this period, he worked for 14 years, from 1990 to 2004, for ING Bank and ING Barings in several areas of the institution, the last three years being President of the institution in Brazil. Mr. Lyrio has a degree in Economic Sciences from the Pontifical Catholic University - PUC of Rio de Janeiro.

Fernando Musa

Mr. Fernando Musa serves as Chief Executive Officer of Braskem SA since May 4, 2016. Prior to this, he served as Member of the Executive Management and Head of United States and Europe Unit of the company. He was the Vice president of Planning and Business Development Area at Braskem and served as Quattor's Vice president in 2010. He holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico da Aeronautica (ITA) and acted in leading Strategic Planning positions in several companies, including Dow Quimica, McKinsey, Editora Abril and Monitor Group. Ernani Filgueiras de Carvalho

Mr. Ernani Filgueiras de Carvalho serves as Independent Vice Chairman of the Board of Braskem S.A. since April 6, 2016. He has 40 years of experience in the market, worked for 25 years at Petrobras, where he performed various technical and managerial functions. At the Gabriel Passos Refinery - REGAP, in Betim - MG, where he worked for 10 years, he was responsible for starting two sets of industrial units. At the Headquarters of the Company in Rio de Janeiro, he worked for 15 years where he coordinated the technology transfer program in the process of hydrotreatment of fuels, with the French Institute of Petroleum (IFP - Paris - France), as well as the projects resulting from this program . Still at Headquarters, developed and coordinated a multi-year investment plan for the company's refining area. He was, for four years, Superintendent of Refining and Processing of Natural Gas of the National Petroleum Agency - ANP. Since November 2004, he has served as Executive Manager of IBP's Supply, Petrochemicals and Biofuels, position in which he resigned in March 2016. He graduated in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro - UFRJ. He holds a postgraduate degree in Petroleum Processing Engineering, taught by Petróleo Brasileiro SA, an MBA in business management from the Fundação Dom Cabral - MG and a postgraduate degree in Regulation of the Oil and Gas Industry by the State University of Campinas-Unicamp, among others. Pedro van Langendonck Teixeira de Freitas

Mr. Pedro van Langendonck Teixeira de Freitas serves as Chief Financial Officer, Head of Finance and Investor Relations of Braskem S.A. He is a Graduated in production engineering from Escola Politécnica at USP and an MBA from INSEAD, Pedro Freitas has more than 15 years of professional experience. He has held Braskem's CFO position since April 2016. From 2011 to 2016 he was responsible for Braskem's Corporate Strategy Board, elaborating the business plan, evaluating investment and M & A opportunities and conducting special projects. Previously, he worked in strategy consulting, having participated in the definition of business strategies, M & A and organizing the business structure in several economic sectors, among them the petrochemical, agribusiness, consumer goods and pharmaceutical.

Gustavo Sampaio Valverde

Mr. Gustavo Sampaio Valverde serves as Member of the Executive Management, General Counsel, Head of Corporate Governance and External Affairs at Braskem SA. Previously, he served as head of the Legal Department at Braskem America and as Braskem's Legal Officer from 2009 to 2011. Marcelo Arantes

Mr. Marcelo Arantes serves as Member of the Executive Management, Head of People, Communication, Marketing and Sustainable Development of BRASKEM S.A. He has 28 years of professional experience, having worked in several large companies and in various positions related to Human Resources. He began his career in 1988 at the Fiat Group as an intern (training area) and worked at Celite from 1989 to 1991 as a Compensation analyst. From 1991 he worked as Human Resources Manager at Asea Brown Boveri Ltda. until 1998 when he went to Unilever to act as Human Resources Development Manager. In 2000, he became Director of Human and Organizational Development at Intelig Telecomunicações. Subsequently, in 2005, he went to Reckitt Benckiser where he remained until 2008 as Director of Human Resources. Between 2008 and 2010 he was Human Resources Director of Latin America for the Fiat Group, after which he joined Braskem.

Luiz Fernando Marinho Nunes

Mr. Luiz Fernando Marinho Nunes serves as Head - Investments & Portfolio Management of BRASKEM S.A. He is currently responsible for Braskem's Investments & Portfolio Directorate. From 09/2015 to 09/2017, he served as President of Petrobras Biocombustível, having held the positions of General Manager for the Development of Petrochemical Projects between 07/2012 and 08/2015, and Strategic Planning and Portfolio Management Manager - Petrochemicals at Petrobras, between 01/2011 and 07/2012. The Director held executive positions at Petrocoque S.A., Copenor / Metanor, Deten Química S.A., Ciquine / Polialden, Ciquine Uruguay, Copesul, Petroflex and Petrocoque, between 1988 and 2011. Mr. Marinho also served as the Advisor to the Presidency of Petroquímica União - PQU, between 12/1996 and 08/1997, as Manager of the Engineering Services Area of Interbras, from 1985 to 1986, and Petroquisa S.A's Processing Engineer, focused on technological development and implementation and petrochemical projects, between 1977 and 1985. He has ample experience as member of Board of Directors and Fiscal Council, having held these positions in several companies in the petrochemical sector, and served as a member of the Advisory Board Abiquim, Abiquim's Economic Commission, FIEB's Economy Committee, Plastivida and IBP's Economy Committee. Mark Nikolich

Mr. Mark Nikolich serves as Head of the Polyolefins North America Unit of BRASKEM S.A. He was Chief Executive Officer of Braskem America, Inc of BRASKEM S.A. He is responsible for leading the company's polypropylene and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) business units, including growth projects in the U.S.. Previously, he served as vice president of Braskem America's polypropylene business. He was responsible for all areas of the U.S. Polypropylene business including Commercial, Manufacturing, Feedstocks, and Innovation and Technology. Mr. Nikolich started his career in polypropylene sales for Himont in 1988. Through tenure at Montell, Basell, Epsilon and Sunoco, he has worked in the Polyolefins and Olefins industries for over 25 years. In 2010, he transitioned to Braskem after the acquisition of Sunoco Chemicals where he held various senior leadership positions in polymers, phenol and refining chemicals. He established and led Braskem's operations in Europe for three years after the acquisition of Dow's polypropylene business in 2011. He and his family returned to the U.S. in 2014 where he accepted the position to lead Braskem's polypropylene business unit in the U.S.. Mr. Nikolich holds a Business Administration degree in Marketing from Gettysburg College with Executive Studies in Business Administration from Columbia University and University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.

Roberto Bischoff

Mr. Roberto Bischoff serves as Member of the Executive Management, Head of Competitiveness of BRASKEM S.A. Mr. Bischoff is currently responsible for the Competitiveness area. Mr. Bischoff has worked for Braskem since its inception and has held various positions in the company, such as VP of Latin America Unit (responsible for the implementation of the Ethylene XXI Project), director of the polyethylene unit, director of the vinyl unit, CEO of Ipiranga Petroquímica, director of development of international projects, commercial director of the unit of basic inputs and director of raw materials. At OPP Química he held several positions as head of logistics and development of new markets and services, regional superintendent of Rio Grande do Sul, regional superintendent of São Paulo, among others. Mr. Roberto started his career at Poliolefinas SA in 1979 and continues working for Braskem or legacy companies to this day. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering, business and public administration from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). He holds a specialization in Materials Science from UFRGS and General Administration by Insead (France), and an MBA from the Sociedade de Desenvolvimento Empresarial (now IBMEC).

Marcelo de Oliveira Cerqueira

Mr. Marcelo de Oliveira Cerqueira serves as Member of the Executive Management, Head of Basic Petrochemicals and Vinyl Unit at Braskem SA. Previously, he served at Braskem as Head of the Vinyls Unit, Vinyls Industrial Director and Production Manager of the PVC Production Unit in the state of Bahia. Previously he worked at Trikem in various capacities, including Production Manager of the PVC Unit in the state of Alagoas. At Companhia Petroquimica Camacari he served as Production, Logistics, HES and Procurement Engineer. He began his career at Companhia Alcoolquimica Nacional and COPERBO (today Lanxess), where he worked until 1989. Edison Terra

Mr. Edison Terra, Filho serves as Member of the Executive Management, Head of the Polyolefins South America and Europe Unit of BRASKEM S.A. He is currently responsible for the Polyolefins, Renewables and Europe Unit. He joined Braskem in 2002, having worked in the areas of Marketing, Supply Chain and Export and as leader of the small firm Polyethylene, in addition to UNIB and quantiQ and, before Braskem, for nine years at Rhodia. He holds a degree in Production Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the Universidade de Sao Paulo (USP) with a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Fundacao Getulio Vargas (FGV).

Luiz de Mendonca

Mr. Luiz de Mendonca serves as Director of Braskem S.A. since April 6, 2016. He is currently CEO of Atvos Agroindustrial (formerly Odebrecht Agroindustrial). Mr. Mendonça joined the Odebrecht Group in 2002, when he started working at Braskem, where he held various positions such as executive vice president of the polyolefins unit, executive vice president of the basic petrochemicals unit and executive vice president of the polymer unit. He also served as CEO of Braskem Qpar SA. In 2011, he was appointed CEO of Braskem America and executive vice president of Braskem's international unit. Prior to joining Braskem, Mr. Mendonça spent much of his career in the Rhodia company in the textile and chemical sectors, where he held various business and operations positions throughout Latin America, France and the United States. Rodrigo Jose De Pontes Seabra Monteiro

Mr. Rodrigo Jose De Pontes Seabra Monteiro Salles serves as Director of the Company. He is currently responsible for Odebrecht SA's Strategic Litigation and Governance. In the Odebrecht Group, he served as legal advisor to the Board of Directors of Construtora Norberto Odebrecht in 2016, Legal Advisor to Odebrecht Realizações Imobiliárias from 2007 to 2015, and Braskem's 2003 2006. With regard to law firms, he worked as a trainee and lawyer at Pinheiro Neto Advogados from 1996 to 2003, and as a foreign associate at Davis Polk in New York from 2006 to 2007.

Carla Gouveia Barretto

Mrs. Carla Gouveia Barretto serves as Director of BRASKEM S.A. She has 20 years of experience in the areas of control, planning and human resources, and more recently as head of a real estate business at Odebrecht. She began her career as an external auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Salvador in 1990. She joined the Odebrecht Organization in 1994, where she was responsible for planning at CNO. She was controller and then responsible for the controller of Braskem's Polyolefins Unit and controller of Construtora Norbert Odebrecht - CNO. Between 2012 and 2015, she was Director of Business, Responsible for Investments in Private Properties of Odebrecht Properties. Since then, she has returned to Odebrecht SA as Director of Planning and People, where she remained until December 2017, when she left the Company. Ricardo Baldin

Mr. Ricardo Baldin serves as Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Ricardo Baldin bachelor's degree in accounting, independent auditor 31 years ago and a former partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He was Executive Director of Internal Audit of Banco Itaú Unibanco for six years, Director of Controllership, Technology and Risk of BNDES for one year and one month, member of the Board of Directors of Ecorodovias and coordinator of the Audit Committee, since April 2018. Currently , acting as alternate fiscal counselor of the Credit Guarantee Fund (since May 2018), Coordinator of the Audit Committee of Alpargatas SA (since April 2018), business consultant at RMB Assessoria e Consultoria Empresarial e Contábil EIRELI.

Edson Chil Nobre

Mr. Edson Chil Nobre serves as Independent Director of Braskem S.A. since April 6, 2016. Mr. Edson Chil Nobre, an independent board member, elected to the Board of Directors by appointment of Petrobras, worked for 35 years at Petrobras. He has extensive management experience at Petrobras and Petrobras Distribuidora. In 2014, he retired in the Petrobras system and in 2010 he was Executive Manager of Energy Business at Petrobras Distribuidora. Mr. Joao Cox, Neto serves as the Director of Braskem S.A. since June 8, 2016. He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of TIM Participações SA and a director of Embraer SA, Linx SA and Odebrecht TransPort. He is a founding partner and managing partner of Cox Investimentos & Consultoria Ltda. From 2006 to 2010, he served as vice chair of the Board and CEO of Claro. In 2005, he served as Vice President of the Board of Directors of Cellcom Israel. Between April 1999 and August 2004, he served as the financial and investor relations vice president of Telemig Celular Participações and Tele Norte Celular Participações and also as chief executive officer of Telemig Celular and Amazônia Celular from August 2002 to August 2004 . He has more than 25 years of experience in the areas of Corporate Management, Global Business Management and Commercial Management, with extensive experience in managing national and international companies. He began his career at The Dow Chemical, where he held various positions in Brazil and the United States, including Global Business Director and Corporate Director of Strategic Development from 1989 to 2007. In 2007, he took up the challenge of leading São Martinho as (CEO), playing a key role in the company's strategic growth, tripling its revenue and more than doubling its market value. These achievements are the result of a series of strategic decisions involving brownfields, greenfields, mergers and acquisitions allied to a relevant cogeneration potential. Fabio Venturelli received Valor Valor Award from Valor Econômico newspaper in 2012, 2013, 2016, 2017 and 2018, and was considered one of the best CEOs in Brazil by Forbes magazine in 2017.
