Name Description

James Ritchie

Mr. James Joseph Ritchie is independent Chairman of the Board of the company. He is no longer Interim Chief Executive Officer of OM Asset Management PLC effective March 2, 2018. He was Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Ritchie has been a member of our Board since 2014. Mr. Ritchie has served as a director of OMAM Inc. since January 2007 and as chairman and a member of the Audit and Risk Committee of the board of directors of OMAM Inc. since August 2007. Mr. Ritchie also has served as a member of the board and chairman of the audit committee of Kinsale Capital Group, Ltd. since January 2013 and as a member of the board and chairman of the audit committee of Old Mutual (Bermuda) Ltd. since February 2009. Mr. Ritchie's former board experience includes: member of the board and chairman of the audit committee of Ceres Group, Inc.; member and non executive chairman of the board and member of the compensation committee of Fidelity & Guaranty Life Insurance Company (formerly Old Mutual Financial Life Insurance Company, Inc.); member of the board and member of the audit and compensation committees of KMG America Corporation; member of the board, chairman of the audit committee and member of the compensation committee of Lloyd's Syndicate 4000; and member and non-executive chairman of the board and former chairman of the audit committee of Quanta Capital Holdings Ltd. From 2001 until his retirement in 2003, Mr. Ritchie served as managing director and chief financial officer of White Mountains Insurance Group, Ltd.'s OneBeacon Insurance Company, a specialty insurance company, and as the group chief financial officer for White Mountains Insurance Group, Ltd., a financial services holding company. From 1986 through 2000, Mr. Ritchie is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Ritchie received a B.A. in economics with honors from Rutgers College and an M.B.A. from Rutgers Graduate School of Business Administration.

Stephen Belgrad

Mr. Stephen H. Belgrad is re designated as President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company effective as of March 2, 2018. He was Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Executive Management Team of the Company. Mr. Belgrad has held these positions since the Company’s initial public offering and has held comparable positions with OMAM Inc., where he also acts as director, since 2011. As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Belgrad was responsible for the Company’s finance, investor relations, legal and IT/operations functions and jointly responsible for corporate development. From 2008 to May 2011, Mr. Belgrad was chief financial officer of HarbourVest Global Private Equity Limited (HVPE), a publicly-traded closed-end investment company. Mr. Belgrad previously was a vice president in the new investments group at Affiliated Managers Group, Inc., a publicly traded global asset management company, and, prior to that, senior vice president and treasurer at Janus Capital Group Inc., a publicly traded investment management firm. He began his career at Morgan Stanley & Co., a global financial services firm, where, over the course of 15 years, he held various positions in investment banking, corporate strategy and Morgan Stanley’s asset management division. Mr. Belgrad received a B.A. in economics from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Daniel Mahoney

Mr. Daniel K. Mahoney is appointed as Head of Finance, Principal Accounting Officer and Principal Financial Officer of the company effective March 2, 2018. He was the Company’s Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, positions he has held since 2014. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Mahoney was Chief Accounting Officer of State Street Global Advisors where he was responsible for all accounting and control processes. Mr. Mahoney was previously a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in their audit practice where he focused on asset management companies and SEC registrants. Mr. Mahoney received a B.A. in Economics from Tufts University and is a certified public accountant.

Christopher Hadley

Mr. Christopher Hadley is a Executive Vice President, Chief Talent Officer of the Company. Mr. Hadley has held these positions since July 2012. Mr. Hadley is responsible for formulating the strategy and providing services for acquiring, developing and retaining our talent. Mr. Hadley also serves on the board of managers of Acadian, one of our affiliates. Since Mr. Hadley joined OMAM Inc. in 2006, he has held various positions in the Talent Department, including Senior Vice President and Head of Talent from May 2011 to June 2012, Vice President, Head of Compensation and Benefits from November 2008 to May 2011 and Vice President, Talent from August 2007 to October 2008. Prior to joining OMAM Inc., Mr. Hadley was head of compensation at Putnam Investments. Mr. Hadley received a B.S. from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Aidan Riordan

Mr. Aidan J. Riordan is a Executive Vice President, Head of Affiliate Management of the Company. Mr. Riordan joined OMAM Inc. in June 2011 as Senior Vice President and Director of Affiliate Management and was appointed to his current position in July 2012. Mr. Riordan is responsible for oversight and development of our current portfolio of affiliates and is jointly responsible for corporate development. Mr. Riordan is a member of the boards of each of our affiliates and is a member of the remuneration committees of certain of our affiliates. From 2005 through May 2011, Mr. Riordan was a partner at Calvert Street Capital Partners, a middle market private equity firm based in Baltimore, Maryland, which he joined in 2003, and previously held positions at Castle Harlan, Inc., a private equity firm based in New York that focuses on buyouts and growth capital investments in middle-market companies across a range of industries. Mr. Riordan began his career at Berkshire Capital Corporation, a New-York based investment bank specializing in providing mergers and acquisitions services to the investment management industry. Mr. Riordan received a B.A. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. in finance from Columbia Business School.

Xiaofeng Chen

Mr. Xiaofeng (Daniel) Chen is Director of the Company. He is the Assistant to the Chairman of HNA Group, Vice-Chief Executive Officer of HNA Group, and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of HNA Group North America LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of HNA Group. Mr. Chen has served in these roles since August 2018. Mr. Chen also serves as Vice Chairman of Swissport International Ltd., the world’s leading provider of ground and air cargo services; which is wholly owned by HNA Group. Mr. Chen was appointed to the role in August 2018. Prior to joining HNA Group, Mr. Chen served as the President of Pacific American Investment Limited, an investment and asset management firm based in Hong Kong from July 2008 to December 2017. Mr. Chen founded Inception, LLC in 2005 and served as Managing Director from 2005 to 2008. Prior to founding Inception LLC, he served as President of Kingdom Investment Advisors Ltd. Both entities consulted Chinese companies on financing, M&A and business development. Earlier in his career, Mr. Chen worked for Benedetto, Gartland & Company, a boutique investment bank based in New York City. He began his career at Pratt & Whitney, a subsidiary of United Technologies Corporation, where he served as an engineer. Mr. Chen serves on several boards, including as a director of HNA Group, a director and secretary general of the Hainan Cihang Charity Foundation, a trustee of the Pingry School, a member of summit advisory committee of the China Institute, and a trustee of the Hainan Chinese Overseas Friendship Association. Mr. Chen graduated from the University of Washington in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering. In 2007, he completed the China Business Leader Executive Training Program at Harvard Business School.

Reginald Love

Mr. Reginald Love is Director of the Company. Mr. Love has served as a Partner at RON Transatlantic EG (“Transatlantic”), an international financial holding company with private equity investments in the financial services, logistics, energy, industrial and beer sectors in the United States, Latin America and Europe. Mr. Love’s work focuses on financial services and energy investments at Transatlantic. Prior to joining Transatlantic, Mr. Love served in the Executive Office of the President of the United States and as a personal aide to President Obama from 2007-2011. Mr. Love graduated from Duke University in 2005 and holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He serves on the Board of Directors of Organize.org, Providence Day School, TeamWorks and the Center for Environmental Farming Systems.

Enrico Marini Fichera

Mr. Enrico Marini Fichera is Director of the Company, Mr. Marini Fichera has served as the Head of Investments for HNA Group North America LLC, an HNA Group company and affiliate of HNA Capital, since October 2014. From August 2008 to September 2014, he was the Senior Portfolio Manager and Principal at CHF Investment Management L.P. (“CHF”), a Beijing-based U.S. $250 million growth capital fund. Mr. Marini Fichera has been involved in China since 2005 and has over 15 years of information technology, financial services, media, telecom, consumer and retail, industrials, energy (including clean energy) and infrastructure experience. He has worked on various private equity investments and M&A transactions with a total value greater than $30 billion. Prior to joining CHF, he worked for Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Morgan Joseph & Co., Capital IQ Inc., Warburg Dillon Read (now known as UBS) and Lazard Freres & Co. Mr. Marini Fichera received an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business and B.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Mathematics from Columbia University.

Barbara Trebbi

Ms. Barbara J. Trebbi is Director of the company. She was a General Partner and co-managing partner at Mercator Asset Management, L.P. (“Mercator”) until October 2017. At Mercator, which she joined in 2000, she was a senior member of the investment team, with a focus on international equities, in particular, continental European investments, as well as Asia and other emerging markets. Her clients included a wide range of institutional investors and sub-advisory accounts. Ms. Trebbi started her career in 1988 as an international equity research analyst at Mackenzie Investment Management Inc., and progressed over 12 years to become head of international equities. She has over 30 years of international investment experience. Ms. Trebbi is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Institute, the Investment Counsel Association of America, and also is a member of the CFA Society of South Florida, where she served as President from 1994 to 1995. She also serves on a number of non-profit boards related to primary, secondary and higher education. She has a Graduate Diploma from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a B.S. degree from the University of Florida.

Mary Beams

Ms. Mary Elizabeth Beams serves as Independent Director of the company. Ms. Beams served as the CEO of Retirement Solutions at Voya, the nation’s largest publicly traded retirement platform (Defined Contribution and Retirement Record Keeping platform) from 2011 until 2015. During her time at Voya, she helped lead the company’s spinoff from ING and facilitated the turnaround of 12 businesses that accounted for nearly two-thirds of Voya’s ongoing operating earnings. More recently, Ms. Beams served as Counselor at the Department of State from June 2017 to December 2017. She also served as Interim Chief Executive Officer of the New England Aquarium during 2017. Prior to its recent sale, Ms. Beams was a Board Member, Chair of the Audit Committee and member of the Risk and Compensation Committees of Cetera Financial Group, an investment advice platform and the second largest family of independent broker-dealers in the U.S. She is currently an Advisory Board Member to Vestigo Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on fintech companies, and also serves on Columbia Business School’s Executive Advisory Board, Financial Studies. She also serves on the New England Aquarium Board; the Global Board of Governors Junior Achievement Worldwide, where she is Treasurer and Chair of Finance Committee; and serves as Overseer, Mount Auburn Hospital, A Harvard Teaching Hospital, Cambridge, MA. In September 2018, Maliz joined the Cannabis Investment Network Advisory Board. Ms. Beams holds a B.A. in English from Boston College, a CCS in Strategic Planning from Harvard University and an MBA in Marketing & Finance from Columbia University, Graduate School of Business.

Robert Chersi

Mr. Robert J. Chersi is an Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Chersi has been with Pace University since 2013, currently serving as the Executive Director for its Center for Global Governance, Reporting & Regulation, as well as an adjunct professor in its Department of Finance & Economics. In addition, since 2013, Mr. Chersi has served as the Helpful Executive in Reach (HEIR) in the Department of Accounting and Information Systems at Rutgers University, and has acted in an advisory capacity to financial services industry clients as an individual as well as through Chersi Services LLC, which he founded in 2014. Prior to joining Pace, Mr. Chersi was a member of the Executive Committee and Chief Financial Officer of Fnancial Services at Fidelity Investments in Boston, from 2008 to 2012. While at Fidelity, as CFO Mr. Chersi led the finnce, compliance, risk management, business consulting and strategic new business development functional organizations. From 1988 to 2008, Mr. Chersi served in numerous positions at UBS AG, including CFO of U.S. Wealth Mnagement and Deputy CFO of Global Wealth Management and Business Banking. Mr. Chersi had several executive ledership positions while at UBS, including service on the UBS AG Group Managing Board from 2004 to 2008, which played an important role in developing and implementing the firm’s direction, values and principles and in promoting its global culture. He began his career as an audit manager in the Financial Service Practice of KPMG LLP in 1983. Mr. Chersi currently serves as a member of the Advisory Board of the Pace University Lubin School of Business, and has previously been a member of the Board, Audit Committee and Risk Committee of UBS Bank USA, a member of the Board of PW Partners R&D III, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the UBS USA Foundation, a member of the Board of Bon Secours New Jersey/St. Mary’s Hospital Foundation, and a Trustee of Fidelity Investments’ Political Action Committee.
