Name Description

Andreas Sohmen-Pao

Mr. Andreas Sohmen-Pao has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of BW Offshore Ltd since November 20, 2014. He was Deputy Chairman of the Company's Board until 2007 and then Continued as Member of the Board until November 20, 2014. Andreas Sohmen-Pao is Chairman of BW Group, BW Offshore, BW LPG, Singapore Maritime Foundation and Hafnia Tankers. He is also a non-executive director of Singapore National Parks Board, Singapore Symphony Orchestra, and a trustee of the Lloyd’s Register Foundation. Mr. Sohmen-Pao was previously Chief Executive Officer of BW Group. He has also served as a non-executive director of The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Ltd, The London P&I Club, The Esplanade Co Ltd, Sport Singapore and the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore amongst others. Mr. Sohmen- Pao graduated from Oxford University in England with an honors degree in Oriental Studies. He also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Marco Beenen

Mr. Marco Beenen has served as Chief Executive Officer at BW OFFSHORE LIMITED since July 1, 2019. He previously was chief Operation Officer at the Company from 2016. He joined BW Offshore in 2012. His areas of responsibility include the global operations and development of BW Offshore’s fleet of FPSOs and FSOs. With over 20 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas industry, Mr. Beenen joined BW Offshore as Vice President Business Development followed by the position as Senior Vice President Fleet, responsible for the operations in West Africa. Prior to joining BW Offshore Mr. Beenen has held executive positions in the Netherlands and USA as President of GustoMSC Inc and Vice President Engineering with SBM Offshore. He holds a Master Degree in Naval Architecture and Offshore Hydrodynamics of Delft University of Technology.

Christophe Pettenati-Auziere

Mr. Christophe Pettenati-Auziere serves as Independent Vice Chairman of the Board of BW Offshore Ltd. He is a retired former Oil Services Senior Executive. Until 2008 he was President of CGG Veritas Services in Paris. He joined CGG in 1996, and has held several senior management positions in the group. Before joining CGG, he worked with Coflexip for 14 years, where his latest position was as Corporate Vice President, International and Industrial Operations. Before Coflexip, he also worked for Exxon and Schlumberger. Mr. Pettenati-Auziere holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble, France, and an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France.

Stale Andreassen

Mr. Stale Andreassen has been Chief Financial Officer of BW Offshore Limited since July 1, 2019. He has served as Senior Vice President Finance of the Company since 2008.

Kei Ikeda

Mr. Kei Ikeda has served as Chief Operating Officer of BW Offshore Limited since July 1, 2019. He served as Head of Projects at the Company from 2016. He joined BW Offshore in 2012. His areas of responsibility spans full cycle Project delivery including project management, project services, construction & commissioning, HSEQ and offshore installation. Prior to joining BW Offshore, Ikeda spent 14 years with Modec as Project Engineer and subsequently Project Manager responsible for delivery of a number of FPSO projects. Ikeda joined BW Offshore as Project Manager, thereafter holding the position of Senior Vice President Project Execution before he became Head of Projects. Ikeda holds Bachelor and Master Degrees both in Mechanical Engineering from Tokyo University, Japan.

Magda Vakil

Ms. Magda Karim Vakil serves as Head of Legal at BW Offshore Ltd. She joined the Company in 2008 as Member of the Corporate and Strategic Development division. Her current area of responsibility covers all legal affairs of the Company. Formerly, she has held in-house positions mainly within the oil & energy and finance sectors and served for such companies as Norsk Hydro ASA and NBIM. Apart from this, she has also worked as a transactional, corporate and finance lawyer at Allen & Overy, Slaughter & May and VSCF. Ms. Vakil graduated with a Law Degree and a Master’s degree in European Union's Law from the Law faculty of Universidade de Lisboa in Portugal. She is admitted to the Portuguese bar and qualified as an English Solicitor with College of Law in London.

Rune Bjorbekk

Mr. Rune Bjorbekk serves as Chief Commercial Officer at BW OFFSHORE LIMITED. Mr. Bjorbekk has 20 years experience from the oil and gas contracting sector, starting in APL (Advanced Production & Loading) in 1995. Within APL he has held several positions including Project Manager, Fabrication Manager and Head of Supply Chain. In BW Offshore, Mr. Bjorbekk has held several responsibilities including Project Manager, VP Modification Projects and SVP Asset Management & Commercial in the operating division. Mr. Bjorbekk is responsible for all commercial activities company-wide. He holds a M.Sc. in Offshore Technology from the University of Stavanger, Norway.

Pia Schnitler

Mrs. Pia Schnitler serves as Head of Human Capital at BW OFFSHORE LIMITED. Her role is to ‘enable business through people’ by facilitating and supporting line managers in the areas of organizational culture, structure and development, staffing, competence development, performance management and rewards. Mrs. Schnitler joined BW Offshore in 2017. The last 10 years she has worked in Aker Solutions and Kvaerner within HR management, quality management, continual improvement, including change and reorganization projects. Prior to that, she spent six years as a management consultant in DNV GL. Previously Schnitler worked as an approval engineer in DNV GL and worked two years in USA at the Philly Shipyard during the yard development and construction period. Mrs. Schnitler holds a MSc within Naval Architecture from NTNU, the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.

Hans Langsrud

Mr. Hans Kristian Langsrud serves as Head of Asset Engineering & Maintenance at BW OFFSHORE LIMITED. He holds the responsibility for engineering in support of projects and for technical & maintenance support team working with Company’s fleet. Langsrud has 20 years of experience from the oil & gas industry. He has worked on many different types of offshore and onshore developments, floaters and fixed platforms. Langsrud started his career in Astilleros Espanoles, focusing on Shuttle tankers and FPSOs, but he soon moved on to what is now Aker Solutions. At Aker he worked with engineering, and greenfield oil & gas development projects. He was Engineering Manager when he left the Company in 2011 to join BWO. Langsrud joined BWO as Engineering Manager and has held the position of Senior Vice President for Engineering since 2012. Langsrud holds a Master of Science in Marine Technology, from the Norwegian University of Technology and Science in Trondheim.

Carl Arnet

Mr. Carl Krogh Arnet has been Director of BW Offshore Ltd since May 20, 2019. He was Chief Executive Officer of the Company from September 1, 2008 until July 1, 2019. He was previously President of Business Development. Mr. Arnet has been employed as Managing Director of APL since 1996. Prior to joining APL, Mr. Arnet had various positions at Norsk Hydro in the period from 1981 to 1996, including Offshore Installation Manager and Vice President. He holds a M.Sc. from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and an MBA from the Norwegian School of Management (BI). Mr. Arnet holds a number of other board memberships and chairmanships in companies not related to the oil and gas sector.

Maarten Scholten

Mr. Maarten R. Scholten has served as Independent Member of the Board of Directors of BW Offshore Ltd since May 31, 2010. He has almost 30 years of legal and financial experience from the oil service industry. Mr. Scholten is also Chairman of the Supervisory Board of LSP Advisory BV, a privately held biotech investment company, and Member of the Danish investment company NordEnergie Renewables AS. Mr. Scholten has held senior and executive positions at Schlumberger spanning two decades. During his career at Schlumberger, Mr. Scholten was Director of Legal Service, Head of Finance, President Schlumberger Oilfield Services ECA (Europe, Africa and CIS), and Director Mergers & Acquisitions/Business Development. From 2006 – 2009 he was Co-founder and Co-executive Director of Delta Hydrocarbons SA. Mr. Scholten holds a Master of Science in politics from the University of Paris (Sorbonne) and a JD Commercial Law from the University of Amsterdam.

Clare Spottiswoode

Ms. Clare Mary Joan Spottiswoode, CBE has been Independent Member of the Board of Directors of BW Offshore Ltd since August 27, 2013. She is an experienced non-executive director, holding positions in businesses spanning industries such as energy, technology and financial services. She is a non-executive director of G4S plc, Just Group plc, Ilika plc, Payments UK and Chairman of Gas Strategies Limited. From 1993 to 1998, Ms. Spottiswoode served as Director General of Ofgas, the regulator of the gas industry in the United Kingdom and was instrumental in introducing competition into energy markets. Ms. Spottiswoode was a member of the Independent Commission on Banking for the UK Treasury advising the Government on reforming the banking sector. The Commissions recommendations have been accepted by the Government, and virtually all are in the process of being enacted by Parliament. Ms. Spottiswoode was also a non-executive director of Tullow Oil plc from 2002 to 2011. A mathematician and an economist by training, Ms. Spottiswoode began her career at HM Treasury, the United Kingdom's economic and finance ministry.
