Name Description

Langley Steinert

Mr. Langley Steinert is Chief Executive Officer, Founder of the Company, Steinert founded CarGurus in 2006 with a vision for helping automotive shoppers better navigate their car search. Since then, the company has grown to become a leading global automotive marketplace, helping millions of shoppers find great car deals and connect with top-rated dealers. Prior to founding CarGurus, Langley was Chairman/co-founder of TripAdvisor, now the world’s largest online travel website. He also held management rolls at Viaweb (sold to Yahoo! Inc.), Papyrus, and Lotus Development Corp. Langley holds an MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College and a BA from Georgetown University.

Jason Trevisan

Mr. Jason Trevisan is a Chief Financial Officer of the Company, Prior to CarGurus, Trevisan was with Polaris Partners for twelve years, serving as a General Partner since 2010. While at Polaris, Jason lead and supported investments and served on the boards of Internet and SaaS companies including Legalzoom, Shoedazzle, Life Line Screening, PartsSource and Art.com among others. Prior to Polaris, he held various management roles in Analytics and Client Services at aQuantive (acquired by Microsoft). Earlier in his career he was a consultant with Bain & Company. Trevisan received his MBA with Distinction from The Tuck School at Dartmouth graduating as an Edward Tuck Scholar and a BA with honors from Duke University.

Sam Zales

Mr. Sam Zales is Chief Operating Officer of the Company, Zales was Chief Executive Officer of ClickSquared, a marketing software company that was acquired by Zeta Interactive in January, 2014. Prior to ClickSquared, Zales was President of Zoom Information where he led day-to-day operations and oversaw the company’s growth strategy into the marketing services and sales intelligence arenas. Prior to ZoomInfo, Zales was President and CEO of BuyerZone.com, an online marketplace for business purchasing which he led from early stage through six years of monthly growth in revenue and profitability to its successful acquisition by Reed Elsevier (NYSE: RUK) in 2007. Zales holds an MBA with distinction from Kellogg (Northwestern University) and a BA with honors from Dartmouth College.

Marty Blue

Ms. Marty Blue is Senior Vice President of Business Development of the Company, Prior to joining CarGurus, Blue was Sr. Director of Licensing at Reebok, where she worked across several brands (Reebok, Weebok, Rockport) and categories including footwear, apparel, accessories, hard goods and fitness equipment. Prior to Reebok, Blue was involved in sports marketing with numerous professional sports leagues including Major League Baseball, U.S. Open Golf and the National Hockey League. Blue holds an MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College and a BA from Harvard University.

Tom Caputo

Mr. Tom Caputo is Senior Vice President of Products of the Company, Prior to joining CarGurus, Tom spent five years as the Chief Product Officer at Fiksu, a mobile marketing innovator, where he successfully led the company's product strategy and development. He also served as the Vice President of Product Management for x +1, acquired by Rocket Fuel in 2014, and Group Product Manager at Microsoft. Caputo holds a BA in Computer Science from Dartmouth College, and both an MBA and MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford.

Greg Schwartz

Mr. Greg M. Schwartz is Director of the Company. He has served as Zillow Group’s Chief Business Officer since August 2015. Prior to that time, Mr. Schwartz served as Chief Revenue Officer from September 2010 to August 2015 and as Vice President of Sales from March 2007 to September 2010. Prior to joining Zillow, Mr. Schwartz was Vice President of Advertising Sales at CNNMoney.com, a financial media company, from July 2005 to March 2007. From August 2001 to July 2005, Mr. Schwartz served as National Accounts Director for the Automotive and Finance Properties of Yahoo!, Inc., an online search company. Mr. Schwartz held various positions at DoubleClick, Inc., an online advertising company, from 1998 to 2000, including Director of Business Development. Mr. Schwartz holds a B.A. in Government from Hamilton College.

Steven Conine

Mr. Steven (Steve) Conine is Independent Director of the company. He is the co-founder of Wayfair Inc. (“Wayfair”) and has served as a director of Wayfair since 2002. He previously served as Wayfair’s Chief Technology Officer from 2002 until 2015. Prior to founding Wayfair, Mr. Conine served as Chief Technology Officer for Simplify Mobile Corporation, an enterprise software company he co-founded in 2001, Chief Operating Officer for the London office of iXL Enterprises, Inc. from 1999 to 2000, and Chief Technology Officer of Spinners Incorporated, an IT consulting company he co-founded, from 1995 to 1998. Mr. Conine received a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University.
