Name Description

Denis Sheahan

Mr. Denis K. Sheahan is Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Sheahan served as chief financial officer for Rockland Trust from May 2000 until assuming the COO role in September 2013. He also served as senior vice president and controller. Prior to joining Rockland Trust Company, Sheahan served as vice president of Finance for BayBanks, Inc. Sheahan has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Old Colony YMCA since 2003, serving as its Chairman of the Board from 2011-2013. He is also a member of the Old Colony YMCA Executive Committee, and is actively involved in youth sports programs. He is a graduate of the Cork Institute of Technology, Cork, Ireland and received a Master's of Business Administration from Boston University.

Albert Rietheimer

Mr. Albert R. Rietheimer is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of the Company. He has over twenty-five years of experience in corporate finance. Prior to joining Cambridge Trust Company, he was chief financial officer and treasurer of Bancorp Rhode Island, a position he held since 1996. Mr. Rietheimer began his finance career in 1978 at Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. in Boston.

He earned a B.A. in Economics from Holy Cross College in Massachusetts in 1974 andan M.B.A. in Finance from The Darden School of Graduate Business Administration at the University of Virginia in 1976.

Mr. James F. Spencer is Chief Investment Officer, Senior Vice President of the Company. She has also taught at MIT, Tufts and the University of Michigan. Ms. Whitlock currently serves on the boards of Cambridge Trust Company, Brigham and Women's Hospital, Brandeis University, Boston World Partnerships, the Boston Museum, and Boston Afterschool and Beyond.
