Name Description

Micky Arison

Mr. Micky Meir Arison is Chairman of the Board of Carnival Corporation. He has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Carnival plc since 2003. He was Chief Executive Officer of Carnival Corporation (formerly known as Carnival Cruise Lines) from 1979 to 2013 and was Chief Executive Officer of Carnival plc from 2003 to 2013.

Arnold Donald

Mr. Arnold W. Donald serves as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Carnival Corporation, since July 3, 2013. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of The Executive Leadership Council, a professional network of African-American executives of major U.S. companies, from 2010 to 2012. He previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation International from 2006 to 2008. From 2000 to 2005, Mr. Donald was the Chairman of the Board of Merisant Company, a manufacturer and marketer of tabletop sweetener products, including the Equal® and Canderel® brands. From 2000 to 2003, he was also the Chief Executive Officer of Merisant Company. From 1998 to 2000, he was Senior Vice-President of Monsanto Company, a company which develops agricultural products and consumer goods, and President of its nutrition and consumer sector. Prior to that he was President of Monsanto Company’s agricultural sector. He previously served as a Director of Oil-Dri Corporation of America from 1997 to 2013 and The Laclede Group, Inc. from 2003 to 2014.

David Bernstein

Mr. David Bernstein is Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer of Carnival Corporation. He has also been chief accounting officer since April 2016. In this capacity, Bernstein oversees all accounting, planning, treasury, insurance, tax and investor relations functions, as well as global casino operations. Bernstein joined the Corporate organization as vice president and treasurer in July 2003 after serving as chief financial officer of the company's Cunard and Seabourn operating unit for five years. Prior to joining Carnival Corporation & plc, he spent seven years at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. where he held various financial posts, including assistant treasurer, assistant controller and director of corporate planning. Bernstein received his MBA from Harvard Business School in 1983.

David Dingle

Mr. David K. Dingle is Chairman - Carnival UK of Carnival Corporation. was appointed Chairman of Carnival UK in October 2014. In this capacity, he has full operating responsibility for the UK-based brands P&O Cruises and Cunard. Prior to this, he served as CEO of Carnival UK from June 2007 to September 2014. Dingle joined P&O Cruises (UK) in 1978 where, after holding a series of commercial positions, he became managing director in 2000. At the time of the merger of P&O Princess Cruises plc and the Carnival Corporation in April 2003, he became managing director of Carnival UK. Dingle is past chairman of The UK Chamber of Shipping and the European Cruise Council and continues to serve on the boards of both groups. In 2009, he joined the board of the European Community Shipowners Association. He was awarded a CBE in the 2009 New Year’s Honours. Dingle attended Jesus College, Cambridge, where he attained a Master of Arts in Classics.

Stein Kruse

Mr. Stein Kruse is Chief Executive Officer of Holland America Group, subsidiary of Carnival Corporation since December 2013. Kruse became Chief Executive Officer of the Holland America Group in December 2013. In that capacity, he had full operating responsibility of Holland America Line, Princess Cruises, Seabourn and Holland America Princess Alaska Tours. He was president and chief executive officer of Holland America Line from 2004 to November 2013. Kruse joined Holland America Line in 1999 as senior vice president, fleet operations with overall responsibility for all Holland America Line's operations. Kruse joined Holland America Line from "K" Line America, where he was senior vice president and chief financial officer. He also oversaw financial activities in seven U.S. subsidiary companies for the global Japanese shipping company and served on the company’s board of directors. Prior to that, Kruse held several executive positions in the cruise industry. He was executive vice president and chief operating officer for Radisson Seven Seas Cruises and president and CEO for Seven Seas Cruise Line. He is a former vice chairman of Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) and presently serves as a director on the board of the United States Coast Guard Foundation and on the board of governors of the World Trade Center Seattle. Kruse, a native of Oslo, Norway, holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University and is a graduate of Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program.

Tara Russell

Ms. Tara Russell is President of Fathom and Global Impact Lead of Carnival Corporation. Russell generated the idea for Fathom in 2013, and led research, design and development of the brand, business model and experience from January 2014 to launch in June 2015. She now leads the fathom team as it offers a unique experience to purpose-driven travelers who desire authentic, meaningful social impact opportunities. Fathom provides the opportunity to immerse in another culture and community, and systematically work alongside that community to make relevant contributions that endure. Fathom is the newest addition to Carnival Corporation, giving the world’s largest cruise company ten global cruise lines providing extraordinary vacations at exceptional value for nearly 11 million people around the world every year. Russell has responsibility for Fathom and the corporation’s global impact programs and reports to Arnold Donald, president and CEO of Carnival Corporation. Prior to Carnival Corporation, Russell was Founder and CEO of Create Common Good (CCG, www.createcommongood.org), a non-profit social enterprise that provides training and employment to refugees and a wide variety of other populations with barriers to employment. Russell created CCG in 2008 in order to use food to change lives by empowering for self-sufficiency through a creative food-production social enterprise production model. CCG has delivered more than 100,000 job training hours, with an average employment success outcome of more than 90 percent, and returned more than $18 million back into the community via graduate earned wages. The organization’s noteworthy work to promote healthy eating habits through snack and grab & go production recently earned grants from Newman’s Own Foundation and the Blue Cross of Idaho Foundation for Health. Russell is currently Chairman of the Board for CCG.

Michael Thamm

Mr. Michael Olaf Thamm is Chief Executive Officer of Costa Group and Carnival Asia the subsidiary of Carnival Corporation since 2015. In his existing role as CEO of Costa Group, he has full responsibility for AIDA Cruises and Costa Cruises. He previously served as president of AIDA Cruises from 2004 to 2012 and Senior Vice President Operations of AIDA Cruises from 1993 to 2004. Prior to joining AIDA Cruises, he held various management positions within the cargo shipping division of Deutsche Seereederei (DSR). Thamm, who holds a master's degree in Economics, is a member of the Executive Committee of the European Cruise Council (ECC), which represents the interests of the world's most important shipping lines in Europe. He was named North European Cruise Personality of the Year 2011, an award selected by Seatrade and V. Ships. In March 2012, the international cruise associations ECC and Cruise Lines International Association appointed Thamm spokesman for the cruise industry in Germany.

Josh Weinstein

Mr. Josh Weinstein is President - Carnival UK of Carnival Corporation . Weinstein is responsible for overseeing both P&O Cruises and Cunard, and reports to Stein Kruse, Group CEO of Holland America Group and Carnival UK. The Southampton-based Carnival UK executive team reports to Weinstein. Weinstein served as treasurer for Carnival Corporation from 2007 to 2017 following five years as an attorney in the corporate legal department. In addition to his treasury role, Weinstein’s responsibilities increased over his career to include oversight of the tax, risk management and FP&A functions. Prior to joining Carnival Corporation, he served as a corporate attorney. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and the New York University School of Law.

Jerry Montgomery

Mr. Jerry Montgomery is Chief Human Resource Officer of Carnival Corporation. In this role, he is responsible for developing and implementing corporate human resource management strategies across our worldwide organization, which includes offices in North America, Europe, Asia and Australia. Prior to joining Carnival Corporation & plc, Montgomery was the president and founder of the Orlando Strategy Group, a consulting firm focused on labor relations, human resources, corporate social responsibility and sustainability programs. Prior to founding the Orlando Strategy Group, Montgomery served The Walt Disney Company throughout a 30 year career in progressive human resources, public affairs, and corporate social responsibility roles. He is an active volunteer and community contributor and served as the vice chairman of the Governing Board of the South Florida Water Management District, appointed by Governor Charlie Crist. He presently is the Chairman of the Florida Chapter of The Nature Conservancy. He graduated from Harvard with his Bachelors of Arts degree, and earned a Masters of Business Administration from the Crummer School of Business at Rollins College.

Alan Buckelew

Mr. Alan B. Buckelew is Chief Information Officer of Carnival Corporation. From 2013 to 2016, Buckelew served as chief operating officer for the corporation and was responsible for oversight of all maritime and port operations around the world and group collaborative functions, including information technology; group strategy and global operations; ship retrofits; newbuilds; research and development; risk advisory; and quality assurance. Additionally, he had oversight of Carnival Asia, with responsibility for coordinating all brand and related activities in that part of the world. Previously, he served as chief executive officer of Princess Cruises from 2007 to November 2013, and as the line’s president from 2004 to November 2013. Prior to that he was executive vice president of corporate services from 2000 to 2007. Buckelew also served as chief operating officer of Cunard from 2004 to 2007. Before being appointed president of Princess Cruises, Buckelew was the company’s executive vice president of corporate services, a position he was appointed to in 2000. Responsible for strategic planning, marketing and yield management, he also served as chief information officer and chief financial officer. Buckelew began his career as manager of management information for Sitmar Cruises in 1977. Rising through the ranks of the company with increasing responsibility for a wide array of areas, Buckelew was appointed senior vice president of corporate planning in 1984. When Sitmar was acquired by Princess Cruises, he was placed in charge of the company’s reservations and data processing departments. During his career at Princess, he has held the positions of senior vice president of corporate services, senior vice president of customer service, and senior vice president of corporate services and yield management.

Josh Leibowitz

Mr. Josh Leibowitz is Chief Strategy Officer, Senior Vice President - Cunard North America of Carnival Corporation since December 2016. His additional responsibilities include leading Cunard’s North America operations to further expand the brand’s presence. As Chief Strategy Officer, he oversees cross-brand activities to set and deliver the company’s strategy including: guest insights, revenue management and science innovation, coordinated deployment planning, and strategic sourcing. Previously he served as managing partner of the Miami office of the consulting firm McKinsey & Co., and as a leader in the firm’s work in big data and digital sales and marketing.

Arnaldo Perez

Mr. Arnaldo Perez is General Counsel, Secretary of Carnival Corporation, since February 2002. From August 1995 to February 2002 he was Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of the company. Mr. Perez joined Carnival Corporation in July 1992 as assistant general counsel. He was promoted to acting general counsel and secretary of Carnival Corporation in 1995 and in 1996 he was named general counsel. He is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Prior to joining Carnival, Mr. Perez was a partner at Weil, Lucio, Mandler, Croland & Steele of Miami. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Miami in 1982 and Juris Doctor degree from Columbia University in 1985.

Julia Brown

Ms. Julia M. Brown serves as Chief Procurement Officer of Carnival Corporation since March 25, 2015. She assumed this newly created role in April 2015 and is accountable for working closely with the company's ten brands and their leadership teams to strategically procure goods and services to further strengthen the company's supplier relationships and leverage its global scale across ~$9Bn spend. Brown most recently served as CPO on the global management team at Mondelez International, which split from Kraft Foods in 2012. Prior to the split, Brown served as CPO and SVP of global procurement at Kraft Foods, responsible for the company's $30+ billion strategic sourcing function. Prior to Kraft, she served as CPO and VP of corporate procurement and contract manufacturing at Clorox. Brown began her career at Procter & Gamble and also served in strategic roles at Diageo and Gillette. Brown currently serves on the board for the Executive Leadership Council (Washington DC) and is a member of the Governance committee. She also serves on the board of the Arsht Center for the Performing Arts in Miami. Her focus on helping others both from a health and economic standpoint is evident where she formerly served on the boards of the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NYC), the Primo Center for Women and Children (Chicago), the Ann & Robert Lurie Children’s Hospital (Chicago), and the African American Experience Fund (Washington DC). Brown has been recognized as an inspiring and transformational leader and has been listed as one of the top 100 most "Influential Blacks in Corporate America" by Savoy Magazine (2012-2016), the top 100 Women to Watch by Today's Chicago Woman and listed in Black Enterprise's Top 75 Most Powerful Women in Business. Additionally, she was featured as one of 15 leaders in the book the Luminaries as leader with the aspiration to significantly influence the world. She received a Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University in Hamilton, Canada.

William Burke

V. Adm. (Retd.) William R. Burke serves as Chief Maritime Officer of Carnival Corporation since December 2013. Burke graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering and completed a Master of Business Administration at Marymount University. He earned a Master of Science degree in National Security Strategy at the National War College in Washington, D.C. and is also a graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology Seminar 21 Program in International Politics. Burke served on five submarines including command of USS Toledo (SSN 769). He commanded Submarine Squadron Two from July 2001 to July 2003. His Washington D.C. assignments include tours in the Attack Submarine Division, Navy Office of Legislative Affairs, Joint Chiefs of Staff directorate for Combating Terrorism, Navy Warfighting Assessments Branch, and as the Executive Assistant to the Vice Chief of Naval Operations.

Felix Eichhorn

Mr. Felix Eichhorn serves as President of AIDA Cruises of Carnival Corporation since September 1, 2015. Eichhorn studied Business Management at the Economic Academy Hamburg. The native of Rostock has accompanied the unique growth of AIDA Cruises in various management positions of increasing responsibility for more than 15 years. Eichhorn started his career at AIDA Cruises in 1999 with a dual studies program. In the following years, he held a wide variety of positions on board and on shore before assuming responsibility for sales and yield management of AIDA Cruises and Costa in Germany as Senior Vice President Sales, Yield Management & Flight Operation in 2013. In May 2014, Eichhorn was appointed chairman of the committee Ship of the German Travel Organization (DRV).

Roger Frizzell

Mr. Roger Frizzell serves as Chief Communications Officer of Carnival Corporation since June 24, 2013. Frizzell serves as Carnival Corporation’s chief communications officer, handling all corporate-level communications and public relations activities for the world's largest cruise company, which is the parent company of ten global cruise lines providing extraordinary vacations at exceptional value for millions of people around the world. He has responsibility for corporation’s local, state and federal governmental relations and the Carnival Foundation. Frizzell reports to Arnold W. Donald, President & Chief Executive Officer for Carnival Corporation. Prior to Carnival Corporation, Frizzell was vice president of corporate communications and chief communications officer for Pacific Gas & Electric in San Francisco. During the course of his 30-year career, Frizzell has served as Vice President of Corporate Communications & Advertising at American Airlines for nearly a decade, and has held high-level communications positions at Hewlett-Packard, Lucent Technologies and AT&T. He also played a leading communications role in the successful effort to keep wrestling in the Olympics. Frizzell and his teams have won more than 150 awards, including the National Golden Quill Award from the International Association of Business Communicators and PR Week’s Corporate Public Relations Team of the Year. Frizzell was inducted into the PR News Hall of Fame in 2011 and named by the Holmes Report as one of the top chief communications officers in the public relations industry.

Jonathon Band

Sir Jonathon Band serves as Independent Director of the Company. He served in the British Navy from 1967 until his retirement in 2009, having served as First Sea Lord and Chief of Naval Staff, the most senior officer position in the British Navy, until 2009. He was a Director of Lockheed Martin UK Limited from 2010 to 2015.

Jason Cahilly

Mr. Jason Glen Cahilly serves as Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Cahilly is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Dragon Group LLC, a private investment firm, which concurrently provides business management consulting and advisory services. Mr. Cahilly previously served as Chief Strategic and Financial Officer of the National Basketball Association, a North American professional basketball league, from 2013 to June 2017, as well as a Director of the Board of NBA China. Prior to that, Mr. Cahilly spent 12 years at Goldman Sachs & Co., where he served as a partner and the global co-head of media and telecommunications. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Corsair Components, a leading supplier of high-performance PC systems.

Helen Deeble

Ms. Helen Deeble serves as Independent Director of the Company. Ms. Deeble was the Chief Executive Officer of P&O Ferries Division Holdings Ltd., a pan-European shipping and logistics business, from 2006 until December 2017. She is also a Non-Executive Director of the Port of London Authority, The Standard Club Ltd. and the UK Chamber of Shipping.

Richard Glasier

Debra Kelly-Ennis

Ms. Debra J. Kelly-Ennis serves as Independent Director of Carnival Corporation, since April 12, 2012. Ms. Kelly-Ennis was President and Chief Executive Officer of Diageo Canada, Inc., a subsidiary of Diageo plc, a global spirits, wine and beer company, from 2008 to 2012. From 2005 to 2008, she was Chief Marketing Officer for Diageo North America Inc., another subsidiary of Diageo plc. Ms. Kelly-Ennis has also held marketing, sales and general management positions with leading companies such as RJR/Nabisco, Inc., The Coca-Cola Company, General Motors Corporation and Grand Metropolitan PLC. She has been honored as one of the Top 100 Most Powerful Women in Canada in 2012, 2011, 2010 and 2009 and was named Leading Chief Executive Officer in 2010 by the Toronto Human Resources Professional Association. She served as a Director of Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. from 2013 to 2015 and Pulte Group, Inc. from 1997 to 2016.

John Parker

Sir John Parker serves as Independent Director of the Company. Sir John has been Non-Executive Chairman of Pennon Group plc, an environmental utility infrastructure company, since 2015, Non-Executive Chairman of Laing O’Rourke, a multinational construction company, since November 2017, Lead Non-Executive Director for the UK Government Cabinet Office since November 2017 and a Non-Executive Director of Airbus Group NV, an aeronautics, space and related services company, since 2007. He was Non-Executive Chairman of Anglo American plc, a multinational mining company, from 2009 until October 2017. He was a Non-Executive Director of DP World Limited, a global supply chain and container handling company, from 2006 to 2015. He was formerly Non-Executive Chairman of Mondi plc from 2007 to 2009, Non-Executive Chairman of National Grid plc from 2002 to 2012, Senior Non-Executive Director of the Court of the Bank of England from 2004 to 2009, and a Non-Executive Director of GKN plc from 1993 to 2002, Brambles Industries plc from 2001 to 2003 and BG Group plc from 1997 to 2000. He was Chairman of Babcock International Group plc from 1994 to 2000, RMC Group plc from 2002 to 2005 and P&O Group plc from 2000 to 2003, a President of the Royal Institution of Naval Architects from 1996 to 1999, a member of the Prime Minister’s Business Council for Britain and Chancellor of the University of Southampton from 2006 to 2011. He was President of the Royal Academy of Engineering from 2011 until 2014. Sir John has been a member of the General Committee of Lloyds Register of Shipping since 1983 and was Chairman of its Technical Committee from 1993 until 2002.

Stuart Subotnick

Mr. Stuart Subotnick serves as Independent Director of Carnival Corporation. Mr. Subotnick has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Metromedia Company, a privately held diversified Delaware general partnership, since 2010, having previously served as its General Partner and Executive Vice President since 1986. He previously served as a Director of AboveNet, Inc. from 1997 to 2012.

Laura Weil

Ms. Laura Weil serves as Independent Director of Carnival Corporation. Ms. Weil is the Founder and has been the Managing Partner of Village Lane Advisory LLC, which specializes in providing executive and strategic consulting services to retailers as well as private equity firms, since May 2015. She was the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of New York & Company, Inc., a women’s apparel and accessories retailer, from 2012 to 2014. Ms. Weil was the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of AnnTaylor Stores Corporation, a women’s apparel company, from 2005 to 2006. From 1995 to 2005, she was the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of American Eagle Outfitters, Inc., a global apparel retailer.

Randall Weisenburger

Mr. Randall J. Weisenburger serves as Independent Director of Carnival Corporation. Mr. Weisenburger has been the Managing Member of Mile26 Capital LLC, a private investment firm, since October 2015. He was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Omnicom Group Inc., a Fortune-250 global advertising, marketing and corporate communications company, from 1998 to 2014.
