Name Description

Dominique Marcel

Mr. Dominique Marcel serves at Compagnie des Alpes SA as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, and Member of the Executive Committee since March 19, 2009. He is also Chairman of the Company's Strategy Committee. He previously served at the Company as Chairman of the Management Board from October 14, 2008, Chairman of the Supervisory Board between December 2005 and October 14, 2008 and was first appointed on the Company's Supervisory Board on June 28, 2005. Mr. Marcel, a Certified Public Finance Auditor, graduated from Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris and from Ecole Nationale d'Administration in 1983, he also holds a DEA degree in Economics. He held various roles within the French Treasury department and also within ministries. He was Director of Finance and Strategy of Caisse des depots from November 2003 until June 2008 and also held various directorships and Supervisory Board positions, including those for Dexia Belgique SA and Accor SA. Currently, Mr. Marcel also holds several other posts, including Chairman of Compagnie des Alpes - Domaines Skiables SAS, Chairman of Grevin et Compagnie SA and Director of Eiffage SA, among others.

Virginie Fernandes

Ms. Virginie Fernandes has been Vice Chairman of the Board - Representative of Caisse des Depots at Compagnie des Alpes SA since March 8, 2018. She is Member of company's Strategy Committee and Appointments and Remuneration Committee. A graduate of the Ecole superieure de commerce in Rouen and a member of the Societe francaise des analystes financiers (SFAF), she began her career in 1998 at Ernst &Young as a financial auditor. Starting in 2000, she worked as a financial analyst, first at Oddo Securities, then at Credit Agricole Cheuvreux. She joined the Caisse des Depots group in 2010. After that, she went to work in the Finance Department of Fonds Strategique d’Investissement, where she was in charge of strategic stock ownership. Denis Hermesse

Mr. Denis Hermesse has been Chief Financial Officer, Head of Finance, IT, Risk and Procurement and Member of the Executive Commitee of Compagnie des Alpes SA since September 2, 2015. He graduated from HEC Liege as a commercial engineer, and has a solid track record in finance, human resources and IT systems, as well as a sound knowledge of the Leisure parks business. After a period as an auditor at PwC, he joined the Walibi group, where he held several positions from 1995 to 2006, the last of which was VP Finance Europe. From 2006 to 2015, he was Chief Financial Officer of the IRIS group before joining the Group on 2 September 2015.

Delphine Pons

Ms. Delphine Pons has served at Compagnie des Alpes SA as Director of Development and Member of the Executive Committee since September 1, 2016. She previously served at the Company as Director of Innovation and New Business as of 2012 and prior to this as Director of Sales and Marketing and Member of the Executive Committee from September 1, 2011. She has been with the Company since May 2005. A graduate of ESSEC Business School, she worked in the Department of Strategy of Deloitte Consulting/Braxton Associes, where she was Manager in charge of telecom, media, distribution and support before she joined the Company. From May 2005 to October 2009, she was involved in improving the commercial policy and marketing of the Company's Leisure Parks.

Francois Fassier

Mr. Francois Fassier has served as Director of Leisure Park Operations and Member of the Executive Committee at Compagnie des Alpes since November 4, 2013. He previously served as Industrial Director and Member of the Executive Committee of the company as of December 1, 2010. He began his career in 1990 working for the Euro Disney group as Attractions Maintenance Manager. He held various positions and in 1998 became Chief Technical Officer, in charge of the maintenance and management of real estate. Mr. Fassier graduated from the Ensam University. He was also President of the Technical Commission of SNELAC from 2004 to 2010. After managing both Walibi Belgium and Bellewaerde as Director of the Belgian pole, in 2007 he became responsible for the Ile de France Pole, which consisted of Parc Asterix, Mer de Sable and Bagatelle.

Sandra Picard

Ms. Sandra Picard has been Communication Director and Member of the Executive Committee of Compagnie des Alpes SA since January 1, 2011. She has been with the Company since June 12, 2006. A graduate of Ecole Superieure de Commerce in Bordeaux, she served at Euro Disney SCA from 1996 and was appointed as Controller in 2000 before taking responsibility for Investor Relations. From June 2006 to October 2009, she was responsible for public relations and internal communication of the Company's Leisure Parks.

David Ponson

Mr. David Ponson serves at Compagnie des Alpes SA as Director of Ski Area Operations at Espace Killy and Group Ski Areas in the 3 Vallees, and Member of the Executive Committee since January 1, 2012. A graduate of Ecole Nationale Superieure d'Arts et Metiers de Paris, he joined the Company in 1996 as Technical Manager for Operation and Quality and Member of the Management Board of Societe des Telepheriques de l'Aiguille Rouge (STAG). From 1998 to 2002, he was Head of the Ski Lift and Slope Operation Department. In March 2002, he became Deputy Chief Executive Officer of SEVABEL, then was appointed Chief Executive Officer of SEVABEL and coordinator of 3 Vallees Meribel and SEVABEL.

Jean-Yves Barnavon

Mr. Jean-Yves Barnavon serves at Compagnie des Alpes SA as Director - Permanent Representative of Credit Agricole des Savoie since March 19, 2009. He is Member of company's Strategy Committee. He previously served as Member of the Supervisory Board - Permanent Representative of Credit Agricole des Savoie since January 17, 2006. Mr. Serge Bergamelli has been Director of Copagnie des Alpes SA since October 26, 2018. He is Member of company's Audit Committee. He has a DEA in contemporary history. He has previously held various positions in the Ministry of National Education and Youth and Sports (1984-1992) and served as Deputy Chief of Staff for the Secretary of State for Integration (1992-1993) before being appointed Regional Inspector-Regional Pedagogical Inspector (1994). He was site manager for the French Organizing Committee for the 1998 Football World Cup (1995-1998) and then became a partner/Vice-President of Ernst & Young Conseil/ Cap Gemini-Ernst & Young in 2000. He then joined the Caisse des Depots et Consignations Group, where he served as Regional Director for Midi-Pyrénées until 2011. He was then appointed Director General of the Regional Centre for Distance Learning (CNED) at the Ministry of National Education, Higher Education and Research, before returning to Caisse des Depots et Consignations in 2015, in the Investments and Local Development Department as Deputy Director. On 12 November 2018, he was appointed Auditor General of Caisse des Depots et Consignations.

Jean-Francois Blas

Mr. Jean-Francois Blas has served as Director - Representative of Sofival at Compagnie des Alpes SA since March 9, 2017. He previously served as Member of the Management Board and Deputy Chief Executive Officer - Ski Areas from October 25, 2007. Mr. Blas is a graduate of Hautes Etudes Commerciales. He began his career in the distribution of wines and spirits in the CASTEL group in Ivory Coast and continued it in France in the distribution of electronics. He joined the Societe des Telepheriques de Val-d’Isere in 1988 as Chief Executive Officer, then took part in the creation of Sofival, the Group’s parent holding company, in 1991, for which he became Chief Executive Officer in 1995. Sofival would take control of the ski areas of Avoriaz in 1997 and Valmorel in 1999 and of the company Rosiere in 2002. He was behind the Group’s initial diversification into financial activities, then in 2007, when STVI was sold to Compagnie des Alpes, he joined that company as Director of Ski Area Operations and a member of the Executive Committee. He left Compagnie des Alpes in May 2016 to assume the chairmanship of the Sofival group and became its Chairman and CEO in April 2017. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Sofival since 1985.

Maria Paublant

Ms. Maria Paublant has been Director - Representative of Banque Populaire Auvergne Rhone-Alpes at Compagnie des Alpes since November 8, 2017. She graduated from ESSEC in 1991. She began her career in London with Barclays before going to Warburg Dillon Read (UBS) in Paris. She spent a total of eight years in investment banking (Asset Securitisation, M&As, IPOs, Project Financing, etc.) in London and Paris. In 1999, after a new mission at Axa as senior stock manager, she moved to Boston and became a Business Developer at a US start-up. After returning to France in 2004, she became Head of Corporate Relations at CACIB in Lyon and oversaw a portfolio of existing clients (LBOs, syndicated financing, wholesale banking, bond issues, USPP). In 2008, she joined CIC group as Manager of Specialized Finance before becoming Regional Director and a member of the Bank’s Management Committee. She is responsible for the oversight and global management of the geographical region (Rhone) for business markets, professionals, the general public and private banking: 400 people, 144,000 customers. In September 2017, she joined the BPAURA as Director of Corporate and International Relations and a member of the Bank’s Management Committee.

Sophie Sasinka

Ms. Sophie Sasinka has been Director representing Employees at Compagnie Des Alpes since August 6, 2018. She holds a Master 2 Professionnel (former DESS) in Industrial Property Law from Universite Paris II Pantheon-Assas. She joined the Group in 2012, when she became Senior Legal Counsel for Business Law.

Francis Szpiner

Mr. Francis Szpiner has been Director of Compagnie des Alpes SA since March 19, 2009. Prior to that position, he worked at the Company as Member of the Supervisory Board from January 17, 2006. Benedicte Davy

Ms. Benedicte Davy has been Independent Director - Representative of Caisse d'Epargne Rhone-Alpes since January 29, 2018. She is graduate of Universite Paris Dauphine and London Sschool of Economics and Political Science. She has spent her entire career at the BPCE Group. She began her career in 2009 as Team Manager at the Group General Inspectorate at BPCE. In 2014, she was appointed Chief of Staff to the Chairman of the Management Board of CERA. Since October 2016, she has held the position of Director of Digital Banking at CERA.

Giorgio Frasca

He is also Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee and Member of the Strategy Commitee. He is a graduate of Ecole Nationale d'Administration, Universite Paris IX Dauphine and of Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris. He began his career at the General Inspectorate of Finance (1993-1997). Subsequently he became Deputy Secretary General of Economic and Financial Committee of the European Union (1997-1999) and Adviser for Industrial and Economic Affairs in the cabinet of European Commissioner for Trade at the European Commission (1999-2002). He was Associate Attorney in the Brussels office of Gide Loyrette Nouel (2007-2010). He joined the Prime Minister's Office as Assistant Director until 2010. He became Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Caisse des Depots as of May 1, 2010. In May 2013 he left Caisse des Depots to resume his work as a corporate lawyer at the law firm BDGS Associes, which he founded with three former partners from Gide. He is currently also Director of FNAC and Schneider Electric SA.

Carole Montillet

Ms. Carole Montillet has been Independent Director of Compagnie des Alpes SA since March 9, 2017. She holds a Baccalaureate and a State Certificate in Alpine Skiing from the Groupe Ecole superieure de commerce in Chambery (part of INSEEC). Carole Montillet was a professional skier until 2006, when she retired and took part as a race car driver in the Rallye des Gazelles in 2006 and also in the Dakar Rally in 2007. She was elected Mayoress of Correncon-en-Vercors in 2008. She was elected to the Regional Council on 13 December 2015 as the Sports Delegate.

Rachel Picard

Ms. Rachel Picard has been Independent Director at Compagnie des Alpes SA as of December 15, 2009 and is also Independent Member of the Company's Strategy Committee. A graduate of Hautes etudes commerciales (HEC), she has been Chief Executive Officer of Gare et Connexions (SNCF Group) since May 2012. From October 2011 until April 2012, she was Head of Thomas Cook France after having served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the French branch in charge of tour-operating. Before that, she worked at Voyages-sncf.com as Managing Director from January 2007 until September 2011, and Deputy Managing Director in charge of Marketing, Sales and Operations. From 2000 to 2002, Ms. Picard led Travel Editions Atlas and she was Head of Tour Operating Europe at Frantour from 1993 until 2000.
