Niall Cairns

Mr. Niall Charles Edgar Cairns is Executive Chairman of the Board of the company. he was Interim Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of the Company 26 February 2019. Mr Cairns is a Sydney based technology growth investor with a 25-year track record of value creation, restructuring, and exits in both listed and unlisted companies having assisted in driving the global growth of over 50 companies in sectors as diverse as digital media, Agtech, Medtech, consumer Internet, and SaaS based businesses. Niall is currently the Chairman of ComOps Limted and a non-executive director of Chant West Holdings and Tru-Test Limited.

Craig Cooper

Mr. Craig Cooper serves as Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director of the Company. Mr Cooper has founded multiple successful health, digital media, technology, and wellness businesses – and was also the co-founder of the telecommunications company Boost Mobile USA. He is recognised as a global expert and thought leader in mobile and wireless technology as well as digital health and med-tech-related businesses. His venture capital funds have raised over A$1 billion in capital and have funded some of the most significant global digital media, health and technology companies. Prior to relocating to Los Angeles, Mr Cooper was also the co-founder of NRG Asia-Pacific, the largest independent power producer in Australia with over A$5 billion in energy assets. Mr Cooper holds dual honours degrees in law and economics from the University of Sydney. He plans to divide his time between Sydney and Los Angeles, California.

Peter Manley

Mr. Peter Manley CPA BBus, ACIS., serves as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of AtCor Medical Holdings Limited. Peter was appointed to the position of company secretary in March 2005. He also holds the position of Chief Financial Officer. Before joining AtCor Medical Holdings Limited he was Company Secretary and CFO for Sirtex Medical Ltd, a publicly listed medical device company. Prior to this he has held financial positions in a variety of large Australian and foreign-owned corporations.

Ms. Rhonda Welch is Vice President of Global Marketing of the Company. Ms Welch has been appointed to lead the company’s marketing initiatives across a broad range of business and strategic initiatives in wearables, medical devices, telehealth, and patient and clinical education. Ms Welch is a highly experienced healthcare executive with over 20 years’ experience in the industry. She is the Founder and Principal of Welch Healthcare Consulting, LCC, which specialises in strategic marketing, market access, medical device reimbursement, and corporate communications. Previously she was Senior Director at The Aequitas Group, Director of Reimbursement and Health Policy as well as Marketing Director at Biosense Webster, Johnson & Johnson (JNJ: NYSE: US$370B) and held multiple positions at Baxter Healthcare (BAX: NYSE: US$39B). Ms Welch holds a Master’s of Economics from the University of Notre Dame and is a certified member of the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC).

Douglas Kurschinski

Mr. Douglas (Doug) Kurschinski is General Manager and Head of Global Sales of AtCor of CardieX's AtCor Medical Division of AtCor Medical Holdings Limited. He joined AtCor in April 2004, and is based in AtCor’s US office in Chicago. He was previously Director, Global Clinical Operations for Stereotaxis Inc and Director of Sales with Cardiac Pathways Corp. where he helped turn the company around from financial difficulty to a sale to Boston Scientific two years later. Doug had spent the previous nine years with Guidant Corporation and St Jude Medical including senior roles in clinical research, corporate development and new product launches. Doug has a BEng (Biomedical) from the University of Iowa and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Mr. Randall King Nelson has been appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company., effective 13 November 2015. He has more than 30 years' experience in the medical devices industry. He is currently President and CEO of Uptake Medical Corporation, a company focused on treatments for emphysema and lung cancer. Previously, he served as president and CEO of Kerberos Proximal Solutions, which was acquired by FoxHollow Technologies; and as president and CEO of VenPro, a heart valve business acquired by Medtronic. Prior to that, he spent 19 years with Baxter International and American Hospital Supply Corporation in roles of increasing responsibility that included division president for Dade Diagnostics, Bentley Labs, and Baxter’s Perfusion Services. Mr Nelson also served as chairman of Digirad Corporation (NASDAQ: DRAD) from 2003 to 2012
