Name Description

Christopher Lai

John Fieldly

Mr. John Fieldly has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, Interim President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company, effective May 5, 2017. He was named Chief Financial Officer of Celsius Holdings, Inc. in 2012. He brings nearly 20 years’ experience in business management and corporate financial leadership to his role where he oversees the company’s finance organization, including finance, accounting and reporting, tax, treasury, internal audit and investor relations. His expertise stems from a strong background in financial modeling, methodologies that drive sales, revenue and growth with national retail outlets, big box stores, regional chains, food service, Amazon and other e-tailers. Prior to joining Celsius Holdings in 2012, Fieldly worked with Oragenics, Inc. (OGEN), specifically designed to enhance oral health for humans and pets. There, Fieldly held responsibility over all aspects of Oragenic’s finance functions, including controllership financial planning and reporting, analysis, tax, treasury, audit, and investor relations. He also led the consolidation of various systems reporting on sales, margin and inventory performance that were adopted by the entire organization. Building upon his consumer and retailer experience, Mr. Fieldly has previously held the trade leadership role of managing five business units at Lebhar-Friedman – the B2B leading media and marketing company servicing the retail industry, foodservice, healthcare, and targeted consumer markets for more than 90 years. He began his career in retail within the food/drug/mass (FDM) channel through various leadership roles with the Eckerd Corporation. His work included sales training, merchandising, impulse sales strategy and quality control. Fieldly supported the acquisition to CVS in 2004. At the time, Eckerd had more than 2,800 stores nationwide. Mr. Fieldly is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida and a graduate of University of South Florida, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Janice Haley

Ms. Janice H. Haley is the Vice President of Marketing Communications of Celsius Holdings, Inc. Ms. Haley has been with the company since its inception and has held positions as Vice President of Marketing and Vice President of Strategic Accounts and Business Development. Ms. Haley has over 25 years management including the software technology industry in enterprise applications and manufacturing industries specializing in business strategy, sales and marketing. From 1999 to 2001 she was Director of Corporate Communications of MAPICS. From 1997 to 1999 she worked as Vice President of Marketing of Pivotpoint. Ms. Haley holds a BSBA in Marketing from University of Florida.

Darren Hopkins

Mr. Darren Hopkins is Vice President - Marketing of the company. Hopkins joined Celsius in November 2013 as Vice President of Marketing. He is a seasoned consumer packaged goods marketer with experience in both brand management at top-tier CPG companies including General Mills, Campbell's (V8, V8 Splash), Rexall Sundown (Met Rx, Pure Protein) and Unilever (Slim Fast) as well as marketing strategy consulting for blue chip companies including Kraft Foods, Colgate, Miller Brewing Company, Taco Bell and PepsiCo. Darren has a proven track record of success in each stage of the marketing journey, from platform development to product commercialization. His strength is in understanding the drivers of consumer behavior and the underserved need that can be leveraged to give brands market advantage. Darren's marketing leadership specializes in using communication or product innovation to influence choice and create growth.

Nicholas Castaldo

Mr. Nick Castaldo has been appointed as Director of Celsius Holdings, Inc., effective April 15, 2013. Mr. Castaldo has also held executive positions at a number of corporations. He was President of Pollo Tropical, a Miami-based quick casual restaurant chain. Prior to that he was Vice President of Marketing of Denny's, Inc., America's family restaurant chain and the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at S&A Restaurant Corp., which included the Bennigan's and Steak and Ale restaurant companies. Mr. Castaldo holds a B.S in Marketing from St. John's University and an M.B.A from Harvard University.

Kathleen Dwyer

Ms. Kathleen M. Dwyer has been appointed as Director of Celsius Holdings, Inc., effective April 15, 2013. She is a seasoned Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) executive with 25 years of increasing responsibility across finance, strategy, and accounting roles. Before retiring in 2010 after a 21-year career at PepsiCo and Pepsi Bottling Group (PBG), Ms. Dwyer held the role of Vice-President of Strategy, reporting to the Chairman and CEO. In that role, Ms. Dwyer worked with the company's operating presidents in the U.S., Mexico and Europe on multi-year strategic plans focused on driving growth in existing businesses and recommending new business opportunities. Prior to that, Ms. Dwyer held positions at PBG's corporate headquarters including Vice President, U.S. Planning and Vice-President, Worldwide Performance Management. Ms. Dwyer began her career at Pepsi in the field accounting group and after several rapid promotions led the finance function for Pepsi's western division, a $1.3B business unit in Pleasanton, California. Ms. Dwyer holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University.

Kevin Harrington

Mr. Kevin Harrington has been appointed as Director of Celsius Holdings, Inc., effective April 15, 2013. Mr. Harrington founded Quantum International, Ltd. in the mid 1980s, which merged into National Media Corporation in 1991. Under his leadership as President, National Media reached $500 million in annual sales, distributing in over 100 countries and 20 languages. This company's success has been chronicled in a case study at Harvard/MIT called "The Rise, the Fall and the Rise of Quantum International," by which students have been taught over 12 years what it means to be a grassroots entrepreneur in a fiercely competitive industry. Kevin was also CEO of several other entrepreneurial companies including HSN Direct, a joint venture with Home Shopping Network, in 1994 and Reliant International Media in 1997. He is also proud to have founded two of the most important global networking associations, the Entrepreneur's Organization and the Electronic Retailing Association.

James Cast

Mr. James R. Cast is a Independent Director of Celsius Holdings, Inc., since January 2007. Mr. Cast is a certified public accountant and is the owner of an Accounting firm in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, which specializes in tax and business consulting. Prior to forming his firm in 1994, Mr. Cast was senior tax Partner-in-Charge of KPMG Peat Marwick’s South Florida tax practice. During his 22 years at KPMG Peat Marwick he also served the South Florida coordinator for all mergers, acquisitions, and business valuations. He is a member of AICPA and FICPA. He currently is a member of the board of directors of the Covenant House of Florida. He has a BA from Austin College and a MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Thomas Lynch

Mr. Thomas E. Lynch serves as a Independent Director of Celsius Holdings Inc., since November 2009. Mr. Lynch has been President of the Plastridge Insurance Agency, a local independent agency, since 1975. He has been a director of 1st United Bank since 2004 and on the Board of Governors for Citizens Property & Casualty Insurance since February 2010. He is also on the board of many charitable organizations and has served as an elected official for many government entities over the past twenty years. Mr. Lynch is a graduate of Loyola University in Chicago. He received his CPCU degree in 1978 from the American Institute for Property & Liability Underwriters.

William Milmoe

Mr. William H. Milmoe has been a Independent Director of Celsius Holdings, Inc. since August 2008. Since January 2006, Mr. Milmoe has served as President and Chief Financial Officer of CDS International Holdings, Inc., a private investment firm. From 1997 to January 2006, he was CDS International Holdings, Inc.’s Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Mr. Milmoe is a certified public accountant with over 40 years of broad business experience in both public accounting and private industry. His financial career has included positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers, General Cinema Corporation, an independent bottler of Pepsi Cola products and movie exhibitor. Mr. Milmoe is member of both the Florida and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Christian Nast

Mr. Christian A. Nast is a Independent Director of Celsius Holdings, Inc. since January 2010. Mr. Nast was CEO of Rexall Sundown, a publicly-held manufacturer of vitamins and supplements, from 1997 until his retirement in 2000.From 1995 to 1997, Mr. Nast was Rexall Sundown’s President and COO. Mr. Nast was executive vice president for Colgate North America from 1989 until 1995. Mr. Nast was a director of QEP Co. Inc. from 1998 to July 2006 and of The Tilton School from 2002 until May of 2007. He earned a BA in Economics from Bates College and an MBA from New York University.
