Name Description

Fabio Cerchiai

Dr. Fabio Cerchiai has served Independent Chairman of the Board at Cerved Group S.p.A. since March 25. 2014. In his career, he served at Gruppo Generali on various posts, and served as Chairman of INA Assitalia from 2000 to 2003. He graduated in Business Economics from Universita degli Studi di Roma in 1966. He has been a member of the Italian Academy of Business Administration since 2001. He began his career in the insurance industry where he held various positions until his appointment as chief executive officer and vice chairman of Assicurazioni Generali. Mr. Cerchiai has been a member of the boards of directors of several companies in the Generali Group in Italy and abroad and the President of INA Assitalia from 2000 to 2003. Since 2005 he also serves as vice president of Diplomatia. Mr. Cerchiai was the president of ANIA - National Association of Insurance Companies from 2002 to 2011 and president of the Foundation Permanent Forum ANIA Consumers from 2007 to 2011. Mr. Cerchiai was also the president of the ANIA Foundation for Road Safety from 2004 to 2008 and Chairman of Meliorbanca from 2004 to 2009. In addition, Mr. Cerchiai acted as president and later vice president of the Federation of Banks, Insurance and Finance from 2008 to 2011. He is the general representative in the executive board of the Union of Industrialists and Business of Rome, Frosinone, Rieti, Viterbo since 2010 and member of the general council and the executive committee of the Association of Italian Joint Stock Companies, ASSONIME. Since 2011, Mr. Cerchiai is adjunct professor at the Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan- Faculty of Banking, Finance and Insurance.

Marco Nespolo

Mr. Marco Nespolo has served is Chief Executive Officer at Cerved Information Solutions S.p.A. since May 3, 2016. He served at Citibank, Bain & Company, TeamSystem S.p.A., Lince S.p.A., Ideal Standard, Cerved Group S.p.A and Styron, among others. Since July 2013 he is Operations Director at Cerved Group S.p.A. He graduated from Universita Commerciale Luigi Bocconi di Milano. After having worked as a financial analyst at Citibank in Milan, he joined Bain & Company, where he worked between 1998 and 2005 and where reached the position of senior manager and served major customers in the Automotive, Pulp&Paper, Sportswear, Fashion & Luxury divisions. Subsequently, he joined Bain Capital in London where, as an operating partner, he was responsible for following all development activities and post-acquisition value creation in portfolio companies both in Europe and globally. In this role, he followed TeamSystem S.p.A. (Pesaro), Lince S.p.A. (Milan), FCI (Paris), Ideal Standard (Brussels) (where he served as a director between 2007 and 2009, as well as managing director for Southern Europe in 2008), Cerved Group S.p.A (where he was vice president until the sale by Bain Capital in February 2013), Styron (Philadelphia, Zurich) and Atento (Madrid, Latin America).

Gianandrea De Bernardis

Mr. Gianandrea De Bernardis has served as Executive Vice Chairman at Cerved Group S.p.A. since May 3, 2016. He was Chief Executive Officer, Director at the firm until May 3, 2016. He served at AT&T Bell Laboratories, e Wang Laboratories Intecom Inc, Saras S.p.A., The Boston Consulting Group, TeamSystem S.p.A., and AMPS S.p.A, among others. He graduated from Politecnico di Milano and holds Masters of Business Administration from SDA BOCCONI University.

Giovanni Sartor

Mr. Giovanni Sartor serves as Chief Financial Officer, Financial Reporting Officer of Cerved Group S.p.A. He is currently Head of Administration and Audit at Cerved Group S.p.A. He has over 30 years of professional experience obtained with a number of well-known companies in Italy, Europe and the USA. His most roles included his work at Nylstar SpA from 1994 to 1999, where he initially acted as Chief Financial Officer, then IT Director, and finally VP Supply Chain and IT Director. In 1999 he moved to the USA and worked for CEO Nylstar Inc. until 2002. Returning to Italy, he acted as Chief Financial Officer and Head of IT Systems for the Seves Group, based in Florence. In 2009 he joined the Cerved Group as Head of the Finance, Administration and Audit division. He gained a degree in Statistics from the University of Padua then an MBA from ENI University.

Andrea Mignanelli

Mr. Andrea Mignanelli serves as CEO of Cerved Credit Management Group and Director of Cerved Group S.p.A. He is the founder and CEO of Cerved Credit Management Group. The company specializes in the management of a wide range of non-performing loans and assets. Under his leadership, the company became part of the Cerved Group S.p.A. in 2011, strengthening its offer in the credit risk management sector. Before founding Cerved Credit Management Group in 2005, Mignanelli was a partner at McKinsey & Co., where he was responsible for Credit Risk Management Practice in Europe. From 1994 to 1997 he worked as a financial analyst at General Electric’s offices in London, New York and Rio de Janeiro. A graduate in Business and Economics from Universita Bocconi in 1993, Mignanelli completed his education by earning a Masters in Business Administration from INSEAD, France, in 1998.

Paolo Chiaverini

Mr. Paolo Chiaverini has served as Chief Operating Officer of Cerved Group S.p.A. since July 2016. He starts his professional career at Uniliver in Milan. He then moves to Hong Kong where he works for Falck Group from 1994 to 1996. From 1996 till 2001 he works for multinational corporations such as Candy and Vodafone where he is responsible for e-commerce and digital channels. From 2002 Paolo joins UniCredit Group in Milan. He covers the positions of CEO of i-Faber and Group Chief Purchasing Officer. From 2001 he is nominated Head of Business Line Commercial Banking serving 4 European countries. He graduated in Economy and Business Management at Universita Bocconi in 1993 and he holds a Masters degree at the Hong Kong University.

Sabrina Delle Curti

Adv. Sabrina Delle Curti has served as General Counsel, Director at Cerved Information Solutions S.p.A. since September 22, 2015. She started her professional career at Bonelli Erede Pappalardo, an Italian law firm, where she mainly dealt with M&A operations in various industrial sectors and, as well as, she developed a specific expertise in the field of capital markets. In 2005 she was admitted to the bar at the Court of Appeals of Venice. In 2008 she decided to carry on her professional career accepting a role as "in house" with Sopaf S.p.A., where she has been able to consolidate her capabilities and skills in the field of M&A, both domestic and cross-border, and of IPOs. In 2011 she was appointed as General Counsel of Green Hunter S.p.A., a company operating in the business of renewable energies, where she has also held the position of Secretary of the Green Hunter S.p.A.'s Board of Directors and of its numerous subsidiaries. In July 2015 she was appointed as General Counsel of Cerved Group and responsible for legal and company affairs and, in August 2016, responsible for the Institutional Affairs of the Group. In September 2015 she was also appointed as member of the Board of Director of Cerved Information Solutions S.p.A. where she furthermore holds the position of Secretary of the Board of Directors. Involved in social issues, she started a collaboration with Fondazione Doppia Difesa ONLUS, established by Ms Giulia Bongiorno and Ms Michelle Hunziker, which offers support to women who are victims to violence, abuse and discrimination. For many years she collaborated with the Department of Private Law, Faculty of Economics - University of Milan Bicocca under Prof. Franceschelli's supervision. She holds a magna cum laude degree in Law from the Universita degli Studi di Parma in 2001.

Roberto Mancini

Mr. Roberto Mancini has served as General Manager Sales, Director at Cerved Group S.p.A. since April 29, 2016. After starting his career as a management consultant, in 1998 he joined Value Partners as manager in charge of organisation, strategy and finance projects. In 2001 he became Assistant to the General Manager of Wind Telecomunicazioni, and later took on the position of Area Director for the Central Region with the same company. In this role, he was responsible for all sales channels and for the technological network. Subsequently appointed Outbound Manager (Outbound Consumer Channel), he developed a number of projects, contributing to a growth of over 20% of the Central Region's sales area and a 30% increase in sales closed by the telemarketing channel, in just three months. In April 2004 he joined BT Italia, where he stayed 6 years, ultimately as Enterprise Director: in this position, he coordinated and managed commercial networks aimed at consumer and business clients. He subsequently took on responsibility for all sales channels and was appointed Managing Director of the company I Net acquired by BT Italia. During his career he has also been involved with marketing and customer services. In October 2010 he co-founded Ener20, the Italian photovoltaic company with the highest number of installations. He holds a degree in Business Economics and Commerce from the Universita degli Studi di Napoli Federico II.

Monica Magri

Ms. Monica Magri has served as Human Resources Director of Cerved Group S.p.A. since September 2016. Before joining Cerved Group she was Head of Human Resources Europe at AllianzGI, where she worked closely with the Business to create a European holding as well as defining and implementing a new HR Strategy. In her role as Chair of the “Inclusion and Diversity” Committee she has been instrumental in the introduction of the EDGE strategy (the global business certification standard for gender equality) and the promoting of “Work Well” initiatives in multiple business units and countries. Before that she was Head of Human Resources Western Europe and International Distribution at Pioneer Investments (UniCredit Group). Monica has also been the Head of HR Management Services with Ferrero International, as well as the Director of Human Resources and Communication at SIFI Group (Pharmaceuticals). Monica has experience in running large-scale transformation programs, supporting CEO and Management Teams to improve their performance and their leadership culture during times of change. She has been a member, from the very beginning, of the Coaching Community at UniCredit where she has coached executives and talents of the group. Monica holds a Diploma in Ontological Coaching at Newfield Network US and she is a certified Executive Coach with Newfield Certified Coach as well as with ICF (International Coaching Federation). Monica holds a master degree in “Advanced European Studies in Administration and Politics” at the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium and a University Degree in Political Science. During her university studies Monica was engaged as professional ballet-dancer in the ballet corps at Massimo Bellini Opera House in Catania.

Pietro Masera

Mr. Pietro Masera has served as Director of Corporate Development & Investor Relations of Cerved Group S.p.A. since January 2014. He began his professional career in 1994 in the Corporate Banking division of Union Bank of Switzerland in Zurich, and then moved on to UBS’s Mergers & Acquisitions division in London. In 1998, Mr Masera moved to BT Wolfensohn, which was subsequently merged into Deutsche Bank, where he continued his career in M&A. In 2001, he returned to his native city, entering the private equity sector at the Milan office of CVC Capital Partners. He has a degree in Economics and Trade from Universita degli Studi di Bergamo.

Roberto D'Ascanio

Mr. Roberto D'Ascanio serves as Financial Institutions Director of Cerved Group S.p.A. His first professional role was as an Account Executive at Addressvit Srl in 1986. In 1989 he moved to Cerved S.p.A., initially as a commercial operative, progressing to roles of increasing responsibility in the Commercial department, until he became Sales Director in 2001, coordinating the activity of 3 divisional heads, 32 direct reports and around 60 agents. Following the formation of Cerved Group S.p.A. in September 2009, he became Head of the Banks business unit, moving to the role of Head of Financial Institutions in July 2013. He gained a degree in Political Science with Law from the University of Milan.

Alessandro Geraldi

Mr. Alessandro Geraldi has acted as New Business & Advisory Director of Cerved Group S.p.A. since 2017. He previously worked for 10 years as a partner of Bain & Company. He was in charge of strategy, restructuring, M&A, performance improvement and digital innovation for the main Italian and foreign companies operating in the financial sector. From 2002 to 2007 he worked at Banca di Roma (now Unicredit) with a focus on retail innovation. Beforehand, he worked as strategic consultant at Accenture and BGP management consulting. Alessandro has an Economics degree, earned with honors at Universita Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan.

Valerio Momoni

Mr. Valerio Momoni serves as Marketing, Product & Business Development Director of Cerved Group S.p.A. Before entering the Cerved Group, he worked as a manager at the McKinsey group in 2003, overseeing strategic projects for companies in various sectors and geographical areas. From 2001 to 2003 he worked as a Senior Analyst for Deloitte Consulting with a focus on hedge funds, gaining experience in the asset management sector. In September 2011 he took on the role of Head of Corporate Development at Cerved Group, and he has been the Head of Marketing & Product Development since July 2013. He obtained a degree in Business Administration from the Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome, then an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Mara Caverni

Ms. Mara Anna Rita Caverni has served Independent Director at Cerved Group S.p.A. Between 1994 and 1996, she served as Chief Financial Officer at one multi-national company. In 1999, she became Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers until 2011, in 2003 she assumed the position of Head of European Operations Private Equity (until 2005), and subsequently she served as Head of Italian Private Equity from 2005 until 2011. In 2012, she founded New Deal Advisors SpA. She holds a degree in economics and finance from Universita Commerciale Luigi Bocconi di Milano.

Marco Fumagalli

Mr. Marco Maria Fumagalli has served as Independent Director at Cerved Group S.p.A. since April 29, 2016. He graduated in Business and Economics and Commerce with a first from Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milano in 1987. After several years in the Accounting and Finance departments of multinational corporations, from 1993 to 2002, he was a manager of the Italian Securities and Exchange Commission (Consob) in charge of listed companies’ filings supervision. From 2002 to 2015, he worked at Centrobanca S.p.A. as Head of Capital Markets. Since 1993, Mr. Fumagalli has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and in 1995, joined the Register of Legal Auditors. He has lectured on Financial Market Techniques at Carlo Cattaneo LIUC University in Castellanza since 2003. Mr. Fumagalli has been Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors April 2015.

Valentina Montanari

Ms. Valentina Montanari has served as Independent Director at Cerved Group S.p.A. since April 29, 2016. She has been appointed as Head of Finance and Control of Gruppo 24 ORE since 1st October 2013. She covered the role of CFO in Gefran, company in the field of industrial automation and listed in the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana, from July 2012 to 2013. She also worked as Head of the Administration and Tax department in Gruppo RCS from 2003 to 2012, with the last two years spent as CFO of Dada (Gruppo RCS). She holds a degree in Business Economics from the Universita degli Studi di Pavia, and earned a Masters of Business Administration from SDA BOCCONI University.

Aurelio Regina

Mr. Aurelio Regina serves as Independent Director at Cerved Group S.p.A. He is Chairman and Shareholder of Manifatture Sigaro Toscano and Partner Egon Zehnder International. In his career, he served at Procter & Gamble Italia, as Director Corporate Affairs at Philip Morris Companies, Managing Director at Philip Morris Corporate Services Inc. and Managing Director at Philip Morris srl. Between 2008 and 2012 he was Chairman at Unindustria. He was Managing Director at British American Tobacco Italia, served at Sistemi & Automazione S.p.A. and Sviluppo Italia S.p.A as well as at Sole 24 Ore and Valentino Fashion Group. From 2011 to 2013 he was Chairman of Credit Suisse Italy S.p.A. He graduated from Luiss Guido Carli Libera Universita Internazionale degli Studi Sociali.

Simona Elena Pesce

Ms. Simona Elena Pesce has acted as Non-Executive Independent Director of Cerved Group S.p.A. since June 24, 2018. With a degree in Political Sciences and in Law, she has over 20 years of experience in developing and implementing global corporate governance and/or compliance models in highly regulated environments, as well as establishing and fostering relationships with stakeholders and regulators.
