Name Description

Felix Weber

Dr. Felix A. Weber has been Non-Executive Chairman of the Board at Cembra Money Bank AG since August 22, 2013. He was also Member of the Compensation and Nomination Committee at the Company. Since 2014 he has been Partner in the private investment firm BLR & Partners AG. From 2013 to 2016 he was Senior Advisor and Managing Director Investment Banking at Nomura Bank (Switzerland) Ltd (Zurich, Switzerland). From 2008 to 2013, Dr. Weber served as co-chairman of the management board of Nomura Bank (Switzerland) Ltd (Zurich, Switzerland). From 2006 to 2008, he was Managing Director of Investment Banking at Lehman Brothers Finance AG (Zurich, Switzerland) and from 1998 to 2004, he held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Adecco SA (Cheseraux, Switzerland) in Redwood City (USA) and Zurich (Switzerland). Previously, Dr. Weber was a partner of the Zurich Branch of McKinsey & Company (Zurich, Switzerland) and CEO of the South African Branch of the former Schweizerische Aluminium AG Group (headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland). Dr. Weber began his career at Brown, Boveri & Cie (Baden, Switzerland), and now part of the ABB Group. Since 2017 he has been Vice-Chairman at Climatex AG (Altendorf, Switzerland) and since 2013 a Board Member at BLR & Partners AG (Thalwil, Switzerland). He holds a diploma and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen.

Robert Oudmayer

Mr. Robert Oudmayer has been Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Management Board at Cembra Money Bank AG (formerly GE Money Bank AG) since May 2009. Between 2005 and 2009 he was Chief Executive Officer of GE Money Portugal, from 2003 to 2005 he was P&L Leader Auto & Retail of GE Money Bank (Switzerland), from 2001 to 2003 he acted as Managing Director TIP and GE Capital Rail Services, from 1999 to 2001 he held multiple roles at TIP Trailer Services, including Chief Operating Officer, Operations & Quality Director Europe and Managing Director Benelux, among others. Mr. Oudmayer is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank’s subsidiaries Swissbilling SA and EFL Autoleasing AG. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Hotel School The Hague, Hospitality Business School.

Simonis Tellings

Mr. Simonis Maria Hubertus (Ben) Tellings has been Non-Executive Vice Chairman of the Board of Cembra Money Bank AG since April 1, 2017. He was Non-Executive Director from April 27, 2016. (part of ING group in the Netherlands) and from 1985 to 1990 he was Account Manager, RVS Verzekeringen N.V. (part of ING group in the Netherlands). Since 2017 he has been Chairman of the Investment Board of Universal Invest (Frankfurt, Germany) and since 2010 Member of the “Kuratorium” Deutsche National Stiftung (Hamburg, Germany).

Remy Schimmel

Mr. Remy Schimmel has been Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Management Board at Cembra Money Bank AG since August 1, 2016. From July 2010, he has held different key roles for Royal Bank of Scotland, from August 2014 as CFO of Coutts & Co Ltd in Zurich, among others. He has wide-ranging experience in financial and risk management. Before joining Royal Bank of Scotland, he held positions with Lloyds Banking Group, General Electric and Kimberly-Clark in London (UK) and in Europe. He holds a Master in Law and a Doctorate in Law (Dr. iur.) both from the University of Zurich.

Peter Athanas

Prof. Dr. Peter Athanas has been Non-Executive Director of Cembra Money Bank AG since January 1, 2014. He is Chairman of the Company's Audit and Risk Committee. Prof. Dr. Athanas has served as a professor for national and international tax law and tax accounting at the University of St. Gallen since 1999. From 2014 to 2015 Prof. Dr. Athanas held the position of Senior Executive Vice President Corporate Development and Chairman of the audit expert group of Schindler Holding AG (Hergiswil, Switzerland), a company listed on SIX. Prof. Dr. Athanas joined Schindler Holding AG in 2009, first serving as a consultant to its executive committee (2009–2010), and thereafter as a member of its executive committee and board of directors (2010–2013). Since 2008, Prof. Dr. Athanas has also served as curator of Werner Siemens Foundation (Zug, Switzerland). Prior to his time at Schindler Holding AG, Prof. Dr. Athanas held various positions at Ernst & Young, including the position as Chief Executive Officer of Ernst & Young Switzerland (2004–2008), Vice Chairman of the Central Area of Ernst & Young Global (2007–2008), Member of the global Executive Board of Ernst & Young Global (2005–2008), and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ernst & Young Switzerland (2002–2004). Mr. Urs Daniel Baumann has been Non-Executive Director of Cembra Money Bank AG since May 13, 2014. He is Chairperson of the Compensation and Nomination Committee at the Company. Since 2017 she has been Board Director of Homeserve plc (Walsall, UK), since 2015 Board Member of ABTA and member of the Risk Committee (formerly Association of British Travel Agents) (London, UK) and since 2012 Board Member and Chair of the Credit and Operational Risk Committee at Shop Direct Finance Company Ltd (Liverpool, UK). She holds a Master’s degree in Archaeology and Anthropology from the New Hall Cambridge University, UK.

Monica Maechler

Dr. Monica Maechler has been Non-Executive Director at Cembra Money Bank AG since April 29, 2015. She is also Member of the Audit and Risk Committee at the Company. She was Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of the integrated Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA), Chair of the Technical Committee of the International Association of Insurance Supervisors (IAIS), Director of the Swiss Federal Office of Private Insurance and held key positions at Zurich Insurance Group (Zurich, Switzerland): Corporate Legal Advisor (1990-1998), Group General Counsel (from 1999 on) and Member of the Group Management Board (from 2001 on). She was also Attorney at Law at De Capitani & Kronauer. Since 2017 she has been Member of the Board of the Europa Institut at the University of Zurich (Zurich, Switzerland), since 2014 Member of the Board of the “Stiftung fur schweizerische Rechtspflege” (Solothurn, Switzerland) and since 2013 Member of the Board of Directors of Zurich Insurance Group Ltd (Zurich, Switzerland) and Zurich Insurance Company Ltd (Zurich, Switzerland), whereby serving as member of the Audit Committee and the Risk and Investment Committee of the respective companies, among others. She earned her Doctorate in Law (Dr.iur) at the University of Zurich’s law school, was admitted to the Zurich bar and complemented her studies by attending programmes on UK, US and private international law.
