Name Description

Andrew Barron

Mr. Andrew M. Barron has been Independent Chairman of the Board of Com Hem Holding AB since May 5, 2014. He has been Director of the Company since December 2013. From 2008 to 2013 Mr. Barron held various posts at Virgin Media, latterly as Chief Operating Officer, and left when the company was sold to Liberty Global. He also served on the board of Virgin Unite, the pro bono venture for all Virgin companies. Prior to this, Mr. Barron was Chief Operating Officer of Modern Times Group, the international broadcasting group, and CEO of Chellomedia, the broadband and media division of UPC, now part of Liberty Global. Mr. Barron also served as Vice President of Walt Disney Europe, and as a management consultant with McKinsey & Co, primarily in telecoms. He is Board Member of Ocelot Partners Limited and Arris International Plc. He holds Bachelor’s degree in History and Management Studies from Trinity College, Cambridge University, and an MBA from Stanford University.

Anders Nilsson

Mr. Anders Nilsson has been Chief Executive Officer of Com Hem Holding AB since April 7, 2014 and Member of the Board of Directors at the Company since April 30, 2014. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President of Commerce & Services at Millicom, the international cellular company. Prior to joining Millicom, he worked within the MTG group of companies for 20 years. Within the MTG group, Mr. Nilsson held several executive positions and served, inter alia, as Executive Vice President of Central European Broadcasting, COO of MTG and CEO of MTG Sweden. In addition to having served as a member of the board of directors in several MTG companies, Mr. Nilsson has previously been a member of the board of directors of CDON Group, an e-commerce company that is listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. He has studies in Law from Lund University. His previous assignments/positions in the past five years include Chairman of the board of directors of Relevant Traffic Sweden AB, Relevant Traffic Europe AB, Gymgrossisten AB, Engine AB and FTV Prima Holding, a.s. Czech Republic and Member of the board of directors of CDON Group AB, MTG Holding AB, MTG Publishing AB, Investment Alsergrund AB, Mediainvest Holding AS Estonia, Agentsia Eva OOD Bulgaria, UAB Tele-3 Lithuania, TV3 Latvia SIA and LNT Latvia SIA, as well as Executive Vice President of Modern Times Group MTG AB and Executive Vice President of Millicom Services AB.

Mikael Larsson

Mr. Mikael Larsson has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of Com Hem Holding AB, effective as of May 1, 2015. He is also Chairman of the Board of Hittapunktse. He has experience from managing a publicly listed company. He was CFO of Investment AB Kinnevik from 2001 till 2015 and participated in transforming Kinnevik into a pure TMT focused investor. He was Group Controller at Thomas Cook Northern Europe and worked in audit and transaction advisory services at Arthur Andersen. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Uppsala University.

Jonas Lonnquist

Mr. Jonas Lonnquist has been Chief Executive Officer of Boxer TV-Access AB within Com Hem Holding AB since 2014. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics, Stockholm School of Economics. He was previously Deputy CEO and Country Manager Sweden for C More Entertainment AB. He also held various positions within MTG/ Viasat AB including head of distribution, sales and customer services.

Elisabeth Hellberg

Ms. Elisabeth Hellberg has served as Director of Human Resources of Com Hem Holding AB since September 2014. She previously was Senior Vice President Human Resources at Swedish Match and Head of HR and Recruitment at Modern Times Group MTG. She was also Controller at Bandit Communications (Lugna Favoriter and Bandit Radio). She studied International Business Administration at Uppsala Universitet.

James Lowther

Previously, he was CEO of Cabonline Group AB, CEO of Tele2 Sweden AB and Executive Vice President for Tele2 AB. Prior thereto Commercial Director at Tele2 Sverige AB and Sales Director at Viasat Broadcasting. He has held several management positions within Modern Times Group MTG AB. Previously, he served as Board member of Metro.

Eva Lindqvist

Ms. Eva Lindqvist has been Independent Director of Com Hem Holding AB since May 12, 2014. Ms. Eva Lindqvist currently holds positions on several boards in Swedish and international companies, including ASSA ABLOY AB (publ), SWECO AB (publ), Alimak Group AB (publ), Mr Green & Co AB, Kahr Holding AB (publ), Caverion Oy, Keller Group plc and Bodycote plc. She is elected member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences.
