Name Description

Jean-Baptiste Rudelle

Mr. Jean-Baptiste Rudelle is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He founded Criteo in 2005 and has driven its growth into a truly global organization with technology as its heart beat and its clients as its focus. Having transitioned his role from CEO to Executive Chairman in 2016, JB returned to the role of CEO in April 2018. A serial entrepreneur, in addition to a number of start-ups, JB also founded The Galion Project, a non-profit think tank that helps other entrepreneurs to grow faster.

Benoit Fouilland

Mr. Benoit Fouilland has been Chief Financial Officer at Criteo S.A., since March 2012. From September 2009 to March 2012, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region of SAP AG, a multinational software corporation. From April 2008 to September 2009, Mr. Fouilland was the Chief Financial Officer of Business Objects S.A., an enterprise software company which was acquired by SAP AG in 2007. From January 2006 to April 2008, Mr. Fouilland was Group Vice President, Finance at Business Objects S.A. Mr. Fouilland received a Masters in Business Administration degree from INSEAD, a Diplôme d’Études Supérieures Spécialisées degree in Financial Audit from Université Paris Dauphine and a Business degree from the ESLSCA Graduate School of Business in Paris.

Mike Peralta

Mr. Mike Peralta is Executive Vice President - Central Sales & Operations of the Company. Prior to his position at Criteo, Peralta was President and CEO of Audience Science where he oversaw all functional areas of the company, and serviced P&G's global advertising budget. Previously, he held numerous executive positions in the U.S., Europeand Asia, including roles as the CRO of MediaMath, COO of Magnetic, CRO of Tumri and an SVP at AOL and Advertising.com. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental and Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and has done graduate work in Management and Public Policy from New York University. In addition, Peralta was a member of IAB Leadership Board and serves as an advisory board member to a number of start-ups and VC funds.

Dan Teodosiu

Dr. Dan Teodosiu is Chief Technology Officer of the company. He joined Criteo in 2013 and leads all engineering and production. He has successfully scaled our world class R&D team enabling our successful IPO and has set the stage for long-term growth. Prior to Criteo, he worked at Google, Microsoft and Hewlett-Packard, and co-founded two companies in the Bay Area, one of which was acquired by Microsoft. He has an MS and PhD in Computer Science from Stanford University, and is an inventor on close to 50 patents.

Jonathan Opdyke

Mr. Jonathan Opdyke is Chief Strategy Officer of the Company. In 2016, Opdyke joined Criteo as President of Brand Solutions, as part of the HookLogic acquisition. Opdyke has played an instrumental role as part of the company's leadership team to develop a vision and strategy that supports an open and trusted ecosystem with no walls, which in turn creates an effective environment for collaboration, paving the path for Criteo's transformation to become the undisputed leader in commerce marketing. Prior to his roles at Criteo, Opdyke co-founded HookLogic in 2004, growing it to a global enterprise powering advertising programs across the internet's most recognized ecommerce sites. He also led internet strategy for Xerox Corporation and international operations for online ad pioneer, Beyond Interactive. He holds Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Industrial and Operations Engineering from theUniversity of MichiganTauber Institute for Global Operations.

Hubert de Pesquidoux

Mr. Hubert de Pesquidoux serves as Independent Director at Criteo S.A. Since October 2012, he has also served as an Executive Partner at Siris Capital, a private equity firm in the United States. Mr. de Pesquidoux currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Sequans Communications S.A., a semiconductor technology company, and Radisys Corporation, a wireless infrastructure company. From May 2011 to January 2012, Mr. de Pesquidoux served as the chairman of the board of Tekelec. From 1991 until December 2008, Mr. de Pesquidoux held various positions at the telecommunications company Alcatel-Lucent SA (and its predecessor, Alcatel S.A. and its affiliates), where he most recently served as Chief Financial Officer from November 2007 until December 2008 and President of the Enterprise Business Group from November 2006 until December 2008. Prior to those roles, he was a member of the Alcatel Executive Committee and President and Chief Executive Officer of Alcatel North America. Mr. de Pesquidoux received a Masters in Law from University of Nancy II, is a Graduate of Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris (Economics and Finance) and has a DESS in International Affairs from University of Paris Dauphine.

Dana Evan

Ms. Dana L. Evan, CPA, serves as Independent Director at Criteo S.A. Since July 2007, Ms. Evan has invested in and served on the boards of directors of companies in the internet, technology and media sectors. She currently serves on the board of directors of Fusion-io, Inc., a datacenter solutions company, and Proofpoint, Inc., a public security-as-a-service provider, as well as for several private companies in the technology sector. From 1996 until July. 2007, Ms. Evan served as Chief Financial Officer of VeriSign, Inc., a provider of intelligent infrastructure services for the internet and telecommunications networks. Previously, Ms. Evan worked as a financial consultant in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance or Corporate Controller over an eight-year period for various public and private companies and partnerships, including VeriSign, Inc., Delphi Bioventures, a venture capital firm, and Identix Incorporated, a multi-biometric technology company. Prior to serving as a financial consultant, Ms. Evan worked in a variety of positions at KPMG LLP. Ms. Evan is a certified public accountant (inactive) and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce with a concentration in Accounting and Finance from Santa Clara University.

Edmond Mesrobian

Mr. Edmond Mesrobian is appointed as Independent Director of the Company effective February 27, 2017. Mr. Mesrobian currently serves as Chief Technology Officer of Tesco PLC.

James Warner

Mr. James Warner serves as Independent Director at Criteo S.A. He has years of experiences as an executive officer in the media business and of advising companies in digital marketing and media. Through his 30-year career, he has led a digital agency, broadcast television network, magazine publisher and TV distribution business. Most recently, Mr. Warner built and led Razorfish (formerly Avenue A) in New York from 2000 to 2008. He also served in a senior role at aQuantive, parent company to Razorfish, from its inception through its sale to Microsoft in 2007. Before Razorfish, he held executive officer positions at Primedia and CBS.
