Name Description

B. V. R. Mohan Reddy

Dr. B. V. R. Mohan Reddy is Executive Chairman of the Board of the Company. Mohan Reddy founded Cyient in 1991, with the vision of providing engineering services to global markets. Since then, he has established the ‘Engineered in India’ brand, providing design engineering services to global industry leaders. He is also credited with pioneering the Computer-aided Design/Computer-aided Manufacturing (CAD/CAM) culture in India, introducing computer systems for design and manufacturing applications, as far back as 1982. He served as the Chairman of NASSCOM (National Association of Software & Service Companies) from 2015 to 2016, as Vice Chairman between 2014 and 2015, and as a member of the Executive Council, since 2003. He has also served as the Chairman of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Southern Region between 2008 and 2009. He is associated with the councils of various academic and industrial forums and has led several initiatives benefitting industrial companies. He was appointed Director on the Board of National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), and Member of Court of Governors of Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI). He was appointed as the Honorary Consul of the Federal Republic of Germany for the states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, and is also the Chairman of the Board of Governors of IIT, Hyderabad. Recently, he received the prestigious Padma Shri award, the fourth highest civilian honor from the Hon'ble President of India, for his contribution to Trade and Industry. He was also honored with the esteemed American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Leadership Award in 2011, for outstanding leadership in advancing the use of computers and information in engineering. It is the industry’s most prestigious global award for engineering, and he was the first Indian and the seventh recipient, globally. In recognition of his leadership in expanding the US-India trade partnerships, the US Department of Commerce presented him with a Certificate of Appreciation.

Ajay Aggarwal

Mr. Ajay Aggarwal is President, Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He joined Cyient as the Chief Financial Officer in March 2011. His areas of responsibility include corporate finance, financial planning, risk management, fund raising, business finance, corporate restructuring, international taxation, and mergers and acquisitions for the whole group. Ajay has extensive international experience spanning 27 years in financial management and commercial management of large multi-location, multi-product organizations. He is skilled in setting up startups with expertise in funding, banking, and strategic planning, business modeling, MIS, ERP implementations, capital budgeting, corporate finance, M&A, and restructuring. Before joining Cyient, Ajay was Chief Corporate Controller with Tata Chemicals. Prior to that, he was associated in various capacities with reputed organizations such as Reliance Industries, Kirby Building Systems, P T Polysindo, and J K Synthetics. Ajay is an FCS, FICWA, and holds an engineering degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, India. He completed the corporate finance program at Euromoney, UK.

Krishna Bodanapu

Mr. Krishna Bodanapu is Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, Director of Cyient Limited. He is a Graduate in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University, United States of America and has done his Masters in Business Administration from the Kellogg Business School, North Western University, United States of America. He has been with the Company since 2001. In August 2006 he was appointed as Vice President - Strategy and Business Development. Approval of the members and Central Government was then obtained to enable him draw a remuneration of Rs. 2,000,040 p.a. with a 15% hike thereon, year on year. In this role, Mr. Krishna Bodanapu had achievements to his credit, induding implementing a strategy on verticalization which put the company in a high growth path, propelled his business segment to a high trajectory and helped in building relationships with extremely reputed companies across the glKrishna initially joined Cyient as a Sales Manager for engineering services in Europe. He later moved to India, where he held dual roles of Marketing Manager, and Key Account Manager for the company's aerospace vertical, as Marketing Manager, he worked with several key aerospace customers and was an integral part of many successful customer engagements. As Key Account Manager, he was responsible for relationship building and account management for several primary customers in engineering services. Advancing into the role of Chief Operating Office, Krishna contributed significantly to Cyient's consistent growth in terms of revenue, margin, customer and associate satisfaction. Prior to Cyient, Krishna was with Altera Corporation, a leading semiconductor manufacturer in San Jose, California. He was responsible for the company's flagship product line, APEX. Krishna holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Purdue University and a master's degree in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management, at Northwestern University.obe.

B. Ashok Reddy

Mr. B. Ashok Reddy is President - Corporate Aff airs and Infrastructure of the Company. s the President of Corporate Affairs & Infrastructure, Ashok has the fiduciary responsibility of all the Cyient subsidiaries. As the Chairman of the subsidiaries, he maintains all government and industry body relationships. He is also responsible for the infrastructure, including new ways of deploying physical assets, significantly helping with efficiency. In his previous role, Ashok was the President of Human Resources & Corporate Affairs. Since joining Cyient, Ashok has specifically focused on defining organizational structures and identifying and developing future leaders. His diversified past experience includes personnel, human resources development, legal, factory administration, and government liaison positions. Before Cyient, Ashok was with Voltas Limited. He moved on from Management Trainee in a subsidiary to Chief Manager of HR for their home appliances business division, which employs more than 3,000 people. Mr. Reddy is a postgraduate in industrial relations and personnel management and also holds a bachelor's degree in law.

John Renard

Mr. John Patrick Renard is President - Utilities & Geospatial BU & President EMEA of the Company. He currently serves as President-EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) and also as Business Unit Head for Utilities and Geospatial. In this role, he is responsible for developing and growing Cyient's global utilities business, as well as maintaining Cyient's leadership position in Geospatial. In his previous role, he served as geography and sales head for the EMEA and India regions. Before that, he managed the worldwide business operations of the Utilities, Telecom, and Data Transformation, and Analytics business units. John first served as Managing Director of Infotech Enterprises Europe Ltd. He led the European operations for six years before transitioning to his current role. With more than 25 years of IT, geospatial, and data engineering experience, John now specializes in financial management, strategy, business leadership, and global outsourcing. Prior to Cyient, John ran his own consulting practice in France, working with companies such as Andersen Consulting, La Poste, and Total (oil and gas exploration and production). In this capacity, he engaged with clients to deliver decision support applications and data-driven analysis. John lives in London and has a Master's Degree in Geography and Management Studies from the University of Cambridge.

Prabhakar Atla

Mr. Prabhakar Atla is Senior Vice President - Rail Transportation Business Unit of the Company. In his current role, along with his team, he is responsible for articulation and realization of Cyient's goals towards enhancing operational and business performance of our clients in this segment. Prabhakar joined Cyient in 2004 and since then has handled multiple responsibilities in marketing, sales, relationship management, and industry strategy. In his 13 years at Cyient, he was instrumental in growing various client relationships, introducing new service offerings, and delivering excellence to the clients. Prabhakar is a graduate in engineering and holds a master's degree in business administration. He has over 20 years of experience in sales, product management, client relationship management, and business leadership. Prabhakar actively contributes to Cyient's Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. He also enjoys reading and traveling in his free time.

Katie Cook

Ms. Katie Cook is Senior Vice President - Industrial, Energy and Natural Resources Business Unit of the Company. Cook joined Cyient in 2010. She currently heads the Industrial and ENR business unit at Cyient. Prior to this, she led the North American sales and account management. In her previous role, she was responsible for revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction objectives for Cyient's North American operations. Prior to Cyient, Katie spent 16 years at IBM, where she guided clients in improving supply chain efficiency and customer experience. Katie worked closely with C-suite executives to develop strategic technology solutions for key IBM accounts. Katie received a bachelor's degree in both mathematics and education from the University of Idaho (USA).

Thomas Edwards

Mr. Thomas Edwards is Senior Vice President - UTC Account & President - North America of the Company. Tom joined Cyient in 2010, assuming the responsibility of sales and relationships for our largest customer, United Technologies Corporation. In 2013, Tom was named President of Cyient North America, where he maintains the responsibility of UTC for Cyient's North American operations. Prior to Cyient, Tom had a 26-year sales career at IBM, where he rose to Global Channel Sales Leader in the system technology division, responsible for innovative programs designed to accelerate the sale of complex data storage systems through IBM's industry resellers. Tom graduated from Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY, with degrees in management and marketing. He now serves on the Town of New Fairfield Board of Finance – an elected position in New Fairfield, Connecticut.

N. Joseph

Mr. N. J. Joseph is Senior Vice President - Corporate Strategy and Marketing of the Company. He joined Cyient in early 1998. He currently heads the Corporate Strategy and Marketing functions. Corporate Strategy supports the development and execution of Cyient's S3 strategy across focus industry verticals. Marketing includes influencer relationships, brand management, corporate communications, key account planning, and client engagement initiatives. He also plays an active role in assessing opportunities for inorganic growth and post-merger integration. Prior to this role, Joseph was the Strategy Head for the networks, operations, and data transformation businesses. In his first decade at Cyient, Joseph was closely involved in the growth of its geospatial business, managed relationships and converted them into key accounts, supported brand building, and ran global marketing. He then led the company's European operations for four years. Joseph has also played an active role in the acquisition and integration of businesses in Europe, the US, and India. Prior to Cyient, Joseph was in technical and sales roles with OMC Computers and Soudronic India. He has a bachelor's degree in electronics and communication engineering from the University of Kerala.

Sanjay Krishnaa

Mr. Sanjay Krishnaa is Senior Vice President - Communications BU & President - APAC of the Company. Mr. Krishnaa currently serves as the President for Asia-Pacific region and Global Business Unit Head for Communications. In this role, he has the responsibility of growing communications business globally and creating a robust and differentiated portfolio of offerings for our clients. As the President, Sanjay is in charge of building the required ecosystem so that the business can deliver its commitments in the APAC region. He is also responsible for representing Cyient at various forums in the geography. He serves as the Senior Cyient Executive in the region and has the fiduciary responsibility for our subsidiaries and their dealings, including people, compliance, and contracts. Sanjay has over 19 years of international business experience and has played several key roles in developing business successfully in the key and emerging markets for Cyient. Sanjay is on the advisory board of Deakin School of Engineering, Australia and is also an esteemed member of Engineers Australia. He has been awarded a Fellowship for his contribution in the field of engineering. In the past, he has held offices as Director of Geospatial Informational Technology Association (GITA, ANZ). Sanjay is a commerce graduate and has a degree in international marketing from the Indian Institute of Management (Bangalore, India). He has also studied strategic thinking and action at the Melbourne Business School.

Sunil Makkena

Mr. Sunil Kumar Makkena is Senior Vice President - Utilities and Geospatial Business Unit of the Company. Sunil Kumar Makkena was one of the first three associates of Cyient Ltd. since its inception in 1991. He currently heads the utilities and geospatial business units. In his previous role, he was responsible for managing global delivery operations of Cyient's Data Transformation and Network & Operations (DNO) delivery unit consisting of five verticals – Utilities, Communications, Transportation & Navigation, Energy & Natural Resources, and Content & Geospatial Services. Sunil has over 27 years of collective experience and during his 22 years at Cyient, Sunil executed and led various general management functions across operations and delivery, business development, marketing, and account management, including the integration of a captive unit. He has been a part of the core team that enabled Cyient's growth from 10 employees to more than 12,500 employees across 38 global locations. Being a highly process-oriented individual, Sunil is passionate about excellence in process delivery and customer delight and has been effectively implementing and adhering to international standards in regards to ISO 9001, ISO 27001 (information security), TL9000 (telecom QMS) and CMMI (capability maturity model) in his domain. Additionally, he is a forerunner in deploying and institutionalizing organization-wide initiatives such as the BESt operating system (business excellence and standardization). Sunil holds a bachelor's of technology in engineering and communications from Andhra University and completed an executive management program in business management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode (IIM K).

P. N. S. V. Narasimham

Mr. P. N. S. V. Narasimham is the Senior Vice President, Global Head - Human Resources of the Company. He currently heads the Global Human Resources at Cyient. In this role, he is responsible for talent acquisition, management, and development processes, across all Cyient businesses. Nam has extensive experience of over 25 years in establishing, growing, and stabilizing human resources functions in large organizations. His experience encompasses employment and engagement practices in Asia, Europe, and North America. In his previous role, he served as the Chief People Officer and Executive Vice President at Microland Limited. There he was responsible for managing the overall HR, recruitment, training and development functions. Nam has also worked in operational and strategic roles at Hewlett-Packard, Motorola and Arvind Mills, and was instrumental in establishing and running the UBS India Service Center as their Executive Director and Head of HR; and later as their Chief Operating Officer. He brings with him a unique experience of working in the manufacturing, service and technology sectors. Nam has also been a part of several advisory and working groups of industry and government and is an active researcher in the sociology of work relating to areas of human capital and skill development. As an adjunct faculty in several management institutes, he is passionate about teaching and working with the new generation of emerging managers. Nam holds an MBA degree in Human Resources.

Suman Narayan

Mr. Suman Narayan is Senior Vice President - Semiconductor, IoT and Analytics Business Unit of the Company. Narayan heads the Semiconductor, IoT and Analytics business units at Cyient. In his current role, he is responsible for shaping and executing the Semiconductor business strategy, while growing key client relationships. Suman has over 20 years of experience in the high-tech electronics and semiconductor industry and has served in various leadership roles at ON (Fairchild) Semiconductor and Texas Instruments. In his last role at ON Semiconductor, he served as the vice president and general manager of the company’s P&L for the Intelligent Power Module business unit, growing cloud servers, and high-performance computing. Prior to that, he was with Texas Instruments for more than 18 years, where he was instrumental in incubating and launching the Motor Driver business for the Analog vertical. He was also responsible for growing revenue and profit for P&L for the Embedded Processor business based on ARM® and Digital Signal Processors (DSP) ICs, Embedded Software for IoT, video streaming, and automotive applications. Suman has held a range of positions in Texas Instruments, including product line director for the portable audio, video, and imaging group; director of marketing for the company’s streaming media business; and director of systems and applications for their mixed signal analog business. Suman holds a degree in electronics engineering from PSG Tech, Coimbatore, India, a master’s degree in electrical and biomedical engineering from the Iowa State University, and an MBA from the University of Texas, Austin.

Anand Parameswaran

Mr. Anand Parameswaran is Senior Vice President - Aerospace & Defense BU of the Company. Anand heads the Aerospace and Defense business unit. In this role, he is responsible for driving superior outcomes for clients by leveraging Cyient's extensive capability across product design, manufacturing, and aftermarket solutions. In his previous role, he was the Global Head of Human Resources and Business Excellence. Anand has earlier led Global Sales and Delivery for the Heavy Equipment, Transportation, HiTech, Consumer, and Medical (HTH) business unit. He was responsible for driving engagement, profitability and revenue growth across these industry verticals. Before Cyient, Anand worked in leadership roles for various information technology (IT) organizations in North America, Europe, and Asia, including positions at Wipro and Cognizant, two leading global IT consulting firms. Anand received a degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, India.

Rajendra Velagapudi

Mr. Rajendra Velagapudi is Senior Vice President - Business Excellence and CEO & MD - Cyient Design Led Manufacturing of the Company. Rajendra joined Cyient in 1999 and has played an integral role in building a world-class engineering solutions team and nurturing partnerships with clients. He has championed several quality initiatives including the ISO 9000, AS9100 and Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) — a United Technologies Corporation (UTC) quality operating system. Rajendra currently heads Cyient DLM as MD and CEO since April 2017 and also manages the Business Excellence function, leading initiatives such as quality and innovation. Prior to Cyient, Rajendra designed and analyzed powertrain systems for commercial and off-highway equipment. He began his career in 1987 at Ford’s Truck Division, later transitioning to Bajaj Tempo, and Bharat Earth Movers Limited. Rajendra holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Siddhartha Engineering College and a master’s degrees in automobile engineering from the Madras Institute of Technology and from the Cranfield University (UK) in design.

Brian Wyatt

Mr. Brian Wyatt is Senior Vice President - Medical Technology and Healthcare Business Unit of the Company. He joined Cyient in 2009. He currently leads the Medical and Healthcare business unit at Cyient. In his previous role, he focused on Cyient's revenue growth strategy, marketing activities, brand management, key account management, and strategic deals. He was also involved in evaluating strategic inorganic opportunities and post-deal integration. Brian first joined Cyient as Vice President, Strategic Initiatives for North America in the Engineering Services vertical, working on strategic opportunities across industries. Prior to Cyient, Brian was Vice President, Business Development at TopCoder Inc., a pioneer in the crowdsourcing software development space ranked #45 on the Inc. 500 list of fastest growing companies. He also spent over 10 years supporting high-growth, international technology companies as a Strategy Consultant and Key Account Manager. Brian has a bachelor's degree in economics from Boston College and a master's degree in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Sudheendhra Putty

Meenakshi Murugappan

Mr. Meenakshi M. Murugappan is Lead Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. He is Vice Chairman of the Murugappa Corporate Board. He is also the Chairman of Tube Investments of India Limited, Carborundum Universal Limited, Wendt India Limited, and Murugappa Morgan Thermal Ceramics Limited. Murugappan serves as a trustee of the AMM Foundation and a correspondent of the Murugappa Polytechnic College. He is also a member of the Board of Governors, IIT, Madras. He holds a master's degree in chemical engineering from the University of Michigan.

Vinai Thummalapally

Amb. Vinai Thummalapally is Additional Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Thummalapally recently completed his term as Executive Director of SelectUSA, part of the International Trade Administration of the U.S. Department of Commerce. It was established as a government-wide initiative to attract and retain business investment. Ambassador Thummalapally managed the execution of SelectUSA’s strategy to create jobs, spur economic growth, and promote competitiveness. He was appointed the American ambassador to Belize in 2009 for five years. As Chief of Mission, he helped strengthen the relationship between Belize and the United States in the areas of citizen security, economic development, education, and healthcare. Ambassador Thummalapally brings a wealth of experience from both the private and public sectors. Before joining the Foreign Service, Ambassador Thummalapally served as President of MAM-A Inc., formerly Mitsui Advanced Media. MAM-A Inc. was the leading manufacturer and distributor of archival recordable optical discs in the US. During his 14-year tenure, the company became the benchmark of the optical disc manufacturing industry. He has two patents in optical disc manufacturing design and has also won several professional awards. Thummalapally has a B.S. degree from the California State University (CSU) and took graduate classes in business administration from both CSU and the University of Tennessee.

Andrea Bierce

Ms. Andrea Bierce is Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. She has over thirty years of industry and consulting experience in the financial services industry. Currently, Andrea works with some of the world's largest financial institutions in the areas of governance, enterprise risk management, compliance, and reporting. Her work has focused on operational risk, compliance strategy and execution, enterprise and business unit governance, and regulatory reporting. She is also a member of the Board of UBS Bank, USA, as Director. Earlier in her career, she was a Commercial Lending Officer for Bankers Trust, now Deutsche Bank, and later became Assistant Treasurer of the JC Penney Co., Inc. She was a Partner with KPMG Consulting and served clients such as Morgan Stanley and UBS globally. She joined A.T. Kearney as Senior Partner to launch and lead their business process outsourcing practice. She worked with clients in India, China, the Philippines, and Europe. Andrea has focused on client development, relationship building, and delivery, across a broad range of strategic and operational issues. In 2005, she was recruited by and reported to the CEO of BearingPoint (formerly KPMG Consulting). In late 2007, she was asked to join Wachovia's leadership team as Head, Customer Experience, and Loyalty, to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. She is considered one of the foremost experts in designing client experiences, resulting in hundreds of millions of dollars in increased revenue. Her work spans online/digital channels, retail banking, wealth management, and investment banking. Andrea is a Managing Director at Gupton Marrs International, a boutique consulting firm based in New York, focused on governance, risk, compliance, and integrated reporting. Andrea holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. She attended an executive leadership program at the Yale School of Management.

Alain De Taeye

Mr. Alain De Taeye is Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. Alain De Taeye graduated as an Engineer Architect from the University of Ghent, Belgium. After doing operations research work at the Business School of Ghent University, he founded Informatics & Management Consultants (I&M), specializing in digital map databases and routing. I&M was later integrated into the Dutch Tele Atlas group, and in 1990 Alain became the head of the Tele Atlas group. In 1993, he created the European Digital Roadmap Association, consisting of Etak, Tele Atlas and Robert Bosch GmbH (among others). In 2008, TomTom International acquired Tele Atlas, and Alain was appointed as a member of the Management Board. He serves as a Supervisory Board Member of Telematics Cluster/ITS Belgium and of the Belgium/Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry. He has served as Director, Nemerix SA, since March 2006. Alain holds a university degree in civil engineering and architecture from the State University of Ghent, Belgium, and the Business School of Antwerp. He lectures on operations research, innovation and IT strategy at the Business School of Antwerp.

Som Mittal

Mr. Som Mittal is Non-Executive Independent Director of Cyient Limited. He is the former Chairman and President of NASSCOM, the premier trade body for the IT-BPM Industry in India. He held the position of President, NASSCOM from 2008-13 and steered the industry through one of its most challenging phases. Under his leadership, the industry crossed the US $100 billion milestone and significantly expanded its value offerings. Som has held corporate leadership roles in the IT industry at companies such as Wipro, Digital India, Compaq and HP. He also has extensive experience in the engineering, manufacturing and automotive industries, having held executive roles with Larsen & Toubro, Escorts and Denso. He has held several global positions and managed business across geographies. He has been a member of the body constituted under the chairpersonship of the prime minister to implement a national e-governance plan (NeGP). He was also a member of the National Integration Council chaired by the prime minister and has been an active member on the Chief Ministers IT Task Force in Karnataka. He is on the governing board of several educational and social organizations and is also a board member of Axis Bank, EXL Service Holdings, Inc. and IIT, Indore. He holds a B.Tech from IIT Kanpur and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.

John Paterson

Mr. John Paterson is Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. John Paterson retired as President - Marine & Industrial Power Systems at Rolls-Royce. In this role, he also had the responsibility of chairing the Supervisory Board of Tognum, a 50/50 joint venture with Daimler, covering all the reciprocating businesses within Rolls-Royce. Prior to this, he served as President – Marine for approximately five years. John joined Rolls-Royce as Managing Director, Repair, and Overhaul, in March 2004 from The Swire Group, where he was Chief Operating Officer of the Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company. John attended Oxford University, where he received a BA (Hons) in Engineering Science in 1978, and then joined John Swire and Sons as a management trainee. He had worked for the Swire Group for 25 years, during which time, he took on a number of management roles. The majority of these were for Cathay Pacific Airways, where he had assignments in the US, Japan, UK, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. In John's last role at Cathay Pacific, he was responsible for all ground services worldwide and included the transition of Cathay's operations to the new airport in Hong Kong. In 1998 he was appointed to the board of HAECO (Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company), as Commercial Director, and then in 2000 upheld as Director and General Manager HAESL (Hong Kong Aero Engine Services), a joint venture between Rolls-Royce, HAECO, and SIAEC. John was appointed Chief Operating Officer of HAECO in 2002.

K. Ramachandran

Mr. K. Ramachandran is Non-Executive Independent Director of Cyient Limited. He is currently engaged with the Aditya Birla Group as Advisor to the Chairman for the group's Higher Education Projects. In this role, he is working with the leadership of one of India's leading science and technology universities in developing and implementing a strategy to further raise the excellence level and prepare it for the coming decade. He also serves on the boards of Thomas Cook India Limited and Cerebrus Consultants Limited. Ramachandran started his career with the Tata Administrative Service (TAS), the Tata Group's central talent pool. His 17 years with Voltas (a TATA Group company) were in technology-intensive businesses in the electrical power industry and spanned manufacturing, marketing, sales and project management. He eventually headed the Electrical Business Group as Business Head and General Manager (Operations). His major contribution was in turning around the business. In 1993, he led Philips India's human resource function. In 1998, he was appointed the first Indian CEO and Country Manager of the company. He was also appointed as Cluster Manager for the Indian Subcontinent (India, Pakistan, and SAARC) in August 2006. Ramachandran holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and a postgraduate degree in business management from one of India's premier institutions.
