Anne-Charlotte Windal

Marla Ryan

Ms. Marla A. Ryan is Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Ms. Ryan brings more than 25 years of experience in branded apparel and retail, as well as extensive experience consulting to Fortune 500 companies. Ms. Ryan is also the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Lola Advisors LLC, a business consultancy working in the apparel, beauty and wellness sectors. Prior to founding Lola Advisors LLC, Ms. Ryan was employed by Lands' End from 2009 through 2017, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Retail. In this role, Ms. Ryan managed the Retail business unit, including Lands' End shops at Sears, retail and outlet stores, and served as a member of the Executive Leadership Team. From 2009 to 2012, Ms. Ryan held various senior positions at Lands' End, including Senior Vice President of Global Omni-Merchandising and Vice President of Retail. From 2002 to 2009, Ms. Ryan served in various senior positions at J.Crew, Inc., including Vice President of Crewcuts, J.Crew's children's apparel division. Prior to that, she served in various merchandising and management roles at Brooks Brothers, American Eagle, Abercrombie & Fitch and The Gap, Inc.

Rodney Schriver

Mr. Rodney Schriver is Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer of the Company. Prior to joining the Company in December 2017, Mr. Schriver served as Vice President and Corporate Controller at Pep Boys – Manny, Moe & Jack from 2015 to 2016. Prior to joining Pep Boys, Mr. Schriver held roles at A. C. Moore Arts and Crafts Inc. from 2005 to 2015, including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. From 1999 to 2004, Mr. Schriver held various roles at Charming Shoppes, Inc., including Vice President of Finance. Mr. Schriver has a Master of Business Administration from Rider University and has earned a CPA designation.

Andrea Funk

Ms. Andrea J. Funk is Director of the Company. Ms. Funk currently serves on the Boards of Directors and Audit Committees of Crown Holdings (NYSE: CCK) and TouchPoint, Inc. Ms. Funk previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Cambridge-Lee Industries, LLC, a copper-focused manufacturer and distributor, from 2013-2018, and also served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from 2011-2013. As CEO of Cambridge-Lee, she was responsible for the strategic direction of the company where she delivered record financial results including reduced manufacturing costs and decreased administrative costs. Ms. Funk previously held senior positions at Carpenter Technology (NYSE: CRS) and Arrow International (now Teleflex (NYSE: TXF)). Ms. Funk also started her career as an auditor with Ernst & Young. Ms. Funk graduated magna cum laude from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Peter Longo

Mr. Peter Longo is Director of the Company. Mr. Longo most recently served as President of Macy's Logistics/Operations, a position he held since 2000. In this role, he was pivotal in leading the business plan development and implementation for the logistics and technology infrastructure to support Macy's e-commerce efforts as well as the company's transition to omnichannel involving the analytics, operations, and systems for a flexible fulfillment network. Prior to this role, Mr. Longo functioned in a senior level capacity during the significant integrations of then Federated Department Stores with Macy's and the May Company, and the administrative and organizational restructuring of the company. Along with his work with Macy's, Mr. Longo has also served as Co-Chair of VICS (Voluntary Industry Collaboration & Solutions) and served on the Board of Governors for GS1-US and GS1-Global. In 2015 he received the Roger Milliken Award for outstanding contribution to industry collaboration and for his leadership in bringing RFID technology to the retail supply chain. Mr. Longo is a graduate of Villanova University with a BS in Economics and New York University with an MBA in Finance.

Pierre Mestre

Mr. Pierre-Andre Mestre is Director of the company. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Orchestra-Prémaman S.A., a French-based clothing retailer specializing in maternity, children's fashions and childcare products. Mr. Mestre has over 25 years of experience in the children's clothing industry. Prior to founding Orchestra-Prémaman S.A., he set up and served as a Marketing and Development Manager of a German subsidiary of Kidiliz Group (f/k/a Zannier Group), a French-based children's clothing retailer. Orchestra-Prémaman S.A. has become a major player in the European childcare products market, in particular due to external growth operations, such as the acquisition of Baby 2000 and the Prémaman Group, which isEurope'soldest maternity wear brand, dating back to 1947. Having increased its presence internationally, the Group now operates 565 shops in more than 40 countries, selling more than 80 million pieces per year.
