Name Description

Olaug Svarva

Ms. Olaug Svarva has been Independent Chairman of the Board at DNB ASA since April 24, 2018. She is Chairman of the Compensation Committee. She holds Master of Business Administration and B.Sc. from the University of Denver. She is Authorized Portfolio Manager from NHH and holds a degree from Trondheim okonomiske hogskole. She was CEO of Folketrygdfondet from 2006 to 2018. She has previously been CEO of SpareBank 1 Aktiv Forvaltning and Investment Director at SpareBank 1 Livsforsikring. She has also been Financial Analyst at Carnegie and DNB. She is Board member in Investinor AS and former board member in the Employers’ Association Spekter, Oslo Bors (Oslo Stock Exchange) and the Norwegian Institute of Directors. She hass been a member of the Election Committees in Equinor, Telenor, Veidekke, Storebrand and Yara and head of the Election Committee in Statoil. She also has experience from the Corporate Assemblies of Telenor, Statoil and Orkla.

Rune Bjerke

Mr. Rune Bjerke has been Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of DNB ASA (formerly DnB NOR ASA) since January 1, 2007. He was formerly President and CEO of Hafslund ASA and held a number of board positions, including Renewable Energy Corporation, Storebrand, Statoil and the Norwegian Financial Services Association. He was also President and CEO of Scancem International. In the past, he also served as Finance Commissioner of the Oslo City Council and as Political Advisor in Norway's Ministry of Petroleum and Energy. He is Chairman of the Board in Vipps, Vice Chairman of the Board of Fremtind Forsikring AS and Board Member in Finance Norway and Finance Norway’s Service Office. He holds a degree in Economics from Universitetet i Oslo and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Harvard University.

Tore Rimmereid

Mr. Tore Olaf Rimmereid has been Independent Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of DNB ASA (formerly DnB NOR ASA) since June 12, 2012. He chairs the Company’s Audit Committee and is Member of the Risk Management Committee. He has been Independent Member of the Company's Board since 2009 and formerly served as Member of the Board of DnB Bank. Mr. Rimmereid has been President and Vice President of E-CO AS. He was also CEO of E-CO Energi. Previously, he was Head of the Finance and Administration Department in the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation (NRK) and Group Executive Vice President, Financial Reporting and Finance, in the SpareBank 1Alliance. Kjerstin Braathen

Ms. Kjerstin R. Braathen has been appointed Group Executive Vice President Group Finance, Chief Financial Officer at DNB ASA, effective as of March 1, 2017. She served as Group Executive Vice President Corporate Banking Norway at the Company from January 14, 2013 until September 26, 2017. She was previously Head of DNB Shipping, Offshore and Logistics (SOL) in Oslo, Norway. She has many years of experience as Relationship Manager and Senior Relationship Manager in SOL. She joined the Company in 1999 from Hydro Agri International. She is Chairman of the Board of DNB Livsforsikring AS. Ms. Braathen holds Master in Management degree from Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Nice-Sophia Antipolis.

Solveig Hellebust

Ms. Solveig Hellebust has been Group Executive Vice President People & Operations at DNB ASA since December 11, 2017. She has previously been Group Executive Vice President Human Resources (HR) at DNB ASA (formerly DnB NOR ASA) since April 1, 2009. Before this, she held the position of Vice President of Human Resources and Communications at Pronova BiaPharma ASA. Her prior professional experience also includes several years at Telenor (corporate staff HR) and at BI Norwegian School of Management as Associate Professor in Economics. Alf Otterstad

Mr. Alf Otterstad has been Group Executive Vice President IT at DNB ASA since April 16, 2018. He has previously been Acting Group Executive Vice President IT at the Company since December 11, 2017. He has previously been Executive vice president ITOP Customer Solutions since 2014. He has experience as a section head in ITOP Relationship and Requirements Specifications under Customer Solutions. He joined DNB in 2013. He has broad experience in IT, especially within IT program and project management. He also has experience from consultancy companies and consulting activities in his own companies. Mirella Wassiluk

Ms. Mirella Elisa Os Wassiluk has been Group Executive Vice President Compliance at DNB ASA since April 2, 2018. She has experience as Deputy Director General in the Norwegian Ministry of Finance. She has previously worked in Bayerische Landesbank and in the Norwegian Central Securities Depository. She holds a degree in economics from the University of Cologne, Germany, as well as Master of Science degree in Financial and Commercial Regulation from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Ida Lerner

Ms. Ida Lerner has been Group Executive Vice President Risk Management at DNB ASA since December 11, 2017. She has also been appointed Acting Executive Vice President Compliance for a period from 2017 till April 2, 2018. She is former head of DNB CEMEA (Central Europe, Middle East and Africa) and head of customer analysis for Northern Europe, the Middle East and Africa at DNB's London office. She joined DNB in 2007. She has previous experience from HSBC and Nordea. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Stockholm.

Thomas Midteide

Mr. Thomas Midteide has served as Group Executive Vice President Media & Marketing at DNB ASA since December 11, 2017. He has previously been Group Executive Vice President Corporate Communications at DNB ASA since January 14, 2013. He was Executive Vice President, External Communication. He joined DNB in 2009, leaving his position as Head of Communications in SAS Norge. Ms. Ingjerd Blekeli Spiten has been Group Executive Vice President Personal Banking at DNB ASA since January 9, 2018. She holds a number of board positions, including Board Chairman of DNB Eiendom and Board Member of Fremtind Forsikring AS. She is former head of eBusiness. She has been SVP Global Products at Telenor and held various positions at Ericsson. Previously, she worked as Deputy CEO in Microsoft. She is also former owner and strategic adviser in Poio AS. She holds Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from BI Norwegian Business School.

Ottar Ertzeid

Mr. Ottar Ertzeid has been Group Executive Vice President DNB Markets at DNB ASA (formerly DnB NOR ASA) since 2003. Prior to the Company’s merger with Gjensidige NOR in 2003, he was Head and Deputy Head of DnB Markets. He also held various positions within the FX/Treasury area in DnB. Apart from this, his prior professional experience includes the position of Chief Financial Officer of DnB Boligkreditt, and Head of Finance of Realkreditt. Rasmus Figenschou

Mr. Rasmus Aage T. Figenschou has been Group Executive Vice President New Business at DNB ASA since April 16, 2018. He has previously been Acting Group Executive Vice President New Business at DNB ASA since December 11, 2017. He is former head of Strategy and Corporate Development and head of division in Corporate Banking Norway for the counties of Rogaland and Agder. He also has management experience from DNB's offices in Tallinn, Estonia, Singapore and New York. He joined DNB in 2005. He has been Analyst at Simmons & Company International. Hakon Hansen

Mr. Hakon Hansen has been Group Executive Vice President Wealth Management & Insurance at DNB ASA since October 24, 2018. He has previously been Acting Group Executive Vice President Wealth Management & Insurance since June 11, 2018. He has recently been Head of DNB Private Banking. Before that, he was Deputy CEO and head of DNB Luxembourg for ten years. Started his career in DNB in 1987 in what was then called Sparebanken Buskerud and thereafter Sparebanken NOR. He is Chairman of the Board of DNB Bank Luxembourg S.A. and DNB SICAV SIF and Deputy Board Member of Fremtind Forsikring AS. He graduated in Economics from BI Norwegian Business School. Benedicte Schilbred Fasmer

Ms. Benedicte Elisabeth Schilbred Fasmer has served as Group Executive Vice President Corporate Banking at DNB ASA since September 26, 2016. Fasmer has previously been responsible for DNB's operations in Bergen and the Western Norway division in Corporate Banking Norway. She joined the Company in 2015. She previously held senior executive positions in, among others, Argentum Asset Management, Rieber & Son, Citibank and Sparebanken Vest. She is board member in Vipps. She was also Board Chairman of Oslo Bors VPS Holding and Oslo Bors ASA. She has many years of experience from board positions in various industries. She holds Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Norwegian School of Economics.

Harald Serck-Hanssen

Mr. Harald Serck-Hanssen has served as Group Executive Vice President Large Corporates and International at DNB ASA since January 14, 2013. He was previously Head of Shipping, Offshore and Logistics (SOL) division at the Company since 2008. He joined the Company in 1998 and has held several positions as head of department in SOL. He has also experience from Stolt-Nielsen Shipping and Odfjell Group. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Business Studies from University of Stirling. Carl Lovvik

Mr. Carl A. Lovvik has served as Employee Representative on the Board of Directors of DNB ASA since June 16, 2011. He was employed as Insurance Agent in 1988 and has worked within marketing in DNB Livsforsikring and as Manager at DNB Livsforsikring’s Customer Service Center.

Vigdis Mathisen

Ms. Vigdis Mathisen has been Employee Representative on the Board of Directors of DNB ASA since June 12, 2012. She is Member of the Compensation Committee. She has also been Employee Representative on the Board of DNB Bank since 2012. She joined the DNB group in 1983 and was elected its Chief Employee Representative for the Group in the Finance Sector Union DNB in 2012. Karl-Christian Agerup

Mr. Karl-Christian Agerup has served as Independent Member of the Board of Directors of DNB ASA since April 25, 2017. He is Member of the Compensation Committee. He holds a Master of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and Master of Science degree in Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He has been Managing Director of Oslotech AS. He founded and was Partner of Northzone Ventures, was Founder and Managing Director of Hugin ASA and has experience as Project Manager at McKinsey & Co. He serves as Board chairman in StartupLab AS and Oslo ShareLab AS. He is also Board member in the Norwegian Board of Technology, and former board member in several companies, including Schibsted ASA, Aftenposten AS, Zalaris ASA, Admincontrol AS and Norfund.

Jaan Semlitsch

Mr. Jaan Ivar Gjaerum Semlitsch has served as Independent Member of the Board of Directors at DNB ASA since June 18, 2014. He is also Member of the Audit Committee and Chairman of the Risk Management Committee of the Company. He holds Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Norwegian School of Economics. He has also served as Chief Executive Officer in Dixons Carphone International and Elkjop Nordic AS. Berit Svendsen

Ms. Berit Svendsen no longer serves as Independent Member of the Board of Directors of DNB ASA effective as of April 30, 2019. She has held the position since June 12, 2012. She has been Member of the Audit Committee and the Risk Management Committee of the Company. She formerly held a Board Member position at DNB Bank (2010-2012). Ms. Svendson has been Executive Vice President at Telenor and Telenor Scandinavia and CEO of Telenor Norway. She joined the company in 1988 as a research scientist. From 2000 to 2005, she was Chief Technology Officer and Member of the Group Management Team as well as a working Chairman of Telenor Research and Development. In 2005, she was appointed Head of Telenor’s fixed network business in Norway, and from 2008 to 2011, served as Chief Executive Officer of Conax. Ms. Svendson was previously Board Chairman at Data Respons ASA and has been Board Member at SAS, Ekornes ASA and EMGS. In addition, she has served as Member of the European Commission Advisory Group on ICT matters. Ms. Svendsen is a graduate engineer from Norges Teknisk-Naturvitenskapelige Universitet – NTNU (the Norwegian University of Science and Technology) and has obtained a Master of Technology Management degree from NTNU in cooperation with the Norwegian School of Economics and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
