Name Description

Lawrence Probst

Mr. Lawrence F. Probst, III, is Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Electronic Arts Inc. Mr. Probst,has been our Chairman of the Board of Directors since July 1994. He was employed by EA from 1984 to September 2008 serving as our Chief Executive Officer from May 1991 until April 2007 and as President from 1991 until 1998. Mr. Probst also served as our Executive Chairman from March 2013 until December 2014. Mr. Probst serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the U.S. Olympic Committee and is a member of the International Olympic Committee. Mr. Probst is also a director of Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc. Mr. Probst holds a B.S. degree from the University of Delaware. Mr. Probst served as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer for more than 15 years and has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for over 20 years. Mr. Probst contributes to the Board of Directors his deep understanding of the Company’s operational and strategic business goals and direct experience with Company and industry-specific opportunities and challenges. Andrew Wilson

Mr. Andrew Wilson is Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company. Mr. Wilson has served as EA’s Chief Executive Officer and as a director of EA since September 2013. Prior to his appointment as our Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Wilson held several positions within the Company since joining EA in 2000, including Executive Vice President, EA SPORTS from August 2011 to September 2013 and Senior Vice President, EA SPORTS from March 2010 to August 2011. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Levi Strauss & Co. from July 2009 to August 2012. From June 2007 to June 2009, Mr. Jorgensen served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Yahoo! Inc. Mr. Jorgensen earned his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and his undergraduate degree from Stanford University.

Joel Linzner

Mr. Joel Linzner serves as Executive Vice President, Worldwide Business Affairs of the Company. Mr. Linzner was EA's Executive Vice President, Business and Legal Affairs. Prior to joining EA in July 1999, Mr. Linzner served as outside litigation counsel to EA and several other companies in the video game industry. Mr. Linzner earned his J.D. from Boalt Hall at the University of California, Berkeley, after graduating from Brandeis University.

Laura Miele

Ms. Laura Miele serves as Executive Vice President, Global Publishing of the Company. Ms. Miele joined the Company in March 1996 and has held several positions at the Company, including Senior Vice President of Americas Publishing, General Manager of the Company’s Star Wars business, and several senior roles in the Company's marketing organization. Patrick Soderlund

Mr. Patrick Soderlund serves as Executive Vice President - EA Worldwide Studios of the Company. He served as Executive Vice President, EA Games Label from August 2011 to September 2013. Mr. Söderlund joined EA in October 2006 when EA purchased DICE studios where he was the Chief Executive Officer.

Kenneth Barker

Mr. Kenneth A. Barker serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer of the Company. He also served as Interim Chief Financial Officer. From June 2003 to April 2006, Mr. Barker held the position of Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer. Jacob Schatz

Mr. Jacob J. Schatz serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the Company. Mr. Schatz joined EA in 1999, and prior to his current role he served as Deputy General Counsel and as Vice President since 2006. Mr. Schatz earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, and received his undergraduate degree from Pomona College. Mr. Schatz is a member of the Bar of the State of California and is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and several United States District Courts.

Kenneth Moss

Mr. Kenneth Moss serves as Chief Technology Officer of the Company. He served as Vice President of Market Places Technology, Science and Data at eBay Inc. from November 2011 to July 2014. Prior to joining eBay, he co-founded CrowdEye, Inc. and served as its Chief Executive Officer from October 2008 to November 2011. Mr. Moss graduated from Princeton University.

Christopher Bruzzo

Mr. Christopher Bruzzo serves as Chief Marketing Officer of the Company. He served as Senior Vice President at Starbucks Corporation from June 2011 to August 2014. Mr. Bruzzo graduated from Whitworth University.

Mala Singh

Ms. Mala Singh serves as Chief People Officer of the Company. Ms. Singh was previously employed by EA from 2009 to 2013, serving as Vice President, Human Resources, EA Labels from 2011 to 2013. Prior to rejoining EA, Ms. Singh served as Chief People Officer of Minted, LLC from January 2014 to October 2016. Luis Ubinas

Mr. Luis A. Ubinas is the lead Independent Director of Electronic Arts Inc. Mr. Ubinas has served as President of the Ford Foundation since January 2008. Prior to joining the Ford Foundation, Mr. Ubinas spent 18 years with McKinsey & Company, where he held various positions, including Managing Director of the firm’s west coast media practice working with technology, telecommunications and media companies. Mr. Ubinas serves on the U.S. Advisory Committee on Trade Policy and Negotiation, the World Bank Advisory Council of Global Foundation Leaders, the Multi-Stakeholder Advisory Group of the President of the United Nations Economic and Social Council, and the board of the New York Public Library and the Collegiate School for Boys. He holds a B.A. degree from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, and is a fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Mr. Ubinas has extensive experience in business management and operations, through his prior experience as a Director at McKinsey & Company, he has worked with technology, telecommunications and media companies in understanding the challenges and opportunities presented by mobile and other digital distribution platforms and applications.

Heidi Ueberroth

Ms. Heidi Ueberroth is Director of the Company. Heidi Ueberroth is the President of Globicon, a private investment and advisory firm focused on media, sports, entertainment and hospitality industries. Prior to Globicon, Heidi spent nearly 20 years at the National Basketball Association in a number of senior positions, most recently as President, NBA International, where she was instrumental in the global expansion of the NBA's brand and businesses. She oversaw the NBA's international business functions across television and digital media, marketing partnerships, consumer products, events, marketing communications, and new business initiatives. Prior to joining the NBA, she worked at ESPN and Ohlmeyer Communications Company. She serves on the Board of Directors of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, the Pebble Beach Company and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. She is also a director on several non-profit boards.

Leonard Coleman

Mr. Leonard S. Coleman, Jr. is an Independent Director of Electronic Arts Inc. He served as Senior Advisor to Major League Baseball from 1999 until 2005 and, from 2001 to 2002, was the Chairman of ARENACO, a subsidiary of Yankees/Nets. Mr. Coleman was President of The National League of Professional Baseball Clubs from 1994 to 1999, having previously served since 1992 as Executive Director, Market Development of Major League Baseball. Mr. Coleman also serves on the Board of Directors of the following public companies: Aramark Holdings Corp., Avis Budget Group, Churchill Downs Inc. and Omnicom Group Inc. Jay Hoag

Mr. Jay C. Hoag is an Independent Director of Electronic Arts Inc. Mr. Hoag co-founded Technology Crossover Ventures, a provider of growth capital to technology companies, in 1995 and serves as its Founding General Partner. Prior to co-founding Technology Crossover Ventures, Mr. Hoag was a Managing Director at Chancellor Capital Management, where he spent more than 12 years as a technology-focused venture capitalist and fund manager. Mr. Hoag serves on the Board of Directors of Netflix, Inc., TechTarget, Inc. and Zillow Inc. and also serves on the Board of Trustees of Northwestern University and Menlo School, and on the Investment Advisory Board of the University of Michigan. Mr. Hoag also served as a director of The Street, Inc. during the past five years. Mr. Hoag holds a B.A. from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan.

Jeffrey Huber

Mr. Jeffrey T. Huber is an Independent Director of Electronic Arts Inc. Mr. Huber was named Chief Executive Officer of GRAIL, Inc. in February 2016. Previously, Mr. Huber served as Senior Vice President of Alphabet Inc. (formerly Google Inc.), where he worked since 2003. From 2001 to 2003, Mr. Huber served as Vice President of Architecture and Systems Development at eBay Inc. Prior to joining eBay, Mr. Huber was Senior Vice President of Engineering at Excite@Home, where he worked from 1996 to 2001. Mr. Huber has served on the Board of Directors of Illumina, Inc. during the past five years. Vivek Paul

Mr. Vivek Paul is an Independent Director of Electronic Arts Inc. Mr. Paul founded KineticGlue, an enterprise social media company, in 2008, and the company was sold in 2013. From 2005 to 2008, Mr. Paul was a Partner at TPG (formerly Texas Pacific Group), a private equity investment firm. From 1999 to 2005, Mr. Paul served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Wipro, Ltd. a provider of integrated business, technology and process solutions, and Chief Executive Officer of Wipro Technologies, Wipro’s global information technology, product engineering, and business process services segments. Talbott Roche

Ms. Talbott Roche is Independent Director of Electronic Arts Inc. Ms. Roche is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Blackhawk Network, a leading prepaid and payments network. Prior to her role as CEO, Ms. Roche served as the President of Blackhawk, as well as leading Marketing, Product and Business Development for the company. Earlier in her career, she held various executive positions at News Corporation. Ms. Roche has also served as a member of the board of directors of the Network Branded Prepaid Card Association, a trade association. Ms. Roche holds a B.A. in economics from Stanford University.

Richard Simonson

Mr. Richard A. Simonson is an Independent Director of Electronic Arts Inc. Mr. Simonson has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sabre Holdings Corporation since March 2013. Previously, Mr. Simonson served as President, Business Operations and Chief Financial Officer of Rearden Commerce from April 2011 through May 2012. From 2001 to 2010, Mr. Simonson held a number of executive positions at Nokia Corporation, including Executive Vice President, Head of Mobile Phones and Sourcing, Chief Financial Officer, and Vice President & Head of Customer Finance of Nokia. In 2001, Mr. Simonson was Managing Director of the Telecom & Media Investment Banking Group of Barclays Capital. Prior to joining Barclays Capital, Mr. Simonson spent 16 years at Bank of America Securities where he held various positions, including Managing Director & Head of Global Project Finance, Global Corporate & Investment Bank, San Francisco and Chicago. Mr. Simonson is also a director of Silver Spring Networks. Mr. Simonson holds a B.S. degree from the Colorado School of Mines and an M.B.A. from Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Simonson has extensive financial expertise, corporate governance and risk management experience. He also has extensive experience with the strategic and operational challenges of leading a global company.

Denise Warren

Ms. Denise F. Warren is an Independent Director of Electronic Arts Inc. Ms. Warren is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Netlyst, LLC, a consulting and advisory firm focused on catalyzing digital business growth and scaling consumer and business-to-business revenue streams. From June 2015 to February 2016, Ms. Warren served as President of Digital, CEO of East Coast Publishing and Executive Vice President of the Tribune Publishing Company. Prior to joining the Tribune Publishing Company, Ms. Warren served in a number of executive positions at The New York Times Company from 2005 through 2014, including Executive Vice President of Digital Products and Services from March 2013 until October 2014, General Manager of NYTimes.com from 2008 to 2013, and as Chief Advertising Officer of The New York Times from 2005 until 2013. Ms. Warren holds a B.S. and management degree from Tulane University and an M.B.A. degree in communications and media management from Fordham University.
