Name Description

Liselotte Hjorth

Ms. Liselotte Hjorth has been Independent Chairman of the Board at Eastnine AB (publ) (previously East Capital Explorer AB (publ)) since April 24, 2018. She has been Independent Director since August 19, 2014. She holds Bachelor of Science in Economics from University of Lund. She has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry, most recently as Global Head of Commercial Real Estate and Member of the Management Board of SEB AG in Frankfurt, Germany, and as Group Credit Officer and Executive Vice President in the SEB Group. She is Chairman of the Board of White Arkitekter and Board Member of Kungsleden AB, Rikshem and Hoist Finance.

Kestutis Sasnauskas

Mr. Kestutis Sasnauskas has been Chief Executive Officer at Eastnine AB (publ) (previously known as East Capital Explorer AB) since July 3, 2017. Before that, he was Chief Investment Officer of the Company from May 9, 2016 till July 2, 2017. He was Member of the Board of Directors at East Capital Explorer AB from 2007 until 2010. From 1997 he was Co-Founder and Partner at East Capital, and Head of private equity and real estate at East Capital (2004-2016). He was Analyst at Enskilda Securities from 1995 till 1997. Mr. Mattias Lundgren no longer serves as Interim Chief Financial Officer of Eastnine AB, effective as of August 1, 2019 at the latest. He has held the position since November 19, 2018. He has close to 20 years of experience from the real estate industry, most recently as CFO and SVP at NCC AB, and previously CEO at Bonava (prev. NCC Housing). Mr. Peter Elam Hakansson has been Director of Eastnine AB (publ) (previously East Capital Explorer AB (publ)) since April 22, 2014. He holds Master of Science in Business Management from the Stockholm School of Economics and has also studied at EDHEC in Lille. Peter Elam Hakansson has been founding partner, Chairman and Chief Investment Officer of East Capital. Peter has worked within emerging and frontier markets since the early nineties. Prior to founding East Capital, Peter held a series of senior positions at Enskilda Securities in London, Paris and Stockholm – where his last role was Head of Equities and Global Head of Research. He is Chairman of the foundation behind the Swedish Music Hall of Fame and board member of the foundation Inter Peace Sweden, member of the Board of Bonnier Business Press AB and Atlantic Grupa in Croatia. He is Chairman of East Capital and also holds a number of board assignments in the East Capital Group.

Johan Ljungberg

Mr. Johan Ljungberg has been Independent Director at Eastnine AB (publ) since April 24, 2018. He holds MSc from KTH and BSc from Tufts University. He has background from real estate, venture capital and technology start-ups. Johan Ljungberg serves as Chairman of the Board of Tagehus Holding, and as working Chairman of Atrium Ljungberg, where he has been Board member since 2009. He had previous roles as trader at SeaCarriers, developer at Proceedo and consultant at Accenture. He is Chairman of Atrium Ljungberg, Tagehus Holding and Credentia and Board member of K2A Fastigheter.

Peter Wagstrom

Mr. Peter Wagstrom has been Independent Director at Eastnine AB (publ) since April 24, 2018. He holds MSc from KTH. He has many years of experience from property development and real estate, most recently as CEO and group CEO of NCC, and previously Business Area Manager at NCC Property Development and NCC Housing, which included leading commercial property developments in the Nordics. Peter has held previous roles within Drott (now Fabege) as Real Estate Manager and CEO of subsidiaries, and roles within rental, property management and valuation at Skanska. He is Board member of Cidron Ventures as well as own company Arrecta.

Nadya Wells

Ms. Nadya Wells has been Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Eastnine AB (publ) (previously East Capital Explorer AB (publ)) since June 9, 2016. She has over 20 years of emerging and frontier markets experience as a long-term investor and governance specialist. Latterly she spent 13 years with the Capital Group until 2014, as a portfolio manager and analyst with a focus on EMEA markets. Prior to that, she was a portfolio manager at INVESCO Asset Management investing in Eastern Europe in closed end funds until 1999. Her experience includes listed and private equity investment, due diligence and work on capital markets development with governments, local exchanges and corporates across the region. She is Board Member of Sberbank of Russia (since 2014) and Barings Emerging Europe plc (since 2015). She holds MBA from INSEAD, and an MA in Modern history and Modern Languages from Oxford University and MSc in Global Health from the University of Geneva.
