Name Description

Michael Beckett

Mr. Michael Ernest Beckett is Non-Executive Independent Chairman of the Board of Endeavour Mining Corporation. He has 40 years' experience in the mining sector and has been involved in the development of some of the largest gold mines in the U.S., Africa and Papua New Guinea; iron ore mines in West Australia; industrial minerals in the Ukraine, Russia and Indonesia; and platinum in South Africa. Mr. Beckett was previously Chairman of Ashanti Goldfields Company Limited, Managing Director of Consolidated Gold Fields plc, Chairman of WBB Minerals Ltd, Clarkson plc, the Thomas Cook Group and MyTravel. Mr. Beckett is a member of Endeavour's Audit Committee and Corporate Governance & Nominating Committee and the chair of the Remuneration Committee and the Safety, Health & Environment Committee. Mr. Beckett is also a director of International Hotels Investment Limited.

Sebastien de Montessus

Mr. Sebastien De Montessus is President, Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director of the Company. Mr. de Montessus was the Chief Executive Officer of La Mancha from 2012 to 2015. Under his leadership, La Mancha doubled its production through optimization efforts before undergoing a portfolio restructuring which enabled La Mancha to become the main shareholder of Evolution Mining Limited, a leading Australian gold miner. In September 2015, Mr. de Montessus was appointed to the board of Evolution Mining. Prior to his role with La Mancha, Mr. de Montessus was a member of the Executive Board and Group Deputy CEO of AREVA Group (a world leader in nuclear energy) and CEO of AREVA Mining (uranium), where he oversaw the design and implementation of a five-year strategic plan, which saw Areva Mining significantly increase profitability and become the largest uranium producer in the world with 6 mines in operation across Canada, Africa and Kazakhstan and a total turn-over of $1.5B (2012). Mr. de Montessus was a board member of ERAMET, a world leader in nickel/manganese and alloy metals, between 2010 and 2012. Before joining AREVA in 2002, Mr. de Montessus was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley in London (M&A and Equity Capital Markets). Mr. de Montessus is a business graduate from ESCP-Europe Business School in Paris.

Vincent Benoit

Mr. Vincent Benoit serves as Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective November 1, 2016. He was Executive Vice President - Strategy and Business Development of the company. Mr. Benoit is a seasoned executive, with more than 25 years of corporate finance, investor relations and M&A experience in the mining, energy and telecom sectors. He joined Endeavour as Executive Vice President Strategy and Business Development in November 2015 following the transaction with La Mancha. While at La Mancha from 2013 to 2015, he was Executive Vice President, Strategy & Business Development where he successfully led the group's portfolio restructuring which repositioned La Mancha as a leading private mining investor through strategic alliances formed with Evolution Mining Ltd. and Endeavour Mining. Previously, as EVP Mergers & Acquisitions at Orange, he was responsible for the development of the group's African footprint, its European portfolio restructuring, and forming strategic partnerships. At Orange, he was also Head of Strategy & Investor Relations. Mr. Benoit held previously held various finance positions including with Areva, Bull Information System, and PwC. He holds a business degree from ESC-Bordeaux Business School and is a Chartered Accountant.

Jeremy Langford

Mr. Jeremy Langford is an Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President - Projects and Technical Services Group of the Company. He has worked in the gold mining, nickel, iron ore and oil and gas industries for the past 17 years and has held a number of key management positions, which have culminated in his current role of Executive Vice President Projects & Technical Services at Endeavour. Jeremy has been with the company since 2009 and is one our longest serving executives. He has extensive West-African experience and has a long track-record of building projects on-time and on-budget with over 6 projects built and delivered for in the past 12 years. Mr. Langford successfully managed the development and construction of Endeavour’s Nzema, Agbaou and Tabakoto expansion projects along with the implementation of the Agbaou Secondary Crushing Circuit Upgrade and Ity CIL DFS delivery in parallel. Currently he is managing the Houndé Project construction, the Karma plant optimization, along with managing technical due diligence duties and overseeing the pre-development of the Ity CIL Project.Prior to joining Endeavour, Jeremy served as Project Director at Ampella Mining, Adamus Resources, and Ausenco Services where he planned, managed and oversaw a number of successful projects in West Africa, including the Sabodala project construction in Senegal. He has previously held senior project construction roles with a number of other resources companies including Northern Iron and Icon Engineering. Jeremy began his career as an engineer with the Royal Australian Navy. He holds an honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia.

Morgan Carroll

Mr. Morgan Carroll is an Executive Vice President Corporate Finance, General Counsel, Secretary of Endeavour Mining Corp. Mr. Carroll joined Endeavour in 2008 and is an attorney in the State of New York, and a solicitor in England & Wales. Prior to joining Endeavour, Mr. Carroll spent seven years practicing law in the finance group at Mayer Brown International LLP in London and New York.

Patrick Bouisset

Mr. Patrick Bouisset is an Executive Vice President - Exploration and Growth of the Company. He has over 30 years of experience in mining and oil and gas exploration. Prior to joining Endeavour, he was Executive Vice President Exploration and New Ventures of La Mancha. He spent more than 20 years spent overseas during his career with Total, where he was in charge of all its exploration activities in Africa. He joined Areva in 2007 as Vice President Geoscience of its Business Group. For 6 years, as a member of the executive committee of Areva Mines, he led worldwide exploration activities and managed all its not yet producing subsidiaries. He was also board member of numerous affiliates. Mr. Bouisset holds a master’s degree in Geology from Orleans University, and graduated from ESEM and ENSPM. He was a board member of the French National School of Geology (Nancy).

Henri de Joux

Mr. Henri De La Folie de Joux is an Executive Vice President - People and Public Affairs of the Company. He joined the team in October 2016 with extensive knowledge and experience in the HR, legal and financial fields. Before joining the team Henri served as chief financial officer and chief strategy officer of Business France, a company promoting export and capital investments with presence in over 70 countries. Prior to this he served as Group deputy General Secretary and company secretary of France Telecom-Orange, in charge of governance, public affairs, real estate, insurance, group policies and supervising support functions throughout the organization. He has also served various positions within the Telecom-Orange Group, specifically in the field of mergers and acquisitions. Mr De Joux previously held a position as a Director of Mobinil Telecommunications and Jordan Telecom, and was Member of the Supervisory Board at Telekomunikacja Polska SA. In addition to holding a law degree, Mr. de Joux is a graduate of the EM Lyon Business School. He is an Auditor at the Institute of Higher National Defence Studies (IHEDN).

James Askew

Mr. James Edward Askew is an Non-Executive Director of the Company. Mr. Askew is a mining engineer with more than 40 years of broad international experience as a chief executive officer and board member for a wide range of international publicly listed mining and mining-related companies. He also has extensive technical expertise in open-pit and underground mines including design, construction and operations. Currently, he serves on the boards of several resource public companies, including as chairman of OceanaGold Ltd. and Syrah Resources, and as a director of Evolution Mining.

Ian Cockerill

Mr. Ian David Cockerill is an Non-Executive Independent Director of Endeavour Mining Corporation., from September 17, 2013. He has over 40 years of experience in the mining industry, having been responsible for business development at AngloGold, and Chief Executive Officer of both Gold Fields Ltd. and AngloCoal, between 1999 and 2009. He is a non-executive director of Orica Ltd in Australia, the senior lead independent director of Ivanhoe Mines Ltd. (formerly Ivanplats) and non-executive Chair of Blackrock World Mining Trust. Mr. Cockerill is a member of the Safety, Health & Environment Committee.

Olivier Colom

Mr. Olivier Colom is an Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. Mr Colom is a former French diplomat and diplomatic adviser to President Nicolas Sarkozy, with extensive experience of African affairs. At the French Foreign Office, he helped to reform France's development aid programme before specialising in European Union affairs, notably economic, financial, budgetary and agricultural affairs. He has served as a diplomat in Oslo and London, where he was seconded to the office of UK Prime Minister Tony Blair in 2005-2006, and subsequently joined the French President's staff at the Elysée Palace in 2007, serving as diplomatic advisor and deputy "Sherpa" to President Nicolas Sarkozy. From 2013 to 2016, he was a member of the Edmond de Rothschild Group's Executive Committee. Mr. Colom is currently the chairman of OC Advisory. He is a graduate of the National School of Administration and the Institute of Political Studies in Paris, and holds a degree in General Public Law (Sorbonne) and a masters degree in International Law from Paris X University.

Livia Mahler

Ms. Livia Mahler is an Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. Ms Mahler has significant experience in corporate governance having sat on a number of Audit and Compensation committees. Ms. Mahler is currently an independent director and Chair of the Compensation Committee and member of the Audit Committee at Ivanhoe Mines (TSX:IVN) and is President and Chief Executive Officer of Computational Geosciences Inc., a company that provides geophysical data processing services to the mining and oil & gas industries. Ms. Mahler previously served on the Audit and Compensation committees of Diversified Royalty Corp. (TSX:DIV), Turquoise Hill Resources Ltd. (NYSE/TSX:TRQ) and DuSolo Fertilizers Inc. (TSX.V:DSF). Ms. Mahler's background also includes 20 years of venture capital experience where she invested in technology companies and was widely recognized for her strategic insights into the Canadian venture industry. Ms. Mahler received a Bachelor of Science degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MBA from the University of British Columbia.

Wayne McManus

Mr. Wayne William McManus is Non-Executive Independent Director of Endeavour Mining Corporation. He has extensive work experience in the private banking sector, providing accounting and wealth management services for high net worth clients. He has earned an LL.M. in taxation, a Juris Doctor degree, an MBA. Mr. McManus also has over 20 years of experience teaching accounting at the college level. Mr. McManus is a Certified Public Accountant, holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute.

Naguib Sawiris

Mr. Naguib Onsi Sawiris is an Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Naguib Sawiris is Chairman of the Advisory Board of La Mancha, Chairman of the Board of Orascom TMT Investments S.àr.l., and Chairman of Orascom Telecom Media and Technology Holding S.A.E. The Sawiris Family group has substantial interests in the telecom, construction, fertiliser, cement, real estate and hotel development industries and other businesses. Mr. Sawiris founded Orascom Telecom Holding and developed it into a leading regional telecom player until a merger with VimpelCom Ltd created the world's sixth largest mobile telecommunications provider. Mr. Sawiris has received a number of honorary degrees, industry awards and civic honors, including the "Legion d'honneur", the highest award given by the French Republic for outstanding services rendered to France, the Honor of Commander of the Order of the "Stella della Solidarietà Italiana", and the prestigious "Sitara-e-Quaid-e-Azam" award for services rendered to the people of Pakistan in the field of telecommunication, investments and social sector work. Mr. Sawiris serves on a number of additional Boards, Committees and Councils including the Advisory Committee to the NYSE Board of Directors, the International Advisory Board to the National Bank of Kuwait, the Egyptian Council for Foreign Affairs, and the Arab Thought Foundation. Mr. Sawiris holds a diploma of Mechanical Engineering with a Masters in Technical Administration from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich ETH Zürich and a Diploma from the German Evangelical School, Cairo, Egypt.

Martino De Ciccio

Mr. Martino De Ciccio serves as Vice President of Strategy & Investor Relations of Endeavour Mining. Mr. De Ciccio has built a track-record of significant value creation in both bull and bear markets over the past 11 years in the mining industry. Prior to joining Endeavour, he held the position of Strategy and Business Development Manager at La Mancha Resources, where he played a pivotal role in growing the company from an emerging gold producer into one of the largest gold funds with cornerstone holdings in both Evolution Mining and Endeavour Mining. Mr. De Ciccio won the Emerging Leader award in 2016 and was nominated for the IR Rising Star award in 2017. Mr. De Ciccio earned a B.Com in Finance from McGill University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Institute.
