Name Description

Marshall Heinberg

Mr. Marshall A. Heinberg is Chairman of the Board of the company. He has served as Head of the Investment Banking Department and as a Senior Managing Director of Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. and has also served as the U.S. Head of Investment Banking at CIBC World Markets. During his career, he has worked on numerous financings and merger and acquisition transactions with many leading environmental engineering and consulting firms.

Gerard Gallagher

Mr. Gerard A. Gallagher, III, President since 2014 and Chief Executive Officer since 2015 of the Company. Mr. Gallagher has been employed by E & E for 34 years. He was previously served as Senior Vice President of Environmental Sustainability, Vice President and Regional Manager for the Company’s Southern U.S. operations. Mr. Gallagher has a B.A. in physical geography from the State University of New York College at Buffalo.

Homer Mye

Mr. Homer John Mye, III, has been appointed as Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President, Treasurer of Ecology and Environment, Inc effective six months from the announcement date. Mr. Mye was previously employed in various finance roles, including: Finance Director at Vishay Intertechnology, a high technology company located in Buffalo, N.Y. (2002-2007); Vice President with FAI, Inc., a start-up company located in Buffalo, N.Y. (2000-2002); and Director of Finance for American Precision Industries, a Fortune 500 company located in Buffalo, N.Y. (1993-2000). During his career, Mr. Mye has gained extensive experience with management of sales, earnings and cash flow reporting, evaluating and consummating mergers and acquisitions, financial planning and analysis, and general finance operations. Mr. Mye has an MBA and is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of New York.

Fred McKosky

Mr. Fred J. McKosky is Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company since January 2014. Mr. McKosky has been employed by E & E for 35 years and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New York. He has served as Senior Vice President and Director of Corporate Technical Operations since 2006. Mr. McKosky has a B.S. in Environmental Science and an M.S. in Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University.

Ronald Frank

Mr. Ronald L. Frank is Executive Vice President - Finance since , Secretary and Director of Ecology and Environment, Inc. Mr. Frank is a founder of the Company and served as Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President of Finance and a Director since its inception in 1970. In August 1986, he became Executive Vice President of Finance. On January 18, 2008, Mr. Frank resigned his position as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company. Mr. Frank continues in his positions as Executive Vice President, Secretary and Director of the Company. Mr. Frank has a B.S. in engineering and a M.S. in biophysics.

Laurence Brickman

Mr. Laurence M. Brickman, Ph.D., is Senior Vice President of Ecology and Environment Inc., since 1994. He became Vice President in April 1988 and became a Senior Vice President in August, 1994. Mr. Brickman has a B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. in biology.

Cheryl Karpowicz

Ms. Cheryl A. Karpowicz has been a Senior Vice President of the Company since January 2014. Ms. Karpowicz has been employed by the Company for 37 years and previously led its energy services area. She has a B.A. in Interdepartmental Studies and is a Certified Planner and member of the American Institute of Certified Planners.

Todd Musterait

Mr. Todd Musterait, P.E., serves as Senior Vice President - Corporate Development of the Company. In his new role at E & E, Musterait will provide leadership in translating growth strategy into actions for developing the company's environmental, water, and energy business lines. With 23 years of experience, Musterait most recently served as Vice President and Director of Environment at WSP, where he led the US environmental business and served as a member of the global environmental leadership team. Musterait holds a Master of Engineering, Civil Engineering, from Clarkson University and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire. He will work at E & E's corporate headquarters in Buffalo, New York.

Frank Silvestro

Mr. Frank B. Silvestro is Chairman of the Board of the Company. He is a co-founder of the Company and has been an Executive Vice President since 1986. He has served as Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors since August 2013. After his retirement, Mr. Silvestro intends to continue to serve as a Director on the Company’s Board of Directors and as a contracted advisor to the Company for three years.

Gerald Strobel

Mr. Gerald A. Strobel is Director of the Company since 1970. Mr. Strobel is a founder of the Company and has served as a Vice President and a Director since its inception in 1970. In August 1986, he became Executive Vice President of Technical Services. Mr. Strobel served as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer from August 2013 through March 2015 when he resigned as an officer and employee of the Company. Mr. Strobel is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of New York, and has a B.S. in civil engineering and a M.S. in sanitary engineering.

Michael Betrus

Mr. Michael S. Betrus, CPA., is an Independent Director of the Company. From 2005 until his retirement in May 2015, Mr. Betrus served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Power Drives, Inc, a manufacturing and industrial distribution company located in Buffalo, New York. He previously served as the Company’s Accounting and Contracts Manager from 1994 to 2005. He has an M.S. in accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant in New York State. Mr. Betrus has been designated as the Audit Committee financial expert. With over 35 years of accounting, financial management, contractual oversight and forecasting experience, Mr. Betrus provides valuable financial perspective and insight to the Board of Directors.

Michael Gross

Mr. Michael C. Gross is an Independent Director of Ecology and Environment, Inc., since 2010. Mr. Gross has been employed by New York State Department of Taxation and Finance as an auditor since 1983. He has a B.S. in Accounting and is a licensed property and casualty insurance broker. Mr. Gross’ accounting and insurance experience provide important skills to the Board’s strategic decision-making process.
