Biographies

Name Description

William Muir

Mr. William (Bill) D. Muir is Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company. Muir served as Chief Operating Officer of Jabil Inc., a publicly-traded electronic products solutions company, from 2013 until 2017. From 2009 to 2013, Mr. Muir served as Jabil’s Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer, Global Manufacturing Services. Previously, Mr. Muir served as Regional President for Asia, responsible for Jabil’s Operations and Business Development efforts across China, India, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore and Japan. Prior to his leadership role in Asia, Mr. Muir led Global Business Development efforts for Jabil across large-scale customer relationships and has also held roles leading Operations across the Americas. Mr. Muir holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master in Business Administration from the University of Florida.

Marc Olin

Mr. Marc D. Olin is Chief Financial Officer of Electronics For Imaging Inc. Mr. Olin was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Company in April 2015. Previously he served as Chief Operating Officer of the Company from January 2014 until April 2015. From January 2015 to April 2015, Mr. Olin served as our Interim Chief Financial Officer, and from September 2013 until January 15, 2014, Mr. Olin also served as our Interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Olin joined the Company in 2003 when the Company acquired Printcafe Software. From 2003 to the present, Mr. Olin served in various roles at the Company, including, from 2006 to 2014, as Senior Vice President and General Manager of EFI Productivity Software. Mr. Olin holds a B.S. in Graphic Communications Management and Applied Mathematics from Carnegie Mellon University

Gene Zamiska

Mr. Gene Zamiska is Chief Accounting Officer of the Company. Mr. Zamiska was named EFI's Chief Accounting Officer in February 2018. Zamiska, who is a licensed CPA, comes to the CAO position with a long record of successful tech sector financial management and reporting. In the past two years in his executive role at Verifone, he led a team of more than 200 employees to direct the company’s reporting, SEC financial filings, accounting and Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance. Prior to that position, Zamiska held senior finance positions at several tech companies, including serving as CAO for Juniper Networks. He also spent 18 years in finance and accounting roles at Hewlett-Packard. Zamiska has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana.

Jill Norris

Ms. Jill Norris is Chief Information Officer of the Company. Ms. Norris is EFI's Chief Information Officer responsible for all aspects of information technology worldwide, including external hosting services. She joined EFI in November 2017.Jill has led successful organizations in mature, start-up and transforming companies. Prior to EFI, she led IT Global Services at semi-conductor firm GlobalFoundries and Application Engineering for Motorola after Motorola Mobility acquired Good Technology. Joining start-up Good Technology while it was still in stealth mode, she was the first CIO and Chief Service Officer and VP/General Manager of Good Technology India. Her early career was spent at Sprint holding high impact leadership positions in IT, Finance and Product Development. She was a key billing strategist, driver of the first enterprise-wide data warehouse, led the consolidation of local and long distance division IT Operations, and scaled IT service delivery during Sprint PCS's high growth early years. Jill has a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Ottawa University and an MBA in Management (with Distinction) from Rockhurst University.

Mark Allred

Mr. Mark V. Allred is Vice President - Corporate Accounting of the Company. Mark Allred is EFI's new corporate accounting VP. A licensed CPA, he previously worked at technology and manufacturing businesses in his native Oregon, including forestry, agriculture and construction equipment company Blount International, Inc., where he was vice president and corporate controller. Prior to that position, he was vice president of finance and corporate controller of microscope technology manufacturer FEI Co. Allred has Bachelor of Science degrees in business and accounting from Portland State University as well as an MBA from the University of Minnesota.

Janice Chaffin

Ms. Janice Durbin Chaffin is Director of the Company. Ms. Chaffin is an experienced technology industry executive, specializing in strategic marketing and global operations. She has held several senior executive positions with Symantec Corporation, including serving as group president of its consumer business unit from 2007 to 2013. Ms. Chaffin also serves on the boards of directors of Nasdaq-traded companies Synopsys, Inc. and PTC Inc. She is an Advisory Council member for Illuminate Ventures and a member of the Board of Visitors for the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Previously she served on the boards of Informatica Corporation and International Game Technology, along with the Operating Committee of privately held Ancestry.com. Prior to leading Symantec's consumer business unit, Ms. Chaffin served as the company's executive vice president and chief marketing officer from 2006 to 2007, and as senior vice president and chief marketing officer from 2003 to 2006. Before joining Symantec, Ms. Chaffin worked for more than twenty years at Hewlett-Packard Company in a variety of management and marketing leadership positions. Ms. Chaffin graduated summa cum laude from the University of California, San Diego, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, and earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of California.

Guy Gecht

Mr. Guy Gecht is Director of the Company. From January 1999 to July 1999, he was Vice President and General Manager of Fiery products of the Company. From October 1995 through January 1999, he served as Director of Software Engineering. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Gecht was Director of Engineering at Interro Systems, Inc., a technology company, from 1993 to 1995. From 1991 to 1993, he served as Software Manager of ASP Computer Products, a networking company, and from 1990 to 1991 he served as Manager of Networking Systems for Apple Israel, a technology company. From 1985 to 1990, he served as an officer in the Israeli Defense Forces, managing an engineering development team, and later was an acting manager of one of the IDF high-tech departments. Mr. Gecht currently serves as a member of the board of directors, audit committee and compensation committee of Check Point Software Technologies Ltd., a global information technology security company, listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market. Mr. Gecht holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics from Ben Gurion University in Israel. Mr. Gecht’s different previous roles within the Company, along with his experience as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer for over fifteen (15) years, give him unique insights into the Company’s challenges, opportunities and operations.
